Really had to debate with myself about whether to give them 3 stars or 2. I had to go with 2 because even though they gave us a good price on our carpet and installation the final installation was very bad. The corners around our steps were horrible and staples sticking out. The job was so bad people ask me if I did the carpet when they see it. They even came to fix it after a couple of months of phone calls. It still looks bad.Honestly I think it was because when they came to do it in February there was one of those big snow storms that started late afternoon and they were in a hurry to get it done and leave... I would have preferred them to push back the installation date and do it right.

Very satisfied with carpet dimensions! They came out on a Wednesday to look at our carpet that needed restretching and fixed it on Thursday. They moved our furniture and did a fantastic job. Our carpet looks great and the price was amazing.

I order my carpet and they were two weeks late didn’t give me a call and was very unprofessional. When I went to get my refund they didn’t give me all my money back so I lost 100$ for no service do not go here

Great place, very helpful and affordable

Walked in. It smelled like cigarettes and carpet. Went in the back, an obvious heroin addict with no teeth was smoking. I asked him what the strong smell was, he said they they smoke out back but when its windy it blows through the whole store. I just needed some small rugs, gave them a cash deposit. Was told they be ready in 5 days, went there to pick them up. The guy was obviously sleeping in the back. His clothes and hair were a mess. He told me come back Thursday. They say there still not ready. I want my cash deposit back. Im hoping one day I will get it back. Do not deal with these people

I am a returning customer and went there for two bathroom floors. I picked out 3 samples, brought them home, picked out the one i wanted, then called the store. I placed two phone calls asking for Mike who took care of me initially. I was told he was busy with a customer. What am I ? That was told to me both times. I waited patiently.... no call back. I waited until the next day, still no call back. I went to the store this morning expecting to see customers preventing Mike from calling me back today. I was surprised to find the store had no customers. A young man came from the back room at which time i advised him Mike lost a customer & many more referrals due to his lack of business sense. There are many other flooring places nearby, so ill take my business there.

This place just sucks. They told me my carpet would be ready a week to a week and a half from the day they measured. They measured August 28th, carpet wasnt installed until September 26th. They did a piss poor job of communicating with me about when the carpet would be in and canceled multiple times. The installers themselves were decent enough, I dont blame them although they didnt do a great job cleaning up after the install. I received no apology for my wasted time or all the problems, they simply charged my card for the remaining balance and that was it. If you are looking for terrible customer service, this is the place to go.
