I came across this hair store after shopping the Williamsburg Outlet and I loved the selection of lace wigs they have. Definitely more of a variety than most hair stores. Im from Hampton Roads but I will definitely buy here more often and all the ladies were friendly and helpful.

My Wife always sends me to this location to purchase her hair products. They have a wide selection to choose from and my wife is always happy with everything we get here. You dont really need any assistance, since everything is well stocked and in plain sight. This is our number one place/stop for all hair essential needs. The prices are reasonable as well.

My boyfriend likes their apparel section. I go there for hair products. Friendly staff!

First time visiting and the staff was awesome. As I walked the store every staff member I walked by greeted me. Lots of things to choose from. Nothing against other beauty supply stores, but this is “BLACK OWNED” love it!!! I will be returning when I’m in the area!

Recently i was trying to make a purchase at this store. I had showed up here on sunday and found out that the store was closed then i NOTICED that you CLOSE at 8 during the week. I saw the same thing on your website as well. However when i called i became angry because i was told 6 instead of 8. Well you will need to CHANGE both whats on the DOOR and your website. You all had me getting off my job for WHAT ?? absolutly nothing. If the hours are kept the same on the door and the website then they should be STUCK by instead of lying or false advertising.

I traveled from Newport News to try this store out because the stores in Va. Beach and Newport News were not very helpful to me.I have very thinning hair and it was time to transition to an every day wig. As a last resort I went here to give them a try. I am so glad I did. The staff was extremely helpful and patient with me. They were very polite and answered all my question ( believe me there were many) I did finally make a purchase and I am very satisfied and I feel great in my new hair!!Thank you so much . I am sorry I didnt catch the name of the woman who runs the wig department, I was very nervous; however the entire staff were quite helpful. I will keep returning for future purchases

Im a college student here and I was so excited to find a black owned beauty supply store close to campus. Ive bought from there for the last three years and I always suggest them to my peers. Great service! I was also proud to see the location change to this larger space.

Wigs are WAY overpriced for the quality. I got a human hair wig here twice and both only lasted me 2 months with GOOD care. Wore it everyday & washed weekly. Should have never frizzed, matted, and dried up like it did. On top of that, my wig was broken when I took it out the box and I went back and they said no returns and wouldn’t fix it either. The latch broke off to tighten it. Do not go here.

I was looking for a certain color of braiding hair and I asked for some assistance with finding the color. After searching the whole store they let me know didnt have it in. I came back to the store a few days later and the owner let me know that he went of and got the cold I wanted. That right there lets me know how much they care about their customers. I love this place!

They do not have their prices posted on some of their products, thus making them up on their own. Also they are very pricey, and they do not have nearly as much hair in their store as other hair stores.

Lots of weaves and accessories for ethnic hair, lots of clothing items as well. Could use more of a selection of false nails and related accessories to that.
