Ordered the omelette this morning. It came with home fries. The petite omelette was stuffed with a multitude of ingredients that were seasoned with herbs and garlic (I included a photo of the ingredients). There wasnt much cheese in my omelette (I love cheese), but in all fairness, I think that more cheese would throw off the balance of the ingredients. My only rub was that the omelette was on the oily side. The potatoes, however, were fantastic -- the best Ive had yet.

The BLT is so delicious! Cute vibes, clean bathroom, great food. Found this place on a road trip, so pleasantly surprised. Glad we stopped!

The menu items always sound great, but I generally leave w a feeling of mediocrity. Their house hot saws is good, though. And its local and has cool art. Ill keep returning.

What this place lacks in execution, they make up for with the great food.The latte was fantastic. The lemon blueberry French toast was also a winner. The sausage gravy with eggs was done very well. The rosemary potatoes were good too.A few suggestions for the staff:1) For visitors, it’s difficult to know what to do when you walk in. There is no signage that indicates that you order at the counter and sit down after.2) First time diners will be confused about the menu since there is no signage at the counter or even a chalkboard with the menu. They might mistake the place for just a coffee house.3) For the sausage gravy and egg dish, give people a choice of toast, English muffin or biscuit. Not everyone likes biscuits. You offer eggs any style with this dish. Offer a choice of bread, too! It’s not complicated.4) The lemon blueberry French toast doesn’t need maple syrup. It’s sweet enough with the crumb topping. I would suggest you double the fresh blueberries and use less of the crumb topping. The lemon in the French toast with the fresh blueberries is truly refreshing and heavenly. No need to complicate it.5) My latte was served in a tall beverage glass with no handle. It was too hot to pick up. An odd choice for a latte. I used a napkin to pick up the glass. Either opt for tall paper cups with lids, or get a tall mug with a handle.6) You need a bigger space for your breakfast/brunch crowd. The town is filled with empty larger historic buildings. Why not choose one and open up the space so that larger groups can enjoy your great food? I saw several groups turn away because there was no place to sit.

Staff is extremely friendly and cheerful. Food was overpriced for the portion size and taste. Nothing special. No bottle water either.

Sticky bun is amazing, and the iced coffee is fantastic. I did get an omelet as well, it was pretty big and full of flavor. Worth giving them a try if you are passing threw!Huge iced coffee and sticky bun person:3

Stopped by this incredible cafe in downtown Williamsport today; along with seasonal dishes inspired and procured from local growers, everything is made in house and the definition of epicurean. Jesse and staff have done an incredible job here, I will be back just as soon as Im able!

This place is great. Food and coffee are both excellent. To me this is what ever coffee house/Cafe should consist of. Great coffee/lattes etc and a small but great hot food menu. Peach ricotta was the best French toast I have ever had. I travel cross country on a motorcycle and have tried many many cafes. This is top 5 for sure. Give it a try if you are passing by. One down side, I was not sure where the parking for the place was. But overall excellent. Plus staff are friendly and seem to enjoy what they are doing!

I dont want to say Im pretentious or an espresso connoisseur, but I make it a point to visit as many cafes wherever I go. I got the lavander latte this time, my first time, and hands down I believe its one of the best espressos in the area. It was bold but not too bitter, rich, perfectly sweet, with THE BEST cap of foam. My friend got the honey cinnamon latte. While maintaining the above qualities in the drink it was also deep and a little earthy. If youre ever in Williamsport in the morning or early lunch this is a must go spot for stupendous lattes and brunch. I wish it was open later than 2, but you cant dock anyone points for operating hours. Its a place worth fitting into your morning schedule. (Pardon the prior sip to my latte before the photograph was taken, I was too eager because it looked delectable and stood up to the presentation, and then some)I also got a Monte Cristo with the rosemary potatoes. Equally delicious, but I hold espresso and coffee to a higher standard.Next time its the Mocha. A classic in many places and im excited to see how it matches up with the others in town, especially their own Lavander Latte which Im a sucker for to begin with.

