Rob and Gabe are the true stars of this store. They were knowledgeable, polite, and professional. What happened was on the drive home, both front brake calipers had seized. Rob and Gabe assisted in getting the right parts for my car and then helped installing after the store had closed down.What would have been a 2 hour job by myself turned into about a 30 minute job. I will never forget this and this has turned my perspective that its the staff that makes a store great.Thank you guys so much.

Helpful and funny staff, if you cant find it at one place they will do their best to see if its in stock somewhere else. I know some staff by name and they never forget yours.

AutoZone has quality parts at good prices. They will also test most batteries, alternators, etc. for free. The service is great too. You can check parts availability and compatibility online before you go. You can even pay online and pick-up in store if you want.

It IS A SATURDAY AFTERNOON, VERY COLD AND I CAME TO THE WILLIAMSPORT AUTO ZONE TO GET A BULB IN MY CAR AND I HAD THE MOST AMAZING EXCHANGE WITH A YOUNG MAN WHO WORKS THERE AND GOES BY THE NAME OF AUSTIN..HE CHANGED AT LEAST 3 BULBS FOR MYSELF AND 2 OTHERS.HE WAS KIND AND SUPER HELPFUL AND PROFESSIONAL I WOULD HAVE GIVEN HIM A $20 TIP BUT HE COULD NOT TAKE TIPS AND I DONT BELIEVE HE WOULD HAVE IF COULD THATS HOW MUCH OF A GENTLEMEN HE WAS.....I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMENDED HIM TO BE RECOGNIZED FOR HIS HARD WORK AND PROFESSIONALISM..

Great service. Austin replaced a turn signal bulb for me while I was on a trip out of state. Leave it to murphy to have abulb blow while traveling and getting a quick bulb replacement saved me from risking a ticket.

I could spend all day in this store. No joke

I want to say I visited a competitor and upon purchase noticed they had misleading info on the part purchased. Refunded and then came to autozone. Made a call on the part needed. The sales associate Austin want above and beyond explaining to me the part I needed. He then proceeded to put a few aside for me to choose from upon arriving at the store. All of this on a Friday night close to closing. Austin was very attentive and helpful as well as very insightful on the item I needed. Needless to say I found a new auto parts store to purchase any needs I may have for my vehicles and or accessories. All in all at the end of running around town to competitors and becoming very frustrated all I needed to do was make one single call and could eliminated it all!

Had to stop in today to get a new alternator and all the guys in here were great. Very friendly, fast service, very helpful. They will go out of their way to help anyone. Couldnt ask for better customer service or hospitality... thank you guys for everything.

The customer service was excellent. They were extremely helpful in giving me all the information I needed to make a decision about what different parts is should get and even helped me replace the windshield wipers and the battery in my car. They also told me everything I needed to know about how long each should last and different things that I can do to prolong their life. I will definitely visit again.

They dont know what they are talking about and then try to argue with you when you know exactly what you need. Then they tell you they probably have the part only to drive all the way down there, 20 miles out of the way only to be told they dont have the part and the other one you need doesnt exist even though you just took it off the car. Auto Zone is a joke

We called this morning and spoke with Maxwell about getting a water pump and thermostat for our Ford Escape. He of course had the parts in stock and pulled them out for us. We paid over the phone and let him know that my sister in law was going to come in and pick them up, since we live in Ralston. My sister in law brought our parts up and turns out it’s the wrong parts. We called back and let Maxwell know what happened. He said he is ordering the right parts apologized many times for the mix up. I then had to see if the store could deliver the parts up to us. Since we live 30 minutes from the store and our car is broken down. He made sure that no matter what even though he normally doesn’t do this, he is having one of the delivery drivers bring us our parts tomorrow. This is the best customer service we have ever experienced. Thank you Maxwell from The Mazza’s. You are a life saver.

This is the AutoZone experience you would expect when going to one. Of the staff is not busy, they will ask you right away if they arent busy with other customers. They have a wide variety of car parts as well as accessories. I recommend going here in Williamsport for all your car needs.

I actually live not to far from a auto zone where I live I have called that store numorus times to make sure they I had the part and explained to the girl that I had a stroke and asked if the part could b at the counter when I got there due to I cant stand for very long I told her I would b there within 1/2 hour but ended up being just over an hour and when I got there she gave me an attitude so I got pissed and LEFT and went to to this auto zone close to my Drs appointment I called and explained what happened at the Towanda store he promised me it would be at the register nearest to the door I cant remember the gentlemans name that took care of me it was worth the drive which this is now my auto parts store to go to now

I broke the fasteners on my chin spoiler on my car. The gentleman at the counter helped me find what I needed and I fixed it in the parking lot.
