They didnt have exactly what I wanted but the counterperson took a lot of time trying to find a close match. He was very helpful and I would go there again in a heartbeat.

I put in an order via email with Curtis Lumber only to be very disappointed. First, I’ll point out they don’t have an actual online ordering system, but rather a request form that they put in for you. This resulted in most of the issues I had. I placed an order via email because I was going to need delivery anyway and Covid-19 was going on. I received an email confirmation and called to pay and set up delivery. The delivery was set up for Monday morning, but when I called around noon that day I was told it hadn’t been loaded. Given a truck with 20 yards of topsoil was in my driveway I had to postpone until Friday (earliest they could do). The order arrived and was missing 12 2x6x16 PT boards. Come to find out between my online order and the rep. Entering the order he forgot them. I called to have them sent out after noticing them missing and they were nice enough to do so given my project was delayed by 4 days already. However, they charged me for an additional delivery! It’s not a lot of money, but a lack of customer service for sure. I get I didn’t double check the email verification the order well enough, but I also expected they’d be able to transfer my order to paper or at least be understanding that they missed putting the items on my order in the first place. Cost was about the same as everywhere else, but it’s definitely not worth the hassle.I’m a home owner and not a contractor so I figured they could fulfill a simple $2K order, but I was wrong. I won’t use them again and I’d highly recommend double checking their work and not expecting delivery to be on time.
It doesnt seem as though they train or hire responsible delivery people. Curtis Lumber trucks just sail right through school zones, not paying attention to flashing red lights on school buses. I hope they know how dangerous it is to be so irresponsible.
If I could give them a negative rating, I would. I understand the covid 19 but when I walk in and the gentlemen behind the counter has his mask dangling from one ear while helping a customer, then proceeds to tell me if you dont have a mask on, then you cant be in here then puts his on. I dont think so. Another lumber yard just got my $6200 material order.

Weird situation: we were directed to the address, looking for another business. Were not from the area so we didnt know the business we were looking had closed the previous year. The employees were very friendly and helpful.
Not a big fan. Past dealings have been poor customer service like the delivery guy who would not park by the house and did not help with unloading the supplies. Store people wont look at you, let alone help you unless you are a contractor with money or a girl with skimpy clothes on. Typical male chauvinistic environment.
