Awesome Customer Service! As entering the store I was greeted and asked if I needed help by the store manager. He was very pleasant and helpful. The store was very neat and well stocked. Great store and great service!

Tejuan was the gentleman who helped me find the supplement I was looking for he did a great job. He was professional warm and very knowledgable. Somebody give the guy a raise already!

I’ve been a very long time loyal customer of The Vitamin Shoppe. Usually I have been very happy with the personnel at the Vitamin Shoppe in other locations. They’re caring, kind, knowledgeable, listen and not condescending. The associates always were personable as well as professional. I wish I could say the same about the blonde lady today at 6:45 pm. In my opinion, she came across to me as someone who felt she was imposed upon for even having to come up to the counter to wait on a customer. The other associates whom I’ve met before could really coach her on customer service skills. I’m going back to other Vitamin Shoppes even if it means go a few extra miles. This lady just drove away business from her store. The other associates attract business to their stores and I have written compliments to their managers in the past because they were so impressive in a positive way unlike this lady.🤔

Went inside, employees very helpful and kind. All employees had on mask. All customers I saw wore mask, a friendly atmosphere. Will return when I need too.

Went in today and had an awesome experience with a sales associate named Dave. I had to inquire some help for personal biological things that are going on with me. Was hoping for a woman, BUT he was so easy going and easy to talk to, helpful, and knowledgeable... hire more people like Dave!
