Changed oil in my Sprinter van, but, according to Mercedes Benz, they used the wrong size oil filter and re-used the o-rings from the last oil change. This resulted in a leak while on vacation which resulted in scrambling to find a Mercedes service center and changing our plans as well as incurring multiple unexpected expenses. I contacted George about it but no response. Next step: Small Claims Court.
