I had a slow leak in my tire. Gills got me in the same day I called and even fixed the issue within an hour. I interacted with 3 employees and they were all so helpful, cheerful and kind. I will definitely be back for my future tire needs!

I’ve been going here for years but now new ownership. I had serious problems right before a long trip and was fit into the booked schedule for diagnostics then the technician came in early the next day to be able to complete the repair so I could have the car taken care of before my drive. Shortly after the trip, another unrelated problem came up and again, Matt fit me into the schedule and took care of my car within 24 hours. He was very thorough with his explanations, responsive with our need for service, efficient at the desk and the technicians I have spoken to have been great as well. Thank you!

Brought my car here a month after getting it inspected here. Tire change-over, front and rear differential flush. I asked to have it back that day but got a call in the evening asking to keep it and work on it in the morning. I gladly accommodated as I know how busy this time of year is, but asked to please have it late morning for work. No call in the Morning. I called around noon and they said its in the shop now. Called back at 3 for them to tell me for the 3rd time that someone quit and they are very busy but its done and waiting in the parking lot. Went in, paid $761.00.Driving home on 89N some 5 minutes later, my car completely seizes up and and comes to a full stop in the middle of the highway. From 65mph-0mph in about 20 ft between exits 14 and 15 (you can still see my marks!). I almost died as traffic whizzed by. Someone pulled over and jumped out to try and help me push, but it is COMPLETELY seized. I got a tow back there to try and allow them to make it right, and was ignored by the manager as he smoked his cig and walked around my car. Followed him inside where he told me it could really be anything I have text messages from him explaining that my transmission was due for service and it was likely a freak accident. Absolute BS. Never apologized or showed remorse. Simply said he sees thousands of cars a year and these thing happens. I didnt have my car for a week, cancelled my Mothers Day plans as this was Friday and paid for a rental out of pocket after asking him for a rental twice with no response so that I could work. No partial refund or anything. The following week after exchanging texts, my car was dropped off on the street in front of my house. They had completely replaced my transmission/front diff, front axle and filled it with gas. Of course I brought it to Subaru (positive he voided my warranty) and after $170.00 of minor tweaks and a hose switch, Im back up a running. Didnt offer to cover that either, but explained that actually I made out, as its a new transmission and newer Axle. I NEARLY DIED less than 5 minutes after leaving for Regular Service. I did not MAKE OUT.The only reason I am leaving 2*s instead of 1 is that (reluctantly) they did fix their mistake without charging me more. Bare Minimum. I waited 3 weeks to write this review and the car seems to be running fine.

Thumbs up to Adam C., manager at Gills Point S Tire and Auto (Vianor) on Brownell in Williston. I stopped in due to a concern with my car that I had purchased the previous day. He detected a failure to inspect point on my car. Due to his time and knowledge we were able to have the seller fix the problem within 24 hr at no charge to me. I will continue to bring my new car to this location as I and my parents have for over 20 years. Again, I want to give a shout out to Adam!

Our appointment was in the morning and they were unable to work on our vehicle. We had to reschedule for another appointment which ended up costing more money & time. They never told us there were any problems until we got there that morning. We even drop our tires off the day before. I didnt feel like they thought our time was as important. I hope this review will be helpful for future customers and corporate guidelines that arent being addressed by there staff and managers who arent getting proper training!

Ever since there was some ownership change (I think thats what changed), things have gone a lot smoother. Theyre very communicative, timely, and do a good job. For tire season, try to schedule well ahead, theres a lot of people that go here too get their tires switched.

A friend recommended them when I developed a slow leak in a tire of my rental car while visiting the area. Nobody wants a flat tire, but especially a hassle while visiting from the other side of the country with limited time. I arrived a little early for my appointment....and they took me a little early and within 15 minutes, the offending sliver of metal had been removed and the tire plugged. So, for anyone living or visiting the area, I would highly recommend this place.

Once again with my new winter tires this week, good price and solid service. For over two decades Ive received outstanding multiple repair work as well as quality Nokians when needed. Try to get all that from the discount,tires only centers.

Dropped off my high end rims and tires to get mounted here. I brought them to Vianor because they have high end equipment, a touchless tire mounting machine that wont damage rims and road force balancing for smooth driving at any speed.Price was reasonable and they finished same day, I will be going here again.

Overheard manager give the worst customer service I had ever witnessed. They put something on backward while doing her tires. (Yikes!) Like most non- auto tech people, I only assume if I heard the racket the car was making I wouldn’t know it was the tires. He blamed her for not calling him and instead bringing it to a mechanic near her home. He berated her endlessly blaming her and the mechanic. Then said her would “spilt” the mechanics bill of 116.00. She was unbelievably calm. Oh he should be thankful that she was as nice about it. I was floored!

After calling tire stores from Saint Albens to Williston this was one of the few that took the time to explore options for a pair of tires. But most importantly this center had access to a warehouse to get my tires late on a Friday. Arrived at Vianor Tire Centers in Williston for my 4 pm appointment, the tires were ready and was out of there by 4:40. The price was very fair and service was great.

They are under staffed. I called several times trying to get information regarding tires. I was put on hold 3 to 4 times each call. Each time I called they only had one person who answered the phone (John, who sounds tired and is rude).
