Went to Stafford At&t Store and they were horrible, all I wanted was to set up my new phone they ordered for me. But then I came here and the young lady Nashaly was really helpful in getting everything set up properly this time around. Great staff here and very helpfull.

They had the equipment we wanted, versus having to wait for it in the mail. Unfortunately, it was all left on one guys shoulders because he was the only one there. At one point there was 7 different customers waiting to get seen. Thats not his fault though. There should have been at least 1 other person there, preferably with more overall knowledge of products besides just Apple products. But our experience with our salesman was overall good. He was a very nice guy.

This franchise store does not compare to interacting with an actual corporate store. They have very limited services to help you with and, 9 times out of 10 the staff there will tell you to call AT&T directly. The staff is nice enough however, its always crowded and seems to always be short staffed regardless both pre and current pandemic. If you can afford the time, Id definitely recommend to goto a corporate store in say Manchester, CT (because sadly the Storrs, CT corporate store closed).

I had been looking to upgrade my phone since before Covid 19. During this time I ordered through on line and received a phone that I absolutely hated, returned it the next day. Since then I have been wanting to upgrade but needed to actually go to a store. Earlier that day I had been to a Target and the associate Tech there tried to help me but was unable to produce a product .. I then went to AT&T in willamantic and I was greeted as I walked in, he helped me with my comparison questions, my undecisive decisions and helped me choose a product that works exactly for what I needed. Something I was comfortable with leaving the store. Both gentlemen were engaging while helping to transfer all of my information, photos and videos over to my new phone. They also had casual conversation that felt comfortable as I sat there waiting for the very long transfer of my information. It was A great experience there, I even learned more about some of the other products and decided to try the AT&T TV also. I was very impressed I felt like more than just a sale and I would recommend a visit to anyone.

I had an issue w/my phone & Kyle helped me out & corrected the problem. The store was closed for inventory till 10am when I arrived for usual opening hours at 9am. He stood outside w/me & went through all the problems & got me back in business. I wouldnt have been able to return at 10am so he stepped up & gave excellent Customer Service!! Way to go Kyle! 😁👏

Pulled in, got out with my son and some guy comes to the door, opens it and says hell be back in about 30 minutes, then processes to close, lock and put a sign on the glass stating that. I always thought the customer comes first...
