This is where I get my lashes from Im new to the area so I come here for me and my daughter hair needs. The prices are cool. They do not sell wigs or nothing to that nature. But overall I enjoy coming here to get selected items

This is one of my favorite beauty supply store! I love their lashes and they have great deals. I always come back for the makeup supplies. Theyre super nice and I love the atmosphere here.

It was my first time visiting the store and I was impressed with the selection they had! They had everything from hair chemicals, wigs, makeup product, and the prices are better than other stores. Not to mention that the customer service is amazing too. If you ever need something, I recommend this store!

Not Black owned of course but in a predominantly black neighborhood as usual they watch you like a hawk. The prices are too high.

Used to frequent this store all the time for all my hair care needs. One day I accidentally purchased the wrong type of hair and went back to exchange the unopened/unused packs for the right ones. Pricing stickers on the packs clearly had the stores name, yet I was told the hair was not from their store and was refused an exchange(even tho I was ready to pay the difference for the hair I needed). The second time I went into the store with all my receipts and proof and was told to leave or the owner would contact police. Im not sure how much of a threat a 70+ year old woman with a walker is that it would constitute such a thing. I contacted my credit card company to resolve the issue and the store lied and said they provided a service instead of products. I had to prove to my credit card company that this store was NOT a salon and that they only sold hair care products before I was eventually able to obtain a refund. To be treated that way after all the money I had spent in that store over the years, was appalling. I will never spend another dime at this store, and urge others to as well. There are plenty other beauty supply stores with better customer service in the area.

Never have an issue here, the service and selection is great especially because Willingboro is overwhelmed with subpar beauty supply stores. The store is literally packed with beauty supplies for every need. If I cant find it anywhere else I can find it here, and if I need help deciding the young assistants there always give great advice.

Dont waste your time or money. There are other beauty supply stores in the area where the owners and staff are respectful, helpful, and pleasant.

The prices are good but as far as the store goes not so much if you buy something and want to exchange you can’t exchange with out a receipt even if it has the millcreek sticker on it with the price, they will give you store credit when you return a item they just put a amount on the receipt and you come in with the receipt when you buy but if you lose your receipt you lost out on money they dont keep a copy or anything just horrible

Find a more consumer friendly place to shop. As a 60 year old female, I was questioned about what Iwas looking for but not assisted in finding the product. I was followed by the African speaking female who was young enough to be by grandchild and even had the audacity to ask if I was waiting for someone when I was checking my cell for the correct name of a product. Needless to say I can no longer patronize a business that approves of such unprofessionalism, assist the customer instead of hounding.

They dont really want to help you. I came there at 7 pm today . I called ahead of time to see what time they close . The lady told me 7:30 . I arrived at 7 pm and they was basically pushing me out the door . The girl didnt want to help me find anything she just simply said well we are closing you have five min . They turned off the lights in the store on customers . Just horrible . I was pushed out at 7: 15 . Without much help . So one star rating from me . .

IF I COULD GIVE THEM NO STARS I WOULD. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS AN ALL TIME LOW. THEY REFUSED TO HELP ME GET THE COLOR HAIR I NEED, TOLD ME REPEATEDLY IT WAS MY PROBLEM AND I NEEDED TO LOOK MYSELF. THEN CALLED THE POLICE ON ME BECAUSE THEY DIDNT LIKE THE TONE AND HEIGHT IN MY VOICE. WHEN THE POLICE OFFICER CAME, HE SIDED WITH ME. AND STILL HAD TO REDIRECT THE WIFE THAT WAS VERY HOT HEADED. NEVER WILL I SPEND A DIME THERE AGAIN!!!!

Great service for the primary hair store, but the attached wig shop was very rude and never addressed me once even after i attempted to.

I would not ever go there again.I went there twice and the asian lady at the counter is rude and she snatches the money from your hand when your trying to pay. Also they dont help you if you cant find a product. I refuse to let people treat me like that. I will spend my money somewhere else.
