I love this place! Its kinda expensive but definitely worth visiting. They have everything you want for Christmas decorations, beautiful ornaments, gifts and decor for your home. It is simply beautiful. I cant wait to bring my family here!

Stop by and get pretty much any Christmas decorations that you could think of. Wide variety of Christmas decorations. I fell in love with the angel tree topper. Great staff that is friendly and willing to help you find whatever it is youre looking for. You can get personalized tree decorations here also.

Magical store with huge variety of Christmas decor.

This place is a dream for Christmas lovers such as myself! Two stories and open until 11pm. They have lots of trees set up and all the ornaments you see on the tree will be displayed on the wall nearby to purchase. They have Christmas music playing as you shop too!

The Christmas Mouse is well worth visiting. We were there on December 31, 2020, and we came home with a basketful of ornaments that we had not seen anywhere else. That is the strength of this store. They offer designs that are not easily found in other places like Hobby Lobby, Michaels, Walmart, etc. We walked away with genuine porcelain ornaments painted blue and white in the traditional Delft style. Very nice.Ornaments are classified according to theme and color, and there are many designs to browse including those inspired by the seashore, the country farm, ballet, sports, birds, Paris, elves, and peppermint candy and other sweets. In one room, there is a large shelving unit that shows off nutcrackers of every design. These are not genuine, German-crafted nutcrackers, though. They are made in China, but that keeps the prices down.There are quite a few Christmas plaques and wall hangings. There are a handful of Christmas wreaths, but not an abundance of those. Michaels has a much larger selection of ready-made wreaths. That is one weakness of the Mouse.Also, there is no wired ribbon for sale at the Mouse. We use wired ribbon as tree garland and not for crafting bows. However, well have to go to the big box stores to get that.The Mouse also does not carry plastic bead garland in a cobalt blue. They carry white pearl garland and perhaps gold, but definitely not blue. True, no one, including the big box stores, carried cobalt blue bead garland this season. Well need to shop the internet for that.In addition to Christmas ornaments, the Mouse carries decor for autumn/Halloween/Thanksgiving and summertime/seashore fun. We decorate our home with a beach theme during the summer months, so well be back to do some serious shopping at that time.So while the Mouse doesnt have everything, it has a lot. Its a wonderful, charming place to shop for the holidays.

Oh my goodness! I could not believe this store. Two levels of Christmas overload!😀 Each tree/area is specific to a theme, e.g., seaside, peacocks, vineyards, rustic, traditional, etc. Plan on spending a good amount of time to view everything and even then, I bet you miss something. I went in with a list and had a tough time sticking to it; thank goodness I live on the other side of the country. I highly recommend this store for anything on your Christmas decor list.

Weve always stopped here with every trip to Eastern Virginia and I always love to look at all the trees and ornaments. Even if you arent buying and its summer, worth the stop just to look around.

Ok, WOW, I had no idea so many Christmas decorations could be in one place. Who ever heard of a unicorn themed Christmas tree?

Its a fun place to visit and see the large selection of ornaments. I was disappointed that they did not carry a better selection of African American theme ornaments. I would think there i could find a selection of black angel topper or Santa before any other place. Very disappointed.

This place is amazing. Christmas music playing, the smell of cinnamon and lots and lots of ornaments and other decorations. It definitely felt like Christmas. The young man that was working the day we visited was so helpful and friendly! I look forward to going again SOON!

Every family has traditions, jokes, and amazing memories. This sends me on a hunt every year for a squirrel to match my moms imagination. She swore when she walked ever day at a park nearby she would see an albino squirrel sitting in a tree.....This store had everything imaginable. Lots of breakables so I do not recommend bringing any small children that cannot be handled. I had to hunt a bit but I found the perfect albino squirrel with a fluffy tail to torment my mothers imagination as well as some other great gifts to give for Christmas. They have each tree as a section making it easier to find special gifts for the holidays. My favorite would probably be the vino/wine/cork collection. To my surprise everything was reasonably priced. Most ornaments were $3.50-$7 that I looked at and the much bigger statue squirrel was $15. They did offer personalization but I dont know if they charge or how much.All in all this is a cute place to shop and makes doing themed trees super easy.

Amazing customer service!! Came in looking for a specific ornament and after not being able to find it two of the amazing staff members took the time to look through a few of the trees to try and find it! I could not thank them enough for their help!

I was shopping here tonight and a family member experienced a sudden medical emergency requiring them to immediately use the restroom. The staff insisted that company policy prohibited them from allowing customers to use their bathrooms despite it being an obvious medical emergency. This is an incredibly cruel and inhumane policy for a company that supposedly advertises in the Christmas spirit.

I enjoyed the variety of ornaments and decorations. Plenty of friendly staff to assist and reasonable prices.

My wife and I always stop by the Christmas Mouse when we are in Williamsburg. They have unique Christmas themed items that we always purchase and take home with us for our personal use and for gifts for friends. And now they have a website, and will ship the stuff we cant fit in the suitcases. A must visit if your are in Williamsburg and enjoy Christmas and the holiday season.
