AAA Used car dealer very friendly and informative when asking questions Nd having answers even if it dont pertain to his business.

He was willing to meet up on a Saturday (hours says they are open) even though he wasnt there when we got there. Not a big deal because he showed up soon after we got there. However he was driving around the car we were going to buy on his lot like it was his personal car. Then there was a large amount of rust on the frame (this was a Toyota vehicle we were looking at and if you know much about certain ones have rust issues with their frames). So I simply said I was going to pass on the car because mainly because of the rust and overall shape of the vehicle. I didnt even want to get into a price because most use car dealers will never come down enough on their price to fix a frame problem. The sales man asked me why I didnt want it and I said because there is to much rust on the frame. It was very evident of that on the vehicle if you looked under it. He said then your going to have to buy a new one. That is defiantly not the case. I had the same type of car for 18 years and I took care of the frame and it had very little rust on the frame. Basically the dealer is very rude if you dont show much interest in buying. Dealers are selling vehicles so you would think they would want to be nice as possible when showing one. Be very careful there for rusty vehicles and be ready to be talked down upon.

I highly recommend if you are looking for a good used vehicle you check out J&M Auto. I bought a Saab from John in December and had a wonderful buying experience. Anytime I have questions about my car John will check it out or advise me what I need to do. The customer service is top notch and John is very genuine. I knew what car I wanted and John produced. We worked together for a few months until he found my car for me. I cant say enough good things about this dealership!
