Really nice place.Has everything you can imagine. The only problem i had was picking up my Styrofoam from another building. Was really confusing. Need more signs directing were to go.The staff was helpful when I asked questions.

Menards in Williston is a great place to shop. Its always clean, their selection is top notch, staff is helpful, and prices are great. I love Menards and I think most people would agree.

Decent place to get hardware and home improvement items. We dont have anything else, so it is what it is. They dont carry some big brands like the other home improvement stores do, but they are ok. Nice enough staff and wait times for checkout.

Whats happened to the outstanding brass fitting assortment? I cannot find the fittings I need (that Ive purchased in the past). Also the fittings are all mixed together like someone does not know the difference between a threaded and solder fitting.

They have a good selection of products but dont always have in stock what ya need. I went in today looking for a certain Contact Paper that was advertised on their website and they didnt have any. Also I tried to apply for a job there but they wont allow anyone to work without a mask.....no exceptions! The lady I talked to about an application was very discourteous borderline rude. I definitely wont be working there! Also their sale prices are ridiculous.....I was out in the garden department and noticed that some of the plants were wilted and very sad looking. The sign said they were discounted so I went over thinking theyd be a couple dollars....WRONG! Over 10 dollars for an almost dead plant!

Menards is what you would expect in a hardware store and more. The clothing, grocery, pet and automotive sections are the more. Id never seen anything like it before. Super convenient!During this pandemic every other store in town was out of canning lids, then I thought Id try Menards. Yep, they had them! What a delight! AND, the 11% rebate on EVERYTHING cant be beat. So, if you need a loaf of bread, new socks or help designing that improved kitchen, go to Menards.

Its ok. The yard people are lazy and dont wanna work it seems like. We loaded the 4×4s by ourselves with no employees even coming over and had to chase the forklift drivers down just to get them to use the forklift for the panels that we needed.

If they dont have it, you dont need it! Menards is a well stocked and clean store. Helpful staff.

Good prices and they usually have what Im looking for. Not as helpful and friendly as the smaller home town hardware stores but pretty good for the big box stores.

I like to shop here. The prices are decent & comparable to other stores in town. I cant get everything that I need but they do have some groceries & their milk is a good price. The aisles are wide. Employees are very helpful, kind, courteous & they smile too! That is the difference that keeps me coming back to shop at Menards.

As much as we usually enjoy shopping at Menards, I have to say Im pretty disappointed. A few weeks ago we had trouble getting help with some wood trim that we were looking for, and then the guy we asked to help us was super rude. I realize these things happen and I chalked it up to an off day. But then yesterday we were trying to buy mini blinds that needed to be cut to fit our windows, and after waiting 25 minutes for help we gave up. Apparently there was only one person there that could do it, and they were rude and barely acknowledged us at all. We will be back to shop there again, but I just hope this poor customer service situation isnt a problem every time now.

Excellent store with excellent selection. I call the place stuff mart cuz it has everything there. Just got a compressor today from there. Reason for the 3 star is they require masks to even enter. I have asthma and dont function well with one. I often find ways to avoid going there and go to Ace so I dont have to wear it. If Ace had the compressor I wanted I would have gone there to buy it.

I have only been to the Williston Menards twice, but both times have had a very unpleasant experience. The customer service in the lumber section of the store/ outside pickup area needs some customer service training. I waited for over 30 minutes with no one ever coming to find out what I had purchased. I finally got tired of waiting for someone to even acknowledge my presence and went inside to the customer service counter to get my money back. I will not be returning to this store.

Never again Menards. Youve lost a lifetime customer, for life. I walked in the door and was told that I need to wear a mask. I let them know that I have asthma and am exempt per my doctor. Manager was called and they wouldnt let me in the store.This is America! Embrace the communism, Menards! Never again will I darken your doorway.

I guess its more important to stock than help customers. Crazy thought, if you dont help out the people to buy things then what good is stocking? Leaving with nothing. Thanks for the AC I guess.

The lady working the front door of Menards was very rude to my husband Italy. However there were 2 men working in the carpet area, they were very kind to us and the lady that checked us out was very nice to us.

