Hands down THE best mechanic, in any city or state! Doug and his team are honest, hard working people who value the customer more than the bottom dollar. My biggest frustration over the years as a woman is finding a mechanic who doesnt take advantage of me.As a woman with mechanical knowledge but lacking the ability to actually do the repairs, I was blown away with the upfront honesty and lack of typical mechanic sliminess that I normally find.My first visit saw me towing my vehicle into them. My preliminary diagnosis was that the rear differential was bad and I told him as much when I made arrangements to get it to him.When he called me to tell me what was really going on, he informed me that I was on the right track, but that it was actually a sensor that was making it look like the rear diff was out. He could have taken me for BOTH issues, but he didnt! I knew right then and there that this was a business I could trust.To top it all off, their communication is above and beyond what I typically deal with, and they always go the extra mile to get it done when they say it will be done! All in all these folks are at the top of their game.I have been back for other minor issues since then, and will be back anytime I need a mechanic in Williston! I highly recommend them for anything from an oil change, to a major repair.

I brought my vehicle to Doug for a 100,000 mile service. His price was half of quotes from a couple dealerships in town. He stayed late to complete the service. Great service and a very friendly atmosphere. Nice to support a veteran owned company.

These guys are awesome! They saved me money by telling me to order my part online - saved $60 there. Then when I had them install the part, they said it would be about an hour. Turns out it only took 30 minutes, and thats all they charged me for. Fair and friendly!

Havent got my work done yet, but my quote from them was nearly 1000 less than anywhere else and they got right back to me with it.

While the people are nice, they offered something that they couldnt do. They offered people the ability to finance thier car repair. And then dont have a company to do financing.

Patriot Auto hooked it up, every step of the way!!!Doug, his wife and team gave me the best service on both a VW Jetta beater that I bought, and on my reliable Honda Pilot.They did killer work on the Jetta and brought that little old beast back to have a dependable life! Then, I was going to get some timing belt work done for my Pilot at the Honda dealership in town.I brought Patriot an itemized list of everything Honda was going to work on and the labor charges for it.The next day Doug sent me a quote for parts and labor from Patriot Auto doing the same work, PLUS one extra item that Honda overlooked...and he beat the dealership price by over $1,000. Seriously, they knocked it from over $3,100 at Honda to under $2,050 at Patriot Auto.The kicker on top of it all is, he did it in half the time. I mean, what more can you ask...?There is no competition left in town for me anymore. Patriot is where Ill always go from here on out.
