I havent purchased cologne in 20 years. I went in to get the same cologne I bought years ago. I had no idea what cologne/perfume cost these days, so purchased the cologne. The price seemed reasonable. After I got home, did some quick Google research and learned I could have gotten the SAME brand and type and amount for $25 less, at multiple locations. Very upsetting, cant return, as I used it already. Wont be returning and will discourage as many as I can to do the same. They are STEALING!!!! Shame on you, Fragrance Outlet.

While I can’t speak to all of their perfumes, after trying my beloved Amarige by Givenchy, I didn’t need to shop anymore because it was clearly a dupe. Anyone who has smelled Amarige, knows how utterly polarizing it can be. There is an animalic note in it that smells like urine to some. I know that sounds strange but fragrance heads know what I’m talking about. The sales staff were professional and speedy. I just don’t think a lot of the product is real. Again, I can’t speak to all of the fragrances. Also, the no return policy is prominently posted several places.

Great prices on the real deal scents. Don the mgr is a great guy, and his crew is top notch as well.

Great experience! Our sales professional Pamela was very informative, spoke with expertise and made us feel very comfortable. I truly enjoyed her and highly recommend this store for the large selection of perfumes and colognes.

Bought a $400 bottle of Creed, because thats my scent, got home wore it.... Definitely fake. One spray of The real creed will last for days on dirty clothes in the laundry basket, you maybe get a few hours of this stuff. Not impressed. Kinda makes sense with the No Refunds sign.

OMGOSH this store was love! I liked that I was able to pick up stuff and smell it without being hassled to buy something. Love the atmosphere. The girl working was super helpful!!!!!

They have a great selection. But everything is overpriced and the sales person was trying to convince me to buy some European stuff that they called their premium line. I will never be going back to this place again. Would rather wait and pay delivery fees for online than go back here. Good luck if you take a shot with this place

I am extremely upset...I bought some perfume that I never heard of before but the scent was beautiful...$90.09 I spent...2 hours later I’m at Wal-Mart and the same perfume for $23.50...I called and demanded to speak with the manager and demanded a refund...unfortunately they don’t do refunds only exchanges...I would never in my life again shop at this place..I feel cheated and robbed out of my money. I work hard for everything I own and I work hard for my money. This place is highway robbery. Do your investigation before you purchase from this horrible place

One customer service person working on a holiday weekend...

Large variety to choose from and there is always a special. Tarlon Stewart helped me and he had a lot of patience. I liked that I was able to smell everything without being hassled to buy something. I told Tarlon what I like to wear and he was able to make some good recommendations. Love the atmosphere!! I highly recommend you going here and ask for Tarlon!

When I asked the return policy, the staff said Returns with receipt and unopened, unused fragrance. I said Ok, give me a paper strip with the scent so my husband can tell if he likes it without opening it. Said NOTHING about an exchange only/store credit policy.Took it home, husband didnt like it so we DID NOT OPEN IT and he took it back.The smart alec at the desk held up the receipt, flicked the bottom of it where the exchange policy is stated. He smirked and LAUGHED in my husbands face and said Its EXCHANGE ONLY with receipt and unopened item. Took GREAT PLEASURE in duping us even though I specifically asked about the return policy. What a jerk.Zero stars for customer service.Zero stars for pricing as well. Found out their items are about 20% more expensive than Amazon.

RIPOFF!! I bought two mens colongne from the store 2 weeks ago, did not open the product or even take it out of the plastic. Out of curiosisty i checked Amazon, Macys and other stores to compare prices, and to my horror, Fragrance Outlet was charging me more than 150% more on each bottle!.This is highway robbery. The sad part is, they do not refund you anything. I am sure they had a sign somehwere that said that, i but hsould have been smart enough to read it. Spent over $115 for stuff that is valued less than $50. NEVER got his palce!!! STAY AWAY!

I bought a Le Femme eau de parfum from here. I loved how it smelled! She told me how it was imported from France and how it was made originally for royalty. She was very professional and helpful. However, it was priced at 80$.... now as I researched this brand the day after, it’s sold at...wait for it.......WALMART for 25$. And amazon sells an entire set with the same sized bottle plus the body spray, wash, and lotion for 65$!!!! Are you serious?????? I thought it looked inexpensive as the bottle in the package was slightly scratched and stitched weird. I feel bamboozled! Let’s just say, I learned my lesson. So much for “all our products are real no knockoffs” yea...the prices are unreal THAT’S for certain!