Wonderful food and service. Highly recommend!! A true gem of a find as we traveled nearby. The food, I was told, is locally sourced and whereas I dont have proof of this everything was certainly delicious. We stopped for breakfast. The scones were just the right amount of sweet and the salted caramel latte was just the right amount of flavor. The eggs were cooked exactly as ordered and the busuits and gravy had just the right amount of spice. And lots of sausage. Dont miss this one if you are close by. And if you arent, its worth the drive!

Food was fantastic. Blueberry scones with a latte yummy. plus a Hot breakfast, the eggs were wonderful not sure what they did but they were great. Worth the stop. Very nice little town.

Simple, quality brunch served by friendly people! Everything tasted great and seemed like it was prepared with care. I loved “The Treehorn,” which was a cold brew drink with fresh mint leaves in it! The toast that came with my omelette was perfect. Finally, I was really pleased that they asked me if I wanted utensils with my takeout instead of automatically giving them to me. It was a small gesture but made me happy to see them doing what they can to cut down on unnecessary waste nowadays.

When my boyfriend and I visited Williamsport we went here once on a whim for lunch then came back again the next day for breakfast because it was so good! The barista recognized us and welcomed us back. If we didnt live several hours away Im sure wed be regulars by now! All of the food and coffee we had was delicious and seemed like it was made with fresh ingredients.

Food was delicious! The lower rating is due to our wait. It took over an hour to get breakfast for two.

Amazing atmosphere and friendly staff. Rotates wall art from local artists. Jesse and his crew come up with some awesome dishes, making things I never thought Id like into some of my favorites. The coffee is the best Ive ever had.This is the place people miss the most when they leave the area.

Upscale dishes with an upscale price; the meal pictured here was around $20 (with tip). Still worth stopping in now and then.

Awesome stop! We where staying outside of town and decided to stop here for breakfast and coffee before we left. Glad we did. Apple walnut French toast was yummy. Cold brew and Costa Rican roast was very good as well. Inside was nice looking and the staff was kind and attentive. Got take out and took it to a park nearby to eat.

Great food, locally sourced. The omelet was one of the best I have ever had... included kale, sweet potatoes, and bacon. Coffee was outstanding too, they grind and brew it fresh. A bit pricey if you are looking for a cheap breakfast, but you will get your moneys worth in quantity and quality.

The coffee is AMAZING! Love the rustic/industrial charm of this little cafe. Only wish there were more options for parking, but because of where it’s located street parking is the best option. You can also purchase their signature coffee blends to make the delish coffee at home. They use locally sourced meats and produce for their menu items as well which is just awesome!

Absolutely love this place! Fantastic food with seasonal variety, super friendly customer service, delicious coffee... All around a great place. One of my go-to spots.

Visiting from Washington, DC, I utilized Google and its reviews to find this restaurant and Im glad I did! The food was superb and the team members were most friendly and courteous.

The food was magical! Every ingredient was fresh and in season, and the bread exceptional. Also great coffee! We came in off the highway (found with Google Maps), so works for traveling through.

So this little place doesnt look like much on the outside. The inside is quite nice though!When you are at the counter the menu is on your right (for the food) and the coffee menu is right behind the counter. After you make your selection you can pay before or after your meal. That adds a nice little touch if youd like to keep a tab open.The food servings are plentiful and delicious. At least enough for the food lover to get by on! I mean.. eggs, toast, sausage, jelly is great. Though my friends French toast of some form looked like I should have eaten that too (yum)!Only downfall I FELT were that they could use a bit more comfortable chairs to enjoy the delicious food (and coffee if you like that sort of thing). :)

Wonderful food, fresh, done right. The food is beautiful, coffee is gourmet and the service is absolutely wonderful! Very friendly, attentive staff, make you feel at home when you enter the restaurant. Great for 2-4 guest, seating is limited to about 10 tables but very roomy and comfortable. Nice metropolis feel to the atmosphere and presentation of food.

Overpriced, rude staff. Told we could not have 5 people at a table, but the people who sat in the table before us were a family of 5... also did not clean the tables while we waited around for 45 minutes. They choose when they want to follow COVID occupancy rules but don’t follow cleaning procedures?

