Selection & service was excellent. Beautiful tartans & plaids to choose from. They have an unbelievable selection of authentic Irish tweed driving caps... The color and texture choices are GREAT! One day Ill buy a kilt... But today wasnt that day.

Great selection of awesome stuff, but buyer beware; they mark their stuff up around 30% from the MSRP. I get it it’s touristy Williamsburg, but that just turns customers like me off, who is not a tourist, but a neighboring local.

We enjoyed having such a wide array of Irish and Scottish items available,and nearby. Beautiful and authentic luxury brands such as Harris Tweed,and Aran crafted sweaters will keep us coming back. My favorite Inis handsoap and perfume is also kept in stock,which I love! Their friendly staff are very helpful, and assist us each time we stop in.

We loved this place. It has such interesting jewelry and clothes. Its wonderful for quality gifts or something nice for yourself.I recommend getting there wool scarves, they are so soft and comfortable for $35 and will last a lifetime.

The last time we shopped here, my wife bought a pair of fur ear muffs. Somehow she misplaced them, and I was blessed enough to be able to find them again in their online shop and got them for her as a Christmas gift. If you’re ever in Williamsburg, check them out! Great selection for the entire family.

Ive been going to the store for years. I recently bought my son a Celtic cross. It was labeled as pewter. Within 10 weeks, the chain turned green and brown and the back of the cross turned brown and looked like something from a candy dispenser. When I returned to the store with the original packaging I was told sorry theres no guarantee on any of the jewelry.

Went here today. Every time we go to Williamsburg its a must visit.

I nearly cried when I saw Beckys review from 10 months ago. This 80 year old woman employee that was being mistreated is my mother and the owners ought to be ashamed of themselves!!!! She has worked at this store for at least 12 years and was never treated like this by the previous owner. I am disgusted. My Mom is one of the kindest people I know and it makes me so sad to hear this. She would never treat someone else like that. EVER. She deserves a long overdue apology!!!!

Very nice shop. Lots of tartan styles and patterns, and gorgeous Aran knit sweaters. But, be warned, they are very pricey. However, the quality of the materials and workmanship in each piece is worth the prices marked. My fiancee is a knitter and she estimated the cost of wool yarn used in each sweater at 40 to 50 dollars. That is just material costs. So, while it isnt necessarily a bargain, it also isnt terribly overpriced.

I love this store and recommend it to anyone visiting Williamsburg. There are many interesting items, even for those not of Scottish descent, and the staff are always very friendly. They have adorable tweed jackets for dogs (with matching human coats and accessories) and are dog friendly too!

When we go to Williamsburg we always stop in. There have great people who will help with any questions. Great spot to get authentic Celtic gift ideas. The only problem is there isnt alot of options if you are a plus size woman or big and tall man. Still, this is a favorite spot to go to. Great Celtic jewelry, fashion, and gift ideas for many.

My husband, and daughter, have told me mutliple times to leave it be, but I honestly can not. I recently went to the sidewalk sale, I do every year and its usually a wonderful experience, but this year was very different. Never have I ever seen employees spoken so poorly too! I saw the owners snapping and barking orders at 80 year old women! This was a very hot day and all the employees were being kind, helpful and honestly wonderful. I saw an older women, obviously over heated and you could tell her feet were hurting, and I heard the owner in a very rude voice tell her to get out there and talk to customers! I felt awful for her, they were treating all of them with no respect. Then, a day or two later, I went back in to buy a pair of shoes I was very interested in when I find the owner yelling at a young employee! I honestly could not believe it, for it to happen multiple times in one week, I can not Invision what it is like for them on a daily basis. Im surprised that young women did not quit on the spot, if someone belittled me like that, if front of customers mind you, I would have slapped him and walked out. They are employees, but most of all they are humans and they deserve to be treated as such. I will not be returning, I will greatly miss it but I know I can find the products elsewhere (for much cheaper mind you). I hope all those wonderful employees know they deserve a greater amount of respect and care then that.

While visiting Williamsburg, my wife and I decided to stop in the Scotland House. We were warmly greeted and immediately fell in love with the options. My wife was even able to find her family crest and pattern.

Great everything svottish and some Irish too

I visited this store while on vacation last weekend. I saw this stunning ring but decided not to buy it because1. They didn’t have my size2. I didn’t “really need” it.Well, I came back home and I regretted not buying the ring. I had never seen one like it before and even after scowering the internet, I couldn’t find anything similar. So I emailed the store from the “contact us” link on its page. Within 24 hours the assistant manager Rory emailed me back letting me know they had ordered my size and it should be in within the next few days and I could call whenever I wanted to pay for the ring.I called and let him know that I was not local and wouldn’t be back in Williamsburg any time soon. NO PROBLEM! They’re mailing it right to me.It was such an easy experience and I can’t wait to get my unique piece of jewelry 💚. And I ABSOLUTELY will be shopping there again whenever I’m lucky enough to visit.Do yourself a favor and stop by this gorgeous shop.

Usually we love this shop, but today my husband and I felt *very* unwelcome. We were followed and watched through the store by two employees. Such a shame too, we often get asked by folks visiting where to go shopping. This shop is usually top of our list in recommendations, but Ill have to reconsider.
