Unbelievable experience at the Williamsburg Caliber! Everyone from the front desk lady, to the tech that came out to go over damages were super friendly. Repairs to my Grand Cherokee were top notch and even though there are national parts shortages (which they briefed me on from the very start), they still managed to get my vehicle back to me a day early! Extremely pleased!!

Caliber provided a quick repair, with the finish product indistinguishable from the ordinal paint. Very satisfied with the workmanship and fast turn around of the repair which took 4 days total!AI highly recommend this facility for your repairs.

Uncaring and unprofessional! I had a scheduled appointment to estimate minor repair on my SUV; I arrived on time. The receptionist was friendly and recorded basic information: my name, Ph #, vehicle info, etc.I was told that the estimator would be with me shortly - this was repeated 2 or 3 more times. After 30 minutes, I was told the estimator would be right with me. I left after 40 minutes without seeing an estimator or manager.If management wont treat potential customers with respect, they dont deserve my business.Check the better business bureau (BBB) reviews before trusting Caliber Collision with your vehicle.

I was in a minor fender bender and Caliber was recommended by insurance as the place to go. Overall I’ve been very happy with their professionalism, customer service, and ultimately the repairs to my car. It’s a pretty high volume time but they got my vehicle in and out in a reasonable amount of time. Ran into some trouble with a wrong-colored part being installed, but they were quick to recognize the mistake and even came to pick up the vehicle from my work when the rental car company couldn’t accommodate me. Highly recommend!!

This is not going to be a glowing review clearly since it only has 1 star. Im going to keep the majority of my opinion to myself and include pictures and facts so you can judge for yourself if this is a shop you want to use. The majority of the damage was to the driver side and very minor dents. Mostly scuffs and paint work. Easy right? Original estimate was for a week. The car ended up being in their shop for 75 days, and it is now 5 months later and the repairs are still not completed. No Im not kidding. The paint was very sloppy and way too heavy. There were a number of drips, over spray, and areas where it was clearly too much. The trim inside and outside all had issues. Door panels falling off and scratched, the bumper trim not installed correctly and broken, tools left under the hood, trim around the windows reused instead of replaced. The car was also not covered or protected during the repairs. The photos the Geico rep sent had parts laying on the roof, trunk, and on the leather seats with nothing covering any of them. I have now returned 3 times with the car trying to get various issues sorted out or damaged parts replaced. This last time was for a drip they missed on the last go around, overspray, and the front bumper trim which Ive complained about every time Ive picked it up. When I spoke to Manager about it I was assured that nothing was broken and everything was installed correctly and there was nothing wrong with it. It was still very loose and clearly not fitting properly. Once I had some time to personally inspect the parts I found 9 broken clips on 4 separate trim parts. Also let me say that I know for a fact these parts were not broken before the accident and all this trim fit perfectly. Anyways, so I sent pictures to them and 2 weeks later and 3 unreturned phone calls I got an email stating this was pre existing and they are not responsible. What?! So the parts they took off and handled last are now broken.. At no point was I told there was pre existing damage ever. The ironic part, some of those parts with pre existing damage were brand new and installed by Caliber during the repair. Caliber also stated in the email that we have repaired exactly what was discussed and what we as a company owe for. When I started this the customer service was amazing even with all the issues. However those people are no longer there or not working on this claim anymore. Now Im being met with excuses and a general lack of interest in resolving the issues. The car as a whole looks nothing like it did before the accident and Im left with broken parts and messy repairs and paint. Im really not trying to blast them with a bad review, but considering all the issues and then to be told damages their shop caused are not being covered really was too much. A number of times I was reassured that if it wasnt right there was a lifetime warranty. But really if these are the results you get, and the customer service that they deliver, why? Do it right the first time and take care of the customer.Update: I contacted the email provided and they asked me to contact the regional manager. I did and we agreed to send it to Hampton to make everything right. When I picked it up the front trim was indeed replaced and some minor scratches fixed but nothing else. The gentleman I spoke with mentioned he noticed how poorly the clear coat was applied and how there were trim issues but none of them were really addressed. He said he would talk to the regional about bringing it back in. I was never contacted after that, and when I reached out to the regional manager I was confused for another customer having issues. Its been 3 weeks and still no word. Cant say I didnt give them a second shot at making it right....

Every week they call and tell you itll be next week. They were dishonest claiming it was due to a part shortage and.they couldnt even find it on eBay. After a quick google.search it was easily proven false what David didnt realize Is that I was called already and told multiple times that the reason my car wasnt done was because their technician quit. Update The general manager Scott called the very next day threatening me about this review claiming it wasnt true despite the fact I his shop on audio recordings saying otherwise. He then tried to tell me that I was being scammed and a bunch of other nonsense excuses.

My experience with Caliber could not have been easier. From the first phone call to post-repair pick-up, staff is professional and helpful throughout the process. They helped coordinate my rental and communicated progress frequently. Highly recommend.

This company really cared that my car was repaired and that I was satisfied with the repair. If your looking to have work done it is guaranteed for the life of your vehicle. They are A++

The shop Caliber Collision really has EXCELLENT customer service down to a T. When I went to pick up my vehicle I had the pleasure of meeting the manager Red (an absolute pleasure). My tech John did amazing work my vehicle looks like when I pulled it off of the car lot! Even down to the painter Josh. My paint is an EXACT match. The experience was outstanding I hope that I never have to go through another incident with my vehicle but this shop handled it all perfectly. So much so I had to hug Tracy! 💞

I took my car to Caliber for bodywork since they were recommended by the insurance company after an accident, and was impressed from the first phone call until the car came back looking like new 10 days later, as promised and on time. Dan called to provide periodic updates and again to follow up after I picked up the car, and handled all the billing directly with the insurance company so there was no money out of pocket. Excellent customer service throughout. I would definitely use Caliber again.

The staff is very nasty and gets upset when you hold them to their deadlines. If You give them any push back on what theyre saying theyll come up with hundreds of excuses on why they cant do their job. If you want your car repaired on time do not bring it here.

They did a great job. I knew everything was going to be good when they called and give me an update when the right part didnt come in like they ordered. Car was still done on time and delivered perfectly. I will definitely use them again if I need body and trim work done.

First time I used this company they did great the fender I had them paint was immaculate. Second time was for serious body damage. I felt like I was ran around like I knew nothing about cars. I didn’t deal with the same guy which was unfortunate. I got vague answers like it’ll not be worth it. And unibody parts that I seem to be able to find were discontinued . Also the excuses about the headlight wires and antenna wires hanging as if they were what was important when that wasn’t on the list to fix. I was told they could fix it but for 5k and that was just unibody and suspension. All in all I ended up having to sell something I would had like to restore because it wasn’t an insurance claim. Other then that their customer service is unmatched just make sure you’re going through insurance

Caliber Collision of Williamsburg provided excellent service. Our vehicle was repaired faster than the quoted time and looked good as new when it was returned. The folks at Caliber Collision detailed the inside and outside of my car before returning it and went above and beyond to make her look like new. Communication was impeccable. Speaking with Tracy at reception was a very pleasant experience. She was very kind and personable. She also communicated with the car rental company for an effortless and seamless transition from our vehicle to the rental while our vehicle was being repaired. Red (The manager/technician) was kind a thorough in his explanation of what needed to take place to restore our vehicle. My overall experience was wonderful and I am very satisfied with the quality of service that was provided. I highly recommend!

Caliber went above and beyond to get my truck fixed after an accident I was in. I needed a new muffler/bumper/skid plate after a car rear ended me.
