My wife shopped here. We dropped of some furniture to be reupholstered.

The owner was rude to me when I called for a check up on how the kneeling pads were going. Today when we went to pick them up we noticed that the wrong side of the material was covering them. We specifically had told him we wanted them to be black. The Barn wrapped the material on the spool with the black on the outside so they would not get it confused with the inside of the material which was blue. We addressed the mistake to the owner and he said it was our fault even though we were careful to be sure he knew they were to be black. He refused to admit his mistake and he also refused to refund our money. The craftmenship was not of good quality. Not only are we out of a substantial amount of money but they don’t even match our decorum. Very disappointed with the Barn’s service.

I have had so many different chairs and two sofas reupholstered at the Barn. Unbelievable service, great prices, beautiful fabrics. Could not ask for more in professional work. Thank you Gary.

Quaint little place that was very easy to find thanks to Google maps,however they might want to update and clarify that they only carry upholstery fabric and supplies. Went there looking for quilting fabric and was disappointed but the gentleman that was there was friendly and helpful even though I bought nothing and just browsed. Beautiful displays of different curtains they made with their fabrics.

Warning!!!!! The owner is very rude!!!! My mother remembers her mother purchasing fabric from the barn. It is a shame that the current owner (son) is so disrespectful to customers. We paid a down payment up front assuming this was still an honest business. We learned quickly that the old values of this business were no longer in effect. We paid over 1000.00 to have a sofa and chair reupholstered. Owner told us that many of the fabrics were not available so we had to choose more expensive fabric. He refused to give our down payment back even though most of the fabrics were unavailable. When we asked if we could put our down payment towards something else in the store instead of the reupholstering project we were told no. We explained that we wanted the furniture to remain as original as possible. When completed the furniture was in no way close to the original look. The foam is very hard, not the foam we chose. The sofa and chair are extremely uncomfortable. When we explained our disappointment he told us we could pay him more money to swap the hard foam out. The owner did not care one bit that he lied to us. This is the worst customer expirence I have ever had. The owner is so disrespectful when speaking to customers and only cares about making a sale. We got an estimate (to fix the barns horrible job) from another local upholster who stated many customers come to them to fix the barns work and tell them about the negative service they received. Be very careful if you decide to do business here.

Staff has good experience in helping you choose the perfect fabric for your project. Service is fast (within a week) and their discount selection is incredible!

These people dont deserve any stars. Apparently their upholsterer Pam runs the business because when I asked where my chair was after two months of not hearing anything, they called Pam and she didnt pick up and they said they have been working with her for 30 years and thats just the way she is. So I guess Pam takes months to do work and when the boss calls to inquire about it, she doesnt even pickup the phone. They finally got the chair done, but I have yet to get to the shop to pick it up. Took them forever to get the chair done, but they were johnny-on-the-spot when they took the money out of my checking account. I dont have the merchandise but somehow I paid for the second half already! Didnt authorize that!

Tons of fabric to select from, every color and pattern imaginable. And at a great price.

Beware! Never special order a fabric or pay in advance. I made a large order and paid at the time of the order. Since this time, I have had to select a number of different fabrics because what I ordered was unavailable. This process has taken months and Im out of my money with no fabric. The owner has treated me in a very rude and borderline abusive manner. I suspect they are having financial problems and that their vendors relationships have suffered.

Its mostly upholstery fabric, all Ive got to say is plastic up the furniture! Too much money in cost of those seat covers!