We waited for an hour for our food just to finish it in less than 10 minutes. Everyone around us kept looking at the window waiting for their food as well. Food was decent but they forgot my friends drink.

Real food. Real service. Real people. Best damn hot chocolate weve had in years. When I mean the food is real, it tastes like good, wholesome food. The setup inside is quaint and a little small but perfect for what they have going on there. Cant go wrong with anything on the menu.

Was working on a project at Lycoming College, and enjoyed a delicious lunch at this fantastic coffee shop. The staff are incredibly friendly, its a nice environment, food delicious, and I loved my Earl Gray tea.Thank you!

If you like lumberjack breakfasts, this is not the right place for you. However, if you consider refined sugar to be the product of the devil, then you will feel right at home. The food is well done, the place has a bit of style, and the service is fast and friendly. Wine spectator, lattes, espressos, and marinated mushrooms in your omelette can all be found here. Grizzled old men listening to the police scanner and arguing over coffee... Not so much.

Delicious breakfast, nice atmosphere and great service. The only thing I would say is that the light fixture hung above the register, while trendy and nice, prevents people from being able to read the drink menu. You either have to be really tall or really short and duck down to read the sign. Everything else was great though.

This place is actually amazing. I can speak personally to the quality of their scones, lemonades, coffees and lunches! Theyre friendly and appropriately priced as well. Try it out!

An absolutely amazing breakfast and lunch spot. the menu is always changing based on the season and availability, food is incredible, coffee from buzzsaw (local roaster) is excellent and the wait staff is courteous and pleasant. the only downside is that the dinning area is rather small, so there can be a wait, but it is worth it. highly recommend.

Amazing experience! Nice Cafe type of setting and ambiance with great paintings on the walls. Food is visually appetizing and very nicely presented and tastes equally great! Definitely one of the best brunches Ive had!

Definitely worth your time to try this out. Will make it a point to stop here when in Williamsport. Toughest thing was deciding what to try. If its your first visit just ask someone how it works there. Clientele we met each visit were helpful and friendly.

This awesome place has some of the freshest, most delicious food I have ever had. Their drinks are excellent as well. Iced Mocha and Vanilla Mint soda are super good.

Had the delicious Autumn Hash with fun stuff like purple cabbage, shaved radishes sweet and white potatoes, ham. Oh so yummy! My husband had the ham and apple sandwich on thick bread which he thoroughly enjoyed. Wed come again if it want so far from our home in Towson, Maryland.

I was here a few months ago and for some reason I still think of the egg dish I had while I was at this place. It was THE BEST! Highly recommend. I was in town for a week for work, my colleague and I stopped in 3 times.

Fantastic food and service, and the best espresso in town. The ingredients are locally sourced and the menu changes bi-weekly (and types of ingredients vary seasonally, based on availability) so the integrity here is top-notch.My sister and I have intentionally gone out of our way to try dishes we didnt think wed like, or combinations we thought would never work together (pickled asparagus in a sausage hash? What?) and we have yet to try anything we didnt love. I dont know if Jessie studied food-wizardry at Hogwarts or what, but the flavors in this menu are incredible. I recommend this place to as many people as possible and everyone who gives it a shot comes back to me raving about the food. 10/5 stars.

The Sawhorse Cafe always has delicious food and great coffee, with a friendly and personable staff. They use fresh local ingredients and serve up visually appealing and richly flavored dishes. I have never been disappointed by a visit at the Sawhorse.

We were visiting Williamsport and found this place. So glad we did! The food was great and we enjoyed talking with the owners. Only disappointing part was that we wanted to bring a larger crowd in the next morning and its first-come first-serve seating. Well definitely be back next time were in town!

Would not allow a change to the menu item selection. Food was good, but not allowing custom food selection brought my score down.

Perhaps the best omelet I have had. Light and fluffy with no brown areas and a well distribution of the filling. The potatoes had a great crust and creamy inside with a great seasoning.
