Got a patch that didnt last a week. Got a better patch at another place and they charged half as much! (and it actually holds) I do not recommend getting a patch here

Excellent all around auto center. All staff true professionals. They know my car and I have been with them many,many years. Prices reasonable. Get their estimate and compare. Example: my car towed their estimate 1,500.00 plus towing . Bastian total price $291.64 and car runs like new. Thanks to all at Bastians.

Nice, clean, quick, and fair price

Had a flat tire and was in a hurry. Asked to put on the spare tire which they did.Was on my way within a half hour as several customers ahead of me.

I had my tires rebalanced and rotated. I told them the way I wanted them rotated and told them I even marked each tire to show where I wanted each tire to go. AND THE STILL DID IT WRONG!!! After I made a complaint they did it right after waisting 2hrs of my time to do a simple job. I am now questioning if they balanced my tires properly. 3/2/2021

I wish I could give them a zero star rating but I cant. Terrible service. Waited 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. The one guy went to lunch with my car still on the lift. So I couldnt even leave at that point (an hour and a half into waiting). I even called ahead to ask if they were busy because they dont take appointments for oil changes and tire rotations. The only reason it wasnt longer is because I asked when my car would be done. The one receptionist made sure other guys finished my car quickly. I got there at 10:30am and got out at 12:30pm. The one guy that answers phones at Williamsport shop on Washington Boulevard named Jared I think. He has a really bad attitude was rude to me when I got my car inspected. Jared was also the one who told me they werent busy the day I went for the oil change.

They make their customers feel like family. Always willing to help and they are very professional. They definitely have me as a steady customer.

Went in for an emissions test. In and out in 30 minutes. Staff were couteous and professional.

Good prices, friendly staff. They do a great job and the wait room, if you choose to stay is comfortable for the most part. Free Wi-Fi is provided.

Brought in a tire to be replaced, they grabbed it from my car... but i had to carry it back to mine... not a huge deal. But cmon man.

They found an issue with one of my tires that several other places could not find and fixed it. While waiting for them to service my car I watch how friendly and courteous they were to other customers and myself. Almost as if everyone is their best friend. Recommend 100%

These guys just made our day. We got a flat tire last night, had to stay an extra night a few hours away and bought another set of tires. Tires were delivered in the morning, put on and we were back on the road. After getting BRAND NEW TIRES we hit a nasty piece of metal on the road about 100 miles away that slashed our tire and we ended up with yet another flat. In less than 24 hours. Screw cars with no spare in the back. We thankfully had an extra tire in the back from yesterdays ordeal just in case. Called a few places and no one could help us until tomorrow except for Bastian. We quickly explained the situation and they got us in immediately and back on the road in less than 30 minutes! Absolute miracle workers and life savers! I am forever grateful for the kindness and generosity they showed us.

Jared was so helpful and I appreciated his honesty with me. I also appreciated that he was willing to plug some slow leaks for me instead of trying to sell me 2 new tires (when a plug would suffice). The guys worked quickly and did a great job. Im extremely happy with their work!

I took my vehicle here for a squeak. They took some rust off my breaks (or somewhere around the tire area). They were quick and assured me that my car was in good/safe condition to drive. My car unfortunately is still squeaking, however they didnt charge me anything for seeing it and the work they did.

If you need anything done with your car, this is the place to go. Great service.

I had no problem with the service I had done. Although all I had done was a tire breakdown on a set of tires that were not attached to the car.But while I was waiting, the owner/manager was being indirectly disrespectful to customers that were on hold on the phone. Also, his employees did not seem happy to be there at all so they must have issues with management there too. If you take your car there, be careful. If they hate their job there, they might try to make the place look bad by damaging peoples stuff.

On the road, had a flat, tire couldnt be fixed, no charge for all the work they did. Very nice people, set us on our way, made sure we were safe. Cant say enough.

Great tire company been around longer than i can remember. Fair pricing, bays big enough to work on anything, almost anything.

Ive taken my car multiple places in the area for fairly common things. I wasnt happy with any of my experiences until I ended up going to this place for some maintenance. The employees are friendly and helpful, they wont screw you over, and theyre honest about what is wrong. Ive been here multiple times and have nothing bad to say. Comfortable environment as well. Recommend.

Brought our lowered car in to Bastian to see if it could be aligned, after the associate looked the car over they assured us that it would be no problem. When we showed up for the appointment the next day we were told that we had been double booked with someone else. After waiting 45 mins we were told to come back the next day. When we came back the next morning and got our car back they didnt finish the alignment because it was too low. After offering no apology we were charged full alignment price.

Went in for an inspection and to have all tires balanced and rotated. Car wasnt balanced properly or something because I still had a shaking in my seat. After taking it back, they rebalanced the tires and the issue seems to be less noticeable.

About 2 years ago right before Christmas I was driving on the highway and my tire blew and I went there to see how much a used tire would be. Well they couldnt find a used tire that would fit my truck at first. So they were showing me prices of new tires and I just couldnt afford it because it was like a week before Christmas. So I was leaving and the one employee that was waiting on me came out to the car I was getting into and said I found u a tire. I was like great how much? He said no charge Merry Christmas!! I cried, said thank u, Merry Christmas and gave him a hug!!! No-one has ever done anything like that for me in my life!!!!

I spent over $5k there on new tires and rims, e break and a new front differential last year. The e break went awhile ago and just last month it was making some grinding noise so I took it to Penn College Automotive lab for them to check it out and guess what the Instructor told me, the front differential is bad. Now considering they dont make a dime off of this and they do it for lab work with the students, I believe him. Whats worse, I paid for a new front differential and the lab instructor asked if they put a used one in and I said no I paid for a new one. The lab instructor was shocked of course! Not Happy in a freaking big way, I called Bastians and told them this and have not heard a word back and I dont expect to either. They also lost 4 of my TPM, when I went to pick my Hummer up they never had the spare tire mounted - it was a huge freaking mess and I should have known something in my gut was telling me something was wrong. Never again, totally blown away they would do this and think I wouldnt eventually find out!!

After the vehicle was brought in it didnt take long however appointment was at 230 and we left at 410 too long to wait when you have an appointment.

Service reps at the front desk ignored me and another customer( no greeting) for 10 minutes. I walked out.

They can get you what you need in and out pretty fast, my work goes through them for almost every single tire we need

Poor customer service, mechanics have bad attitudes and look unhappy. I waited over an hour and a half just to get a tire plug, and that same tire was below 10 PSI not even 24 hours after service.
