First time at a outlet location. A lot of good choices and purchased a bracelet. I didnt think the prices were much cheaper than the regular stores though.

Very disappointed in my service. Felt a little rushed by my service provider Shauna, who I mentioned I was looking for a new bracelet and still had to ask to see them. Was not very pleasant to me or my girlfriends when we entered. Was only shown a select group of choices and wasn’t offered any other items. I felt like my shopping wasn’t wanted so I just bought what I needed and left. Considered leaving the store without purchasing anything due to my unpleasant service. But really needed the new bracelet because mine was way to big due to a major weight loss. Will not be back at this particular store again.

Love Pandora, but will not return to this store. Inattentive, rude staff. Very different from the bubbly atmosphere that I have experienced at all other locations.

Great service megan was very patient and helpful in assisting us with our selections. Told us of all deals and sales. Great selection would like to see star wars and harry potter charms in the near future.

Madeline was knowledgeable and super patient as I asked many questions and looked through charms to decide on my first bracelet. Location was clean, the area was wiped down before we walked up to the counter and they managed the amount of folks in the store in a polite manner.

Reached the front of the store a half hour before closing time with one person in line in front of me, they let said customer in, twenty three minutes later 8 minutes before closing time, the ugly fat one opens the door and tells me they arent taking anymore customers. The fun part? I had hundreds of dollars of their jewelry picked out, sized, ready to check out online. Glad I never paid. Someone with some more sense will get my money.

I Am right inside the store at this very moment the door was locked in my face as I walked up to the door 15 minutes to close. The woman came up past me entered the store looked at me and my sister, locked it and walked off. Theres a woman still shopping in the store and another one working behind the counter.

I love Pandora jewlrey. The prices are so reasonable and my whole family all the females have necklace rings and bracelets. The jewelry quality is nice as well no allergy to their jewlrey.

Its great! Discounts for everyone in this store. There is a lounge area for people needing a break while the other half shops. Upscale decor with professional employees that are very helpful.

I was barely greeted upon entering the store, the sales woman barely looked up from her phone. I was looking for something specific and decided to browse before asking for help. A mom and daughter walked in behind me and were cheerfully greeted and approached by the sales person who previously ignored me. The mother and daughter were white and Im African American, which I assume played a role in all of this. The mother and daughter didnt even buy anything and when I asked for help I was initially ignored. Then to my dismay 2 people emerge from the back of the store with a baby in their arms. I can tell by how they are dressed one is working and one is off. The three of them continue to play with the infant while I wait for assistance. I then am finally acknowledged, pick my charms with no guidance from the rep and leave. In past experiences with Pandora, the sales rep always asks me what kind of bracelet I have, if my bracelet has a theme and they make recommendations for me. I didnt get any of that service from this store and will surely be taking my business elsewhere for now on.

This store is horrible. When we walked in we werent even acknowledged. Stayed in the store for a least 15 - 20 minutes, a customer paid for her items, left the store and we still were not acknowledged. Dont spend your money here. And I will be reporting your store too

My girlfriend and I were standing at the counter for nearly 20 minutes before we were even acknowledged and asked if we needed any help! Absolutely appalling!!!

Drove an hour to the store only to wait at the door before 7pm closing time. Only to be advised that they were no longer taking customers after servicing the couple whom was already in the store. I felt as if the associate working the door purposely didn’t turn around to acknowledge me at the door until 3 minutes to 7pm. Bad customer service!

We were greeted when we went into the store, it wasn’t busy at all since it was on a Tuesday morning and it was so cold outside. The thing that disturbed me was after the greeting the sales associates walked away and turned her back. When we decided what we wanted to look at I had to go over and ask her. She wasn’t over friendly and didn’t really explain anything about our options on the different chain links or the prices. The stores was very clean, plenty of light and the prices were reasonable.

Went here looking for a wedding band. Im a simple person and have always admired the classic looks Pandora offers. Thats why we chose this store. When we walked in the store was full of those just looking people. I picked what I wanted within 10 minutes and chose a back up just in case. We waited while watching other customers trying things on just to leave with no purchase. We tried approaching three different employees who somehow managed to slip away after seeing us. After waiting in line we were turned away because there was a sign in sheet, no one informed us about. So after that 45 minutes of standing we were turned away. It is hard to give a store a good review when they do not greet you, do not inform you of their protocol, ignore you for others who are clearly not buying, dont so much as look at you, dont extend help, run from you to go hide in the back, and then just turn you away altogether. It was as simple as getting the ring, and taking a payment. Wont return to say the least. There is no better way to lose a returning customer than to make them feel unwanted in the store, or to speak to them like they are unworthy of being there. Sadly a day of excitment was turned into a day of disappointment.

I was traveling with my Mother and Sister and they are big Pandora fans. They like to get charms when they travel so they have something from the trip. This store was very busy, but we didnt have to wait for assistance. Staff did not make use feel rushed and answered all the question that we had.

Great customer service. Replaced a broken chain and cleaned my charm bracelet in ten minute.

There were three ladies working and no one greeted us or other shoppers that came in after we entered the store. One lady asked whos next and then others shoppers came in the store the sales person moved the tray that she was working out of and there was a signed up sheet.. which four others customers that came in after us signed up . Now my party of three and three other shippers had to wait until those new shoppers were helped because they signed in. No one said signed in and the clipboard was not visible. Needless to say I shop there often and was very disappointed and left without the new bracelet and three charms I was there to purchase.

To my surprise when I tried to go into the store on Saturday 5/12/18 around 848 pm, the door was locked and a worker opened the door to let people out. The worker stated that we couldnt go into the store. This is NOT fair because it wasnt 9:00pm, and its mothers day weekend. This WAS my favorite store, but now I dont want to step foot in there EVER again!! VERY BAD BUSINESS TO NOT LET A PAYING CUSTOMER IN ON MOTHERS DAY WEEKEND!!!😠
