Courtney was the absolute best!! Her customer service skills were immaculate. She could not only answer any questions I had and give suggestions, but also made me feel like I had known her for years! I’m from Richmond and stopped in on my way to visit Newport News. I would drive back to this location just to have her help me out again. She’s awesome! Thanks Courtney!! :-)

Eleanore and the rest of the crew here are amazing!! She was completely honest as to what looked good, and she gave on spot suggestions as to what pair of sunglasses would fit my face the best. They really do work as a team, and they make the experience so delightful…you actually enjoy searching for the “perfect” pair instead feeling overwhelmed by their inventory.

My experience at this store was excellent. The entire staff was personable, friendly, and funny, but Courtney in particular was very helpful and fun. I cant remember an experience where I spent over $200 and enjoyed it. Employees can make or break the reputation of a company. Because of Courtney and the rest of the staff, Ive become a big fan of Sunglass Hut. Keep hiring employees like this. They are not easy to find!

The store neat and sanitize as well when you come in they share there sanitization on the sunglasses politely and ask once you touch glasses put it in a box to clean. Prices are reasonable with some discount.

Courtney was great. I walked in knowing what I wanted but didnt see it on any of the displays. So I was about to leave, Courtney worked with me to find exactly what I came for. So I left with what I wanted and felt well taken care of.

I purchased a pair of RalphLauren sunglasses online last year that had loosened and warped over time. I came in store today to ask about how to have them repaired and Jocelyn was an exceptional help. She explained how to order replacement parts while she adjusted the pair to fit like new. Even though I didnt make a new purchase today, Ill definitely come back to this location in hopes of having Jocelyns help for any future purchases or service. Thank you!

Tiffany the salesperson charged me for the carekit without asking me. When I asked her what’s the 10$ charge for, she was like you bought a designer glasses you have to purchase the cleaning kit as well! No ma’am I don’t!! She was so annoyed when I asked her to refund me for that kit!

The Sunglass Hut located next to Brooks Brothers is much better in customer service than the other one located next to American Eagle. The service representative was very helpful, we bought two pairs of glasses from them and she gave us a good deal and even fixed up our old sunglasses which we had on. I would definitely go to this Sunglass Hut over the other one in Williamsburg, even though it is smaller the customer service is better.

I had every intention of buying Team USA Oakley sunglasses that I’d been wanting for two months since I’d seen them. I walked in and was greeted by a gentleman who immediately recognized me and asked why I was in because I owned a pair of Armani Exchange and he even pointed out the ones he remembered on me from the shelf. I explained I lost my prescription sunglasses and needed a replacement ASAP! He showed around and told me the specials and I ended up buying a Michael Kor’s and a pair of Oakley’s! Im so disappointed I went to the outlet on May 31st to make a purchase and experience a problem with a credit card Im from another state so it was a Sunday and I said forget it Ill go to my local store when I got home I realized that not only did my credit card get charge but they charged me twice for glasses I did not purchase!!!! Tried talking to customer service to give them all of my bank info. letting them know the funds had been dist. but nothing!!!!! Now I have to be without a credit card for 10 days and I was foolish enough to have faith in Sunglass Hut to believe that they would resolve this problem and brought from a local store never again!!!!

The sunglass hut in williams berg the worst customer service the lady over there misbehaved the lady with brown eyes she wears spectacles, i asked her if there was anydoscount of the shades and she took that from my hand put it back and said no discount rudely. I would never go there.