Went in to buy a new water heater and was helped right away and the lady that assisted me was extremely helpful and assisted me in getting someone to help load the water heater

Ryan and his entire team have been amazing to work with throughout our trips to the store. We are In Menards everyday and are always met with hospitality and smiles. Transactions are always easy and help is plentiful. Plenty of employees to keep the store very clean and organized.

Menards in Williston is probably one of my favorite stores. Menards has everything to satisfy everybody. The staff is always more than willing to help if they cant help you they will find someone that will help you. The paint department is amazing they go above and beyond to serve you. Elictrical never gives up even when you ask for off the wall stuff they always figure out a way to either make it work or order in exactly what you need. The costumer service counter is super easy to deal with when returning things no matter how big or small.

Always a great experience. Had everything we needed and then a couple. Lol. Always friendly people around every turn

Women will come and clean the mens bathroom, with ZERO WARNING. Not cool. If youre going to clean during store hours, either1) make sure the cleaners are menOr2) make sure the announce themselves and let everyone out first.Not that hard, saves people much unnecessary discomfort.

The store is huge, clean, and well organized. The aisles are not cluttered. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Outstanding customer service!

You will never see another penny of my money ever again. Your costumer service is absolutely horrible. I would rather drive hours away to buy my supplys for my home projects and Lake property as well as work projects. To include to that you can take your MASKS and shove them so far up your rear ends that you choke on them. So I head here to replace some light switches and i find some for 2.97 a piece so I grabbed a few and head for the register to pay and they ring up at 12.97 and they refuse to honor the shelf price because there was a tag covering it up.

My husband and I shop here all the time, but we were particularly impressed today when we had to return paint with the wrong tint. Baylee and Dawn worked for 1.5 hours to get the right shade so we could finish our project. We are so grateful and loved interacting with them during this time. Thank you so much for helping us out!

Went there to buy a propane heater. Didnt have the one I wanted so bought a different one. Drove 20 miles home and the heater doesnt light. Went back to town and found the heater I wanted at Tractor and Supply. Took the heater back but couldnt find my receipt. Told that since I didnt have a receipt they could only give me a little over half what I paid for it 2 hours earlier. Although very upset decided to let them steal $30 dollars from me. Then they proceed to tell me that not only are they stealing $30 from me, the balance could only be given in store credit. They were even able to find the transaction which proved I purchased the item that day. I threw the store credit back at them. Would rather be out the money than accept them stealing from me. Thieves. Will make buy anything I need that Menards sells in Montana from now on.

They like to sell you stuff even if they don’t have it in inventory, which to date I have hasn’t been accurate. Then they’ll walk you around for 4 hours looking for something they don’t know where it is. Home Depot 3 hours away delivers for free faster and it’s a complete order. Done with this shitshow

Very helpful staff. The gal who helped me was actually off the clock! She was supposed to be headed home for the night but decided to help me anyway. I didnt ask for help, she just saw me wandering around aimlessly...LolShe saw another lady looking like she may need help too and asked her if shed like some help with something as well. Very impressed!

Was in there for 1 1/2 hours looking for materials not one employee asked if I needed help and when I asked they had no idea were it was and when they looked it up they just told me what department it was didnt take me over to it to help. But every employee had a smile and were very polite.

I was in this store for 3 hours finding materials for a deck. I do not mind searching through the product numbers but PUT THEM IN NUMERICAL ORDER!!!! I would have been out of there in half the time if the products would have been in numerical order!! Even the worker helping us load wood would have been done in half the time! I like you, Menards but Come on, man!!!!

Their just so helpful, they have an awesome collection from A to Z. One kid ran me about the store getting me exactly what I needed during our trek I learned he wanted this hunting knife for his birthday. I secretly bought and gave it to the manager for him, what Im trying to say is FANTASTIC service!

If you been to one you know what its like.Found what I was looking for fairly easily, 350lbs of sand and paper towels for under $18. Today was a good day

They have everything except for major grocery store items. Good to have in Williston since this town is so far behind and lacks many needed resources. Their prices are good and the service is always efficient and never lacking of employees. The staff have always been very friendly and helpful. Good job Manards and all their employees.
