I buy parts & tools here, they are usually the first place I check and customer service is always great!

One very intelligent young man in there, he knows what hes selling and how those parts work. Very polite people most of the time. Clean place to.

Would not recommend getting parts from here. Twice now I’ve gone to get parts and each time they have given me the wrong ones. And they wouldn’t let me return and so I just ended up having to go to elsewhere. Their customer service is poorly lacking and whoever runs their delivery service needs their head checked. I rarely leave reviews but this place is really something.

Everyone of my friends will tell you I only go here for my automotive needs. They all know me (by sight anyways...). Sometimes I go in and wander around awhile, see if theres anything I cant live without.. lol. Its comfortable.

Not all the Employees are friendly and willing to help. Females beware your a second class customer to many of the older men that work there. A woman that knows their parts intimidates them.

Parts are not the issue rather the inferior quality of customer service and the misinformation is a big thing here, they are not accurate in providing the adequate products for your needs, wrong auto parts and wrong fluids and misinformation is casual in this particular Napa auto parts.

This store is one of best tool stores I have ever been in. Amazing selection of industrial hand tools and the staff is extremely helpful. I would recommend this store to anyone.

I purchased a fuel pump from this napa location after installing it i found that it did not work. I took it out and brought it back to the store and was told that they did not believe me and would not honor the warranty or give me my money back. I asked for the store manager and was told that the person I was dealing with was the store manager. I informed him I would be calling the corporate office and he said he did not care because he owned the store. If it was possible id give this store zero stars.

Starter was under warranty but would not cover. Said its not transferable because of ownership. Thats just not right

We were in Fargo and had a headlight out so we stopped at a local Napa Store. They sold us the wrong headlight. We went to this store and they wouldnt return it. I get it that they didnt make the mistake, but now we have to pay $34 for a light bulb instead of $19!! Napa needs to fix this. Ill be emailing their corporate offices as well.

Not impressed with customer service from one man. Bad attitude. Really unfortunate considering that their mottos are listed right behind their heads. What a shame. Came in to return a few things, with the receipt and he complained that there was mechanic prints all over the boxes. Stated that he would have to be able to sell the items to another customer. I can understand that point, however, the items in the boxes were not disrupted. Way to go man, made another female feel like garbage and this hasnt been the first time Ive had to deal with said man.

Great store worked with Dana at the Williston store. He ordered the weather tech car mats for me. Called me when they arrived to come pick them up. Dana is very helpful and an asset to Napa.

Wonderful staff, good prices ! I ordered a silicon paste to complete my brake pads replacement repair, I didnt find the exact model of the silicon paste they offered to order it and it will be at the store after 2 days !

Man imma be real I was on hold with these people for 30 minutes and charged me 30 extra dollars for a fuel pump I could get at O’Reilly’s down the street for a decent price
