Employee approached and asked if she could help and I handed her the package while saying yes.Package was wrapped, addressed, and had the appropriate warning tags in place.The package was taken, set on scale and receipt ran to give to me. I was asked if there was anything else I might need. My answer was no and she wished me a good afternoon.I returned the wish as I headed for the door.It just doesnt get better than that. No line, no wait, friendly employee and very efficient service. The store is within 3 miles of my home and is my go to UPS store.Thanks for a brief, pleasant encounter,Ralph

This store has been invaluable to me. They have served as a Notary, Banner Designer and Producer as well as helping print documents sent to me digitally that I needed duplicate and file. This UPS Store is problem solver!

Very positive experience at this location! Staff was attentive, knowledgeable and helpful. Most of all, they were QUICK! There was line when I arrived, I almost decided to come back another time, glad I didnt. The wait was much shorter than its been at other locations and they made sure my package was taped up and secured before affixing the label. Quarterpath isnt the closest UPS Store location for me, but Im only using this store from now on!

Selling my house thats up in PA. Today is Tuesday and the closing date is this Friday. The closing lawyer just learned that i wont be there for it. She sent me the papers I needed to sign, have those signatures notarized, and overnight back to her from here in Toano, VA. My home printer needs a new driver, so knowing that over night doesnt always mean over night during these Covid days, I immediately called my local UPS who only has a Notary until 2PM every day. It is now 1PM and the secretary hadnt sent over the papers yet. I made many phone calls looking for a Notary. One UPS shop would not Notarize a deed. I finally found this place .They have a Notary until 5PM every day. I emailed them the paper work. To my surprise they quickly responded with a Email they had already printed the papers for me. I got there and met the Notary, Melissa. She was very patient with me and made sure we signed every where we needed to. I think she saw the stress on my face. She then sent a copy via email back to the Attorney to back up the overnight delivery. I could not express to her just how much I appreciated her help and the rest of the staff there.i will make this my UPS store of choice from now on. Besides Melissa, and the rest of the helpful staff, it is in a nice area of the shopping center with plenty of parking. It was a pleasurable experience.

The UPS store created my logo for my business. They were the first place to listen to what I wanted instead of tell me what I “should” have. I’m so happy with the result and I regularly receive compliments on my logo. Thanks guys!

You have a GREAT staff there and their always helpful and friendly! I went in two days ago and all staff were wearing masks but today 1 young Lady was not. And the store had six people in there at one time so I waited until all had left. While the customers did use the floor markers to distance themselves two of them werent wearing masks. What is your policy about employees/customers wearing protective gear?

Generally love this particular UPS store - employees are super friendly and professional. However, I was taken aback today to see an unmasked employee serving customers and unmasked customers in the store, even though the sign out front stated the store required masks to be worn. Has the store’s policy on masks changed?

It reminds me of going to the post office with my mom as a child growing up in a small town. Just because the parent company is a large faceless entity, it is comforting to know the experience can still feel neighborly.

Best place in Williamsburg to have a PO Box and ship. The owner is hands on any issue. The staff is helpful and wonderful. This is a 5 Star operation. Period! Highly recommend!.

I wiped the sweat off my brow as I was racing to the UPS Store to pick up six Very important boxes for my business. It was a Saturday, and I really needed those contents to help the remodeling of my store on Sunday, and I didn’t know what I was going to do if I didn’t make it in time to the UPS store before they closed. I had my wife and kids in the car, and I suddenly realize that I was not going to be able to fit all these big boxes safely in my vehicle with my loved ones as well. Rick one of the two owners of the UPS store was so kind and drove the packages to my home to ensure my family made it home safe along with my packages. Rick went above and beyond and I cannot thank him enough for his support and doing this for me especially when his operation was closed for business for the day. Him staying late and helping me was true customer service

I went to the UPS Store this week and they provided some outstanding customer service with shipping books. They have top notch friendly and helpful staff.

If you are buying a box at this location to list your business, like I purchased and stated the reason for my purchase and had an option of 6months/1year I paid for a year under the recommendation of the staff that I use a medium box which I told her it was more so to post a listing . This suggestion lost me additional money . The GMB got shut down 2 times as I did the same steps in other locations just fine, I spent 325 dollars and didn’t have this box a week I asked if anything they can do being independently opened, perhaps understand that the box is no use for our business and should have been afforded this knowledge ahead of a purchase. I’m sure I’m not the first to have this issue, becasreful what you set up at this location or I suggest different ways of listing a business, I asked for the opportunity to have a manager call me, which was dismissed as they planned not to do anything for me. They will take your money and not be any source of help more so greed . I was willing to pay for 6month for an unused box and asked for the other 6months be returned they denied. Poor customer service . Over 300 in less then 5 days of having the box and not have I used it at all. Nor has it received a piece of mail. Thanks guys . We work hard for our money and should be afforded knowledge with things like this. Buy a box in Virginia Beach it’s more then 100 dollars less! This post office benefits from my hard earned money after recognizing that the box was of no value to me. The post office set contracts and boundaries that is most beneficial to them NOT the customer . Period complete reflection on YOU as a company !

I got a mailbox at The UPS store at quarterpath crossing. A week later I found it I had to move to another city and they would not refund my $170.00, 6 months mailbox. Nothing in the contract said that it could not be refunded. I just think its a terrible way to treat a veteran.

Called ahead asking if I brought in a package could I print my shipping label there. Sure they said. When I got there, I found out it would cost me $2.50 to print this out. I would give 1 star, but the place is friendly and keeps it line free, so I guess 3.

The staff really takes their time taking care of the customers. I had a request for something to be laminated and the staff member personalized it for me to make it look even better.

Went here to drop off from textbooks. They have some great hours, and took care of the whole process with minimal work from me.

Not FOR small business at all, they just want your money! Beware!
