This is by far the best hd dealership I have ever dealt with. The service manager is a really cool dude and will go above and beyond to please there customers. Including sales and parts.. When things go wrong these are the guys that will make it right. I have experienced there professionalism and would recommend them before any other dealership. This dealership will treat you just like family and thats the truth.

Seriously my favorite Harley dealership. And Ive been to a lot. (Sorry Scottsdale). The staff is always so nice and helpful. Stocked shelves most of the times. Great parts selection.

The appropriate review would be a 0 for the sales department the whole way to their GM. Was told I had a factory warranty remaining when I bought the bike, and also when I called in a month after owning it by the finance manager. Was having issues with the clutch. I would recommend no one to ever purchase a bike from this place. They will do whatever they can to try and cover lies. Do yourself a favor and stay clear of this place if you are looking to buy. I wish I would have looked more into reviews of this place before I bought there. I see many who have got screwed when buying something used.

Highly recommend this dealership. There was never any pressure to purchase a bike. I live 4 hours away and the sales team took their time to get to know me, they asked about the type of riding I do and the type of riding I would like to do in the future. They respected my price range and thoroughly explained and showed me in detail which parts of my used bike were replaced, not checked. It was a very professional experience.

Great experience here for my 25k service. My hats off to service manager Butch & Tech Matt. I had a noise in the motor that was diagnosed and repaired in short order. My bike was cleaned and ready for pick up when promised. Communication was professional and courteous by staff who know there service manual. Highly recommended for future business.

I love this place. When I walk in they greet me and let me know that they are there without bothering me and trying to push me into buying everything. They let me shop and if I need someone they are right there for me. Im a salesman myself so its nice to walk into a place and not be bothered by a pushy salesman.

Worst harley dealership around,no selection no help

We are from Pittsburgh Pennsylvania.. we came up to this area for a little vacation get away along with out dog. This dealership popped up as things to do. We walked in all the workers said Hello and welcomed us. We walked around the store looking at the tshirts and other things. The sails ladies and the parts person came over to greet my dog and make a giant fuss over even the store manager came out to see him.. the fuss the made over him was amazing and my dog just loved it. They even got down on the ground to play with him.. this is why we are Harley Davidson people. They have a giant selection of clothing and the service was very good and friendly. If we are ever back up in this area we will stop in again. Thank you for the special attention you gave our dog and the service you gave us.

Had a stage 1 upgrade done on my bike they did a great job and they even washed the bike when they were done two thumbs up

Where I come from you can rent a harley.Not here? So really good service nice people. But why restrict your profits 5 men wanted to rent your bikes . We are all out of state and we can rent a harley in our states

My 1999 Harley Davidson broke down drive belt broke 2 miles from the Horsepower Harley Davidson shop. I call and speak with the service department to.see if they have a new belt, they do not know but they would probably have to order it for 1. Understandable you cant carry a belt for Evey Machine its pretty near impossible. 2 they can not put the belt on today do to being busy also understandable its June 12th 90° its prime riding time and im sure bikes are being serviced. The 3rd straw that I was very surprised about was they are instructed they can no longer work on motorcycles older than the year 2000. At this point I was blown away that HARLEY DAVIDSON will no longer work on their own product if it is older than 2000. This is a very upsetting situation and will no longer purchase anything with the HARLEY DAVIDSON name on it.

Everyone is friendly minus one or two, but great place to shop! They have alot of stuff, just nothing that you want or need. Its like everything is special order and you have to pay for it whether you like it or not, even if it dont fit.....ugggg

I have been in a few times now for parts and I must say that Rob is by far the best there is over other shops.

HORRIBLE!!! Got price for 2 BRAND NEW bikes, week later said they couldnt guarantee that price!? Went elsewhere. Separate visit - sign said discount on new accessories that month, never got discount at check out so I mentioned the sign, guys turns around...looks at sign and then plainly says yeah, the signs wrong. They mark up ALL parts well above MSRP...even higher than other HD dealers. Just overall horrible. Staff act as if youre bothering them half the time, go ahead and call and see how excited they are to hear from you etc. Locals go to VREELANDs in Bloomsburg or EISENHAUERS TIOGA COUNTY in Mansfield. I seriously dont know how this dealership is even still in business. I have written to HQ about this dealer.

Never bought anything from here but my Godson loves motorcycles and when they have motorcycle runs that start there they have always been really nice and let my Godson see their bikes and have his pic taken with them!
