1st time in for semi tire repair, great bunch of guys. Service was awesome, had drive tire needing repair, I was present through whole process, that alone is rare anymore. Didn’t find anything except bad valve stem, poor guy tried to break down tire on truck 1st, but had to remove wheel with anyway. It took 30 to 45 minutes from start to finish. Bill was 9.50 for new valve stem. I was just astonishing.

Guys are great and the work performed was just as good! Will be taking everything we own here.

This place is a joke made an appointment for my car didnt do what I asked took it upon themselves to make decisions they then told me to bring my car back and had it for two hours and did litterally nothing to it would not recommend to anyone

Auto repair in Williston is a challenge, but the people at Northwest Tire were amazing. They were very good at keeping me informed of the progress on the repairs and didnt offer excuses when things didnt go right, they explained the problem and what we were going to do about it.The thing I liked the most was seeing how well the girl at the front desk did her job. She was always friendly, efficient and knew what she was talking about.

Northwest Tire is a pretty decent place. They handle a lot of different needs that you might have to be done to your vehicle. There can be a wait, sometimes they get very busy so it would be best to make arrangements ahead of time schedule an appointment. Location is not all that convenient, and the road isnt all that great for driving out to them but still in town. Customer service is friendly, definitely Auntie to help you.

It is rare out here in Williston to be surprised with a good experience but this place was great! One of the sales guys talks too much but is friendly and the other one is super nice, attentive to your needs and makes sure the staff gets your job done and wont talk your leg off. The pricing is competitive here but the only downside is the location.

Bought tires from an online store and wish I’d know about these awesome folks at NW Tire, before I did. Meanwhile, I’m searching for a legit shop in Williston to mount and balanace my new tires and low and behold I found them! Talk about service and boy are they Courteous. Seems like a lot of counter guys are very pretentious. Not these guys. They greeted everyone who walked in the door like real people. Not idiots. I sat there and watched how nice they were while my truck was getting set up and was very pleased at how they were. Their prices are very comparable to online. Close enough to not have to haul tires from the house to their shop anyway. This is where my next tires are coming from. That’s for sure.

First time customer. Would do business with them again. Paid with a Fleet card & they treated me just the same as someone walking in with cash. Zack at the front counter was helpful & polite. They offered to squeeze me in at the end of the day. Took a morning appointment for the next day instead. Only caveat, if you have certain fleet cards, they require pre-authorization if the charges are more than a certain amount of money. Make sure you know or else it will take half the day for the fleet company to approve the charges.
