This place is amazing!! They were about to close but still took care of us. Convenient location made it super easy to get in and out. Sam especially made us feel like long time friends. The whole team genuinely took care and were so happy and positive to work with.

Had a slow leak and attempted to get a tire patched. All staff were friendly and professional from the moment I pulled in until I finally hit the road. This didnt feel forced, its just a team that is genuinely passionate about providing an excellent experience. Super friendly and professional staff and they are quick. I typically dont leave reviews but this place deserves it. My wheels were on national backorder for months and when they finally came in at another shop they were mounted and balanced before they realized they were the wrong lug pattern. I said eph that place and came to Discount and they were able to verify everything was right and do what should have been done the first time. I had to go thru the waiting period to get my wheels again, but thats not on Discount, and actually, the second they did come in they called me and set up an appointment. Super happy with the service here, which is more than I can say with most shops Ive dealt with in the past. Ill def be back in a few months for my tires.

Needed a flat repaired. They worked me in quickly to their busy schedule—-repaired and rebalanced in no time. I was impressed from the moment I spoke to the service representative. I watched as the teams worked on other cars in the bays and was impressed by the teamwork and camaraderie I observed between technicians and with the managers. It was a hot day but there was plenty of hustle—and they were always smiling. I will definitely return to this shop and recommend to anyone.

Ive heard about DT for several years, but never bought tires from them. But, that changed last week when I bought tires for my Jeep Gladiator. I want +2 tire size for my stock 18 inch wheels. DT explained what to expect with oversized tires and sold me a set. Price was what you would expect to pay elsewhere, but with AAA, Military and tire trade in I saved a bunch even with their tire warranty. Oh, they price match and I had a competitive price which they matched. I bought the DT warranty because it isnt pro-rated. If you experience road hazzard damage that isnt repairable. You get new tires. They check air for free, rotate for free, so all in all a great experience from the sales staff, and technicians.

These people are amazing!I noticed my tire was not holding air/looking flat, I called them and left it with them all day as I had other plans while in the area (down from Pennsylvania).I spoke with Ashley who was very understanding and respectful of my time.As it turned out, there was a small nail in the tire! They patched it, filled it, and returned it to me all for free!!! Praise God!This is the second time weve used them while on vacation and theyve been excellent both times!

Very helpful! Drove from Florida in my Tesla, discovered a flat after we arrived. Tesla mobile service not available. Called Raymond at discount tire Williamsburg. He was extremely helpful, pleasant and informative over the phone. It was a screw that they patched for free!! We went ahead and ordered 2 new tires as well, they were cheaper than Teslas price. Ben was the mechanic who gave the best service mounting the tires. Overall an easy, efficient friendly experience.

We came in for a slow leak on our tire. Ben greeted us outside and got us checked in. He explained everything clearly and professionally. We ended up having 2 punctures and one was on the border of not being patchable. Mike rolled out the wounded tire to us and explained the possibilities and plan of attack. They worked their magic and got us rolling in UNDER 30 MINUTES so we could get back to our vacation. This was an extremely pleasant and undeniably awesome experience. Thank you all!

Both Ben and Mike did an amazing job with my 2018 f150 today. From reccomending an amazing deal on wheels, to replacing my tires, they were extremely helpful the whole way through. On top of great prices and assistance, they will rotate and fix flats for free. Ill definitely be back for my next set, and recommend them to anyone who needs tire or wheel work done.

I had an appointment for 11:00 to get a nail in my tire fixed and by 12:10 they had not even taken my car back to work on it. I was checked in early by 10:55 and an associate inspected the issue by 11:10. I was then told they would get it “right back.” At 12:10,after hearing nothing further from any employees and my car not being moved to the back….. I went up and asked for my keys. They gave me my keys with no questions asked and I left at 12:16 without any work being done to fix my car. They have my cellPhone on file due to the check in process and all my tires being warranted there and as if 1:16 I have not received any phone calls or text messages about why the job was not completed. No communication letting me know how far behind they were or letting me know of any issues. I have never had this issue with them before so I have no clue what happened today other than poor to NO service for tires that are under insurance coverage throughTHEM.

