Lots of shoes, staff is not very friendly

Rack room shoes was a good first experience. The employees were very helpful and friendly. They will even go to the extent of searching for shoes online and having them delivered right to your door if they dont have them there. I would recommend this place to anyone if they want to find cheap stylish shoes for the whole family.

This shoe store is neat, easy to find sizes, and I caught a great deal on a buy 1 get 1 50% off deal. I purchased myself a pair of work Sketchers and my son a new pair of shoes for typically what my shoes cost alone somewhere else. I also like that Rack shoes has a customer reward point system.

Poor selection, nothing like it was ten years ago

I visited the Rackroom shoes in Williamsburg VA on Monticello Avenue. It was the best service I’ve ever had purchasing shoes. I was greeted by the sales associate Cayce with a face mask. Lol. Cayce was very attentive as I looked for the perfect shoe. He helped me figure out my shoe size. He sympathized with me seeing how I’ve lost weight and sizing in everything has been a problem. I eventually found the right shoe and brought two as I was told about 50% off deal. I thought it was a great deal. I felt bad he had to go back and forth to the back to see if they had my size. It was much appreciated. Cayce even rang my shoes up to purchase. He was very helpful. You all an All Star associate and should be rewarded. He seemed very zealous about his position. The store didn’t have my size and the shoe was not eligible for home or store delivery. However, Michael, the store manager, got on the phone with five or so locations nationwide to find my size. He was able to track the only pair available and managed to have them delivered to the store the next week. I appreciate him going above and beyond to help me out! Great customer service!

Went in and was offered help at least 4 times the 2 ladies there are excellent and explain the discounts to you and points and I ended up buying shoes and didnt spend that much after discounts and online coupons.
