Stopped at Shell to fill up my van. Only place my husband & I purchase gas. It would not take the gift card. Went inside to a very unfriendly male attendant. The pump or the attendant wouldnt take my 5 cent discount. He said my gift card wouldnt work in the machine inside either. It was purchased at this particular store! Thankfully someone I knew was at the pumps and loaned me the money since the pump wouldnt take my credit card & I wasnt about to leave it with the attendant. We received $250. of Shell gift cards for Christmas. I might want to trade them with a friend. Worst experience I have ever had at a service station! I will be happy to send you all these gift cards for the cash!

I prefer Shell gas over all others for my vehicles. Our mechanic stated the same. Always runs good in our cars and motorcycles. 4 stars because the one near us has a history of mechanical issues with some pumps. No public restrooms at the station at 2305 Lycoming Creek Road. Does have diesel fuel pump off to the left of the building and an air dispenser for tires to the right with a high fee for air.

While its true that our pumps are incredibly bad sometimes and give our customers a hard time, but I like to think the service you get as a customer is quite good. For anyone who has issues at our pumps there are a few things that most people dont know. Our pumps are very old and do NOT have a chip reader inside, so you have use the strip. Also after the pump accepts your card, you have to pay attention to the keypad. The pump asks if you want to join our fuel rewards program, this screen will stay up for abourlt a minute. You have to press no or wait the full minute before you start pumping. And lastly on the back pumps (5-8) you have to slide up (and keep up) the red plastic piece that the pump Handel sits on in order to pump your gas.

Worst shell station ever! Half the pumps dont work with credit card so you gotta go inside to pay anyway! Theyve let this station go down the hole!

Pumps are quite often out of order. Doesnt seem to be well maintained