DISCOUNT TIRES OF WILLIAMSBURG VA GET MY 5 STAR CHICK-FIL-A SERVICE RECOGNITION!! I have been going to DISCOUNT Tires since 1986, rarely do I go anywhere else. While on business travel I blew a tire and destroyed a rim thanks to the neglected roads around Hopewell Va. I know DISCOUNT closes at 6pm so do most tire places. Firestone advertised open til 7pm so I headed that way with a questionable donut on my car. Limping to the Firestone garage with 40 minutes to spare all of the associates were on their way out and all the lights were out. Noticing DISCOUNT Tires had a couple of bays finishing up some vehicles I ask Eduardo and Mike the store manager my store and how I needed to still get home which is a 3.5 hour drive. Mike and Eduardo didnt miss a beat! Although closed at 6pm, they installed a wheel and tire in less than 10 minutes! A blessing! My thanks to the tired team of The WILLIAMSBURG DT, Eduardo, & Mike!! You could have said we are closed but no. You did what you all at DT do! Excellent customer serve support! Again, I thank you and my family thanks you for making my car safe to drive home! I noticed my tire pressure warning light was on and as I got out to inspect my tires I noticed a large nail in the rear tire. I called Discount Tire after work and spoke to a Rep who told me to come on in and they’ll take a look at it. As soon as I heard that I knew these guys live by their slogan “Let’s get you taken care of.” As I arrived I was greeted by Raymond, who asked how he could help me and I told him I have a mail in my rear tire. We went to go check it out and he told me there shouldn’t be any issue removing the nail and that if they run into any issues they’ll call me. I received a call to come back to the store and was greeted by Dominic who then showed me the nail that was inside my tire. He told me that they repaired it at no cost to me and that if I were to run into any issues in the future to come on by and they’ll take care of it. I’m an Active Duty Service Member and I’ll say this place is one of the best places I have ever been to. The customer service is outstanding. They have an amazing attitude and I would recommend discount tire to anyone especially to service members of the military. I’m very thankful for discount tire. We were blown away by the professionalism, efficiency and excellent work done by Kerry, Dominic and Ben. I have a Mini Cooper that had a leaky tire. This car requires special order tires. My husband was able to get an appointment at a short notice. We thought we were going to have to order an expensive new tire but they fixed the leaky one and didnt charge anything! Unheard of in this day and age! What they gained was loyal customers forever!!

Went in because the original tires on a 2017 VW were showing outside edge wear and air pressure problems. Decided to replace all 4 tires with a good national brand due to price, service, maintenance guarantees, and warranty offered. Our short wait time was incredible. I have been in tire shops where it took all afternoon. These guys were done in less than an hour. A special thanks to Dominic who walked us thru the process and kept us apprised. Discount Tire has a great future in The Burg due their customer service alone. We need more stores like this.

Lifesavers! Very nice, accommodating, people! I ran over a bolt on the highway and it caused me a flat at home. Since I had bought the tires at an affiliate of their parent company back in Maryland, they patched it for free (though it didnt cost much to begin with)! When AAA was running 3 hours late and made me miss my appointment with them, they were totally cool. They stayed 30 minutes after closing for me and even drove the car back to my house!! 3 weeks later and the tires going strong! This is the best customer service and help Ive ever received, anywhere, period. True saints.

The business never fails to help a girl out. I unexpectedly got a flat tire while out with my dog. It was hot but they told me she was welcome to come in. While waiting they would come in and explain the issues with my tire and give me a full explanation with price before proceeding with the work. They truly care about my safety and not just about selling things. They give you the best possible price to make sure you are happy and safe!

I was there to have a blown tire replaced. I got there when they opened at 8 a.m. and I drove out of their parking lot at 8:22 a.m. I had road hazard coverage on the tire that blew. All I paid this morning was about $19 for road hazard on the new tire.

Nathan was awesome!! It was close to closing time and they still took me in to repair my tire. Goodyear would not even take me an hour before they closed. The tires are also far less expensive here than at Goodyear tire.

I called around 8:30am on a Thursday. They got me in for a tire air leak at 10am and promised the car by 10:45am at the latest. They car tire was patched and I was on the road by 10:30am. VERY friendly staff, VERY clean lobby, and I’m not going to lie, the free tire patch was the kicker.

On a recommendation from my father, I gave it a try. My tires had to be special ordered and arrived sooner than expected! The staff was professional and kind, the store was clean and they even had music playing in the bays. Tires were on in no time and I was out the door! Great service! I’ll be going here from now on!

I ordered and paid for my tires in advance. Upon arrival, before I could even close the door of my vehicle, one of your associates met me and directed me into a bay. I sat down and waited between 10 and 15 minutes, and was told everything was complete and was handed my receipt. In the time it takes to write up a work order, I was on my way. Never have I experienced such excellent service at a tire store. Your whole crew looked sharp, organized, and were completely involved. This was one of the best customer service experiences. Went in just for a rotation. Everyone was upbeat and working hard. Was in and out quickly. Extremely friendly, happy and all appreciative of the customer business. At the end they ask how the experience was and if there is anything they could have done to make it better. I stumbled upon Discount Tires several months ago, while in Williamsburg for work. I needed an oil change, and although they didn’t provide this service, they were extremely friendly, and said if I ever needed tires to come back. Today, I did just that. Back in town for work, and had a slow leak. Ray was my service advisor and was super friendly. Greeted me as soon as I walked in. After I explained the issue, he walked with me to take a look at the tires, and noted that of the tire could be salvaged/repaired, they would make every effort to, and it would be free of charge.Ray provided an estimated time for the tire repair, we provided a couple of updates. The most notable was that there were two nails, and two pieces of my scraps in the tire. To my surprise with all of that, they repaired the tire, and my service was free of charge.I would completely recommend this place for tires. The customer service is amazing!!
