I purchased a gas fire place from the Warm Up Shop in 2020. I added a fireplace in my living room on a blank interior wall. During the design of my fire place I had tons of questions about the install which they were able and willing to answer. The delivery and support continued during the install process. If you are looking for a fire place or a stove I would highly recommend the Warm Up Shop.

I ordered a custom fireplace door from the Warm Up Shop. They also had the vent covers redone to match the doors. Cindy and Aaron worked tirelessly to get the doors fit into the existing fireplace (it was not easy!). The outcome looks truly amazing and they took great care to make sure the fit was perfect. It was a pleasure working with the team there!! I will and would recommend them to everyone.

Wonderful store

I have gotten all of my stove needs at the Warm Up Shop for many years. The staff is very knowledgeable and professional and I wouldnt shop anywhere else. Now my wife likes stopping there too because they stock Bernina sewing machines and sewing supplies. This is a great family owned business!

Customer service... there was noneMy husband asked older man who was there to see gas log sets and he pointed then walked away. We asked to see them lit and man said they were changing over to new company but he never elaborated on whether that was logs or propane co?? Man walked away again, never asking us if we needed help, had questions or anything. Worst customer service ever! We walked out.

I would give this place a half a star if I was allowed to. my coal stove went out 9 p.m. the next day I call them they say they have the part in would be from $119 to $139 I showed up told him that I was without heat. They charged me $180 for the same part that they quoted me 2 hours before horrible people taken advantage of people.. I cant wait until they go out like the mall stores..

Didnt seem to want to talk about their products..we asked most of the questions, like we had to pull information from her! She didnt seem very interested nor knowledgeable. Have money now and want to buy....shopping elsewhere!
