One star is one to many! Horrible customer service! The two young ladies working in the store were extremely rude over a face mask. How can you require a face mask yet not offer any to paying customers? I will never return to this store! Don’t waste your time!

The gals were so friendly! Helped me pick out my first pair of birkenstocks and brought me up to speed on breaking them in and the after care. 🙌

Blatant science deniers. If you are fully vaccinated, you still have to wear a mask despite state and federal research indicating otherwise.Do not waste your time if you do not have a germ ridden piece of fabric to put over your face that only serves the purpose of virtue signaling at this point.

Spoke with Angie over the phone. She was extremely helpful. So I actually closed up my business in Buckroe Beach and drove out there. In horrible rain just to get a new pair. The other lady who attended to me was very helpful. Customer service was excellent. The selection was awesome. Many berkinstocks that I havent seen. Though Im gonna stick to my classic Boston clogs.

Expensive but unique
