Wonderful, friendly service! Great deals too.

Truly terrible service. To be clear, this was only true of one staff member (there were 2). White or blonde hair, 55ish, I think. Unhelpful, (Though limited capacity, she did nothing to assist customers so that others could enter.) unprofessional, (she publicly admonished the other employee though she herself was useless), poor customer service skills. Maybe shes the owner. I cant imagine shed still have a job otherwise.

The service was okay, but not overly helpful. I love the products, but almost went back to Elizabeth Arden because they are truly sweet, helpful and carrying, genuine people. Just didnt feel that at the company store.

Love the selection and prices but not the staff. This was my first time there so I asked a sales lady for help finding a pink lipstick. Her comment was...Id have to look through all of them just to find any for you. Well, excuse me, doesnt she work there? Isnt her job to know the products and help customers? Terribly rude. Ill go elsewhere.

My first and last time visiting this place. Picked up a bobby brown foundation (after testing many shades to find the right one). After I got home, I noticed it was the wrong bottle in the box. Took it back the next day and the cashier was absolutely down right rude. After TRYING to explain the situation she cut me off and said no returns or exchanges. I wasnt asking for money back, I wasnt returning a used product. The store would not be losing out on money, product or anything else. But Im out $30 over what? The policies and the rudeness are enough to make me say never again. Ill spend the extra money elsewhere to be treated respectfully and like a customer that matters.

They had a fantastic sale going on. I got a lot of stuff and spent more than I intended, but a whole lot less than I would have spent at a department store.

Prices are a little better than department stores. Nothing special. They do finally have something to help remove make-up from your arm for testing colors

This is one of the stores at the Williamsburg Premium Outlets. They have a good selection of MAC lipsticks, they even had the tender talk lip balm for the Tendertalk lovers out there. Go on a Saturday or Sunday, the prices are more marked down compared to Monday-Friday. I bought the Tendertalk Side dish on a Friday, it cost $15.75. I came back Sunday with my daughter and the same item was 50% off for the weekend.

Staff was very rude!!! My husband and I werent greeted at all. However, other individuals were greeted and told about their special. Will not return!!!

If I could give them 0 stars I would.

Sweet folks run the store and treat people with great kindness and respect.

Live their assortment, their prices and their sales... All worth the 45 minute drive!
