Went there to purchase a used car for my husband for Fathers Day. Im a veteran with full benefits and award letter. They said I needed a co-signer so our sons happily showed up. Took their lunch breaks to do so. They said.. Not enough. Bring more proof of address and employment. They did that. Two worked @ Key energy, the other worked for the railroad. Excellent jobs, excellent pay. Still not enough. We had papers all over the office. They turned us away and our sons had nothing on their credit at all . I went back to the west coast, got a vehicle with no problem and brought it back to Williston. So...we are African American, had great jobs..but, no vehicle for us..

They were outstanding in replacing my suspension and worked with me every step of the way. Wouldnt even risk getting my vehicle dirty they were that concerned. Manager personally called me and made sure if I had issues to come back to make sure they were fixed promptly. Service was far above that of all the other places in Williston.

Im a first time buyer. The service I received at Baja was excellent! The pricing was fair and they were able to get me into the car that I wanted quickly, and smoothly. Couldnt ask for better service... Will definitely continue to do business here and would recommend Baja to anybody!

This family is amazing. I needed a vehicle for me and my 3 kids fast and they did not disappoint. Good price, made sure it was what I wanted, and fast! Had a small issue and they got me in in 1 day to fix it. Fast service, great people always willing to help you. Willing to stay late to work with you and always treated with respect and kindness. Will be buying a second vehicle from them when the time comes. They really saved me when I felt like no one was willing to work with me!Really disappointed after a year and a half they dont return calls and I want another vehicle from there. Sad for them Ill go somewhere else.

My husband and I bought a 2013 Ford escape from this business. We were in and out in no time at all. I cannot say enough how friendly this family is to customers. The office is immaculate, there is a large screen TV for kids/adults to watch while waiting. There is coffee and water offered to customers. Thank you for a great car buying experience.

They kept me very informed while detailing my car. My dogs had a MAJOR (#2) accident and I couldnt clean it up on my own it was everywhere including the front seat. It looked AMAZING when I got it back. The guys there were all very sweet, and well mannered. Ill probably go to them again to get my car detailed!

Over priced, High mileage, pieces of junk cars. Non locals trying to take advantage of local residents. Incompetent non English speaking mechanic which has no mechanical experience to deal with complex automotive issues. Save money, time, and a headache and go to Magrum Motors down the road like I did, or to Ryan motors like my wife did. Stay away from Baja auto sales, Carlos, and Jaime are a couple of outta town snake oil sales men praying on our small town community.

Carlos serviced two of my vehicles in less than 5 hrs and worked on my AC ... In and out the best mechanic shop in town.. Also bought both of my vehicles from Baja

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! They lied & said they would fix issues with my 4runner. Put a plastic zip tie around it to quite it down. Had this almost a year now but found they painted over all the rust, things they promised to fix - mechanics all the sudden quit, sent me down the road to gave it looked at but they have been to busy to look. Went to a couple of mechanics & found out steering pump was bad, wheels bad from so much rust - was painted over, hubs are so bad from rust they have holes in them, CV joints were zip tied in plastic ties and the engine was painted over to hide the rust. All they do is lie and give you the run around!!!

These people are great. I have terrible credit with a recent repo and i was still able to finance a full size vehicle in great condition! Big dealerships jerk you off for hours just to tell you they cant help you without a huge down payment, Baja told me within 30 minutes whether they could help me or not. Thanks to them, I can begin to quickly rebuild my credit.

This is the only dealership that would work with me as low as my credit is,I couldnt even get a credit card from walmart,but these people definitely gave me a chance to help me build my credit & to get into a newer car with a small down payment.I was able to get a very nice 2013 Ford Focus for only $8500 it only has 91k miles and not a damn thing wrong with it no dents or nothing, got financed for 2 years with no interest fees,hell they evened worked with me on a down payment because I didnt have the full amount they have me a whole entire month just to put down $1500 so thats one hell of a deal if you ask me,they are very friendly and super helpful I highly recommend

I walked in to Bajas to sell my vehicle about 2 months ago the owner told me a price that was well below Blue Book value. I go back recently to see if I can try and come to a happy medium to sell my vehicle which I thought we did with the other owner Carlos but he lied said he needed to get a loan from a bank to purchase my vehicle. He actually wanted for me to trade in my vehicle to get one of his that had more miles & pay the difference. Sorry I get upset when a dealer lies ! Thanks for not calling me back for 2 1/2 weeks ! Thats real good business! I wouldnt give this place any Stars !!

Very rude and not willing to work on a deal never been treated so poorly by an owner or a salesperson offered to pay sticker price but the owner tried to screw me over on my trade in by low balling me. And when I questioned it he said your not gonna tell me how to run my business so I decided to not purchase anything from them.

This hole in the wall of a business only has High mileage, high price, salvage title cars. Inexperienced owners and Customer service is non existent

They tried to cash my check for a vehicle that I did not agree to buy. Luckily my bank called me about the check and I was able to cancel it
