When they say walk in flu shots they mean walk in flu shots if pharmacist is in the mood. I arrived at 5:15 for a flu shot and was told in a not friendly or sorry you drove here for no reason tone that they close at 6 and would not have time. If 45 mins is not long enough to give someone a shot then walk ins arent welcome. Rude pharmacist.

Recently started using this pharmacy in Williamsport, PA on 5th st. and will not be returning. I consider myself to be a very reasonable and patient individual and have worked in retail pharmacy in the past. The older woman who helped me inside was very rude with a bad attitude. I also overheard her and the younger woman discussing how people were just going to have to deal with it (wait times) since they were taking over the Medicine Shoppe. A few phone calls were taken as I was waiting as well for my RX, and an unkind comment was made about each caller as soon as the call ended. Retail pharmacy is a thankless job, but that negative of an atmosphere is unnecessary. The woman who assisted me at the drop off and pick up windows was simply mean. I was warned by my husband and neighbors not to use this location because of her. Should have listened.

Very very rude in the pharmacy section, every time I go the same lady with the same nasty attitude always is rude it don’t matter how nice you are too her ! It’s very uncomfortable and unprofessional!

Sue, the manager, was very helpful in ordering a product for me and loaded it into my car.She was super helpful and polite.Good choice on your part for choosing her!

Was waiting for my prescription I get every month for 2 hours. I just worked 8 hours in a hot factory. Got a text after an hour that they were ready, but they never called my name. When they finally felt like it, they forgot to run it through my insurance. Forgot. Right. Not to mention that I heard them say do this persons first before they called me. Worst pharmacy staff ever. Im never going there again. Sad part is that I have been going there for like 2 years. Also, when I tried to drop a prescription off a few weeks ago, it took them 30 mins to come to the drop off window. They made eye contact with me and everything. I should have called them out on it, but I have anxiety problems with that kind of stuff. I hope corporate will do something when I call them

I get great service, I just wish they carried some of the products they used to. They offer great customer service and help along your shopping trip.

Never planned on writing a review for rite aid, even though all of the staff are rude, including the manager.However, tonight we pulled up to rite aid at 9:50pm. The website and this Yelp page says it closes at 10:00pm. The doors were locked and there was a worker there standing and she waved us off. I said its only 9:50 and she shrugged her shoulders. Nice to know they can close whenever they want and can be rude whenever they want!This rite aid used to have the nicest staff, but they have all left over the years. I guess theyre having a hard time finding good people, because honestly, everyone here is rude and just miserable to deal with.

Have always been treated great here. Customer service is awesome and the pharmacy is very professional and compassionate.

Absolutely ridiculous wait time had to wait an hour for one script with kids in the heat for over an hour for a script sitting inside not an option with autistic child an the teller at the window new we was sitting in the heat an was so rude. Never again will I use right aid on Lycoming creek Rd

The pharmacy staff is absolutely horrible. They lack in customer service skills. They do not greet the customers and they look like they just rolled out of bed. Very bad attitudes.
