We scheduled for our power steering pump to be replaced 3 weeks ago. The time was set, and we arrived prior to 9am for maintenance on the scheduled date. We were notified that they did not have the part after we arrived. We were offered to come back at 1pm that day or anytime after, or to come back another day for repairs. We agreed on 1pm and arrived again a few minutes prior to the scheduled repair. Again! Again, they still could not get the part! Absolutely terrible service. We do not recommend this auto repair shop at all. No sense of commitment to their customers.
