Called in for some pricing on batteries for a golf cart. Initial conversation was sub par and it didn’t seem like the guy on the other end really wanted to help. He asked me to call him back in the morning and by then he’d have status. I called him back the following day, even allowing more time than first thing in the morning and when he answered he asked me to call him back in 30 mins. At that point I told him I’ll just call somewhere else, as being the customer I shouldn’t have to call him and chase him down... you just lost a $800+ dollar sale, and I will never be back. I will direct everyone with an ear to go see the guys at Hurwitz. At least there’s customer service there!
