BEWARE!!! If I could give a negative 10 star review, I would. In the last 2 years we purchased 2 vehicles from them. One of the vehicles, although older, recently started having issues. We took it in to their service department,, and after diagnostics were completed, we were quoted $8,500 for repairs. We made the appointment and had the repairs done, with a final bill of $10,000, since of course they found additional issues while completing the work. We picked up the vehicle from the service department on Friday, Oct 8th. This vehicle is used for business, so we did not use it at all over the weekend. On Tuesday, Oct 12th, the truck started acting worse than before we had the repairs completed. We took it back in and they ran another diagnostic and are now wanting another 6K for additional repairs. After speaking with Cody, I had asked him what he was going to do for us, and he pretty much said nothing. He didnt have a crystal ball and could not anticipate that this would happen. They refused work with us at all and after suggesting legal action on our end, he told my guy to leave and take the truck off of his lot. Terrible customer service, and only out to rip people off. Bottom line here is that they are they are $10,000 richer and we have a truck that in dead in the water after 4 days of having it repaired there.

Dealership just cares about money. Nobody knows what is going on. I sold my vehicle here on a Saturday and was promised a check the following Monday. Didnt hear anything Monday so I called Tuesday and said I would get the check in 7-10 days, they would call me as soon as they get the check. 14 days roll around and havent heard anything so I called and was told it would take 8-10 weeks to get my check and they promised they would call when they got it. They never called so I stopped in and nobody knew anything. Waited 45 minutes to get anywhere with these people. Its unreal how they treat customers. I wish I would have never dealt with them. Brett, you are an idiot.👇

I only tell you this because whoever that manager was who decided to insult my wife and Is intelligence - and attempted to take advantage of a prospective returning customer - effectively drove a customer away. Please, let that manager know... especially if hes a manager that insists his underlings follow the same practices.

A horrible place to buy used vehicles from. my son bought a used F-150 from them and after leaving the lot the check engine light came on after only 30 miles and the truck lost all power. he contacted the sales rep who said he could bring it back but it might be a week or two before they get to it and they may not cover the repair cost so I looked at it for him and the throttle body was shot the gears on the actuator were completely stripped out so we fixed it ourselves. since then the door lock they replaced before he picked it up has stopped working, the battery had to be replaced and he found out the same night that one of the headlights are out all this within the 4 days hes currently owned it. We are very unhappy with all this and have no idea how this truck made it out of the service department

I bought both my trucks from this dealership. I was looking to sell the most recent one since I had quite a bit of equity in it and didnt need it anymore. I went on to KBB and was given a range of value, then that info was sent off to a participating dealer in the area. Apparently, that dealer is Ryan Motors. My vehicle was only ever serviced at their dealership. All accessories were installed by their technicians. All of the work done to it was done at that dealership and I even had them detail it once, though I could have done better myself. So, I have spent money and time investing in that business and expected better than an EMAIL lowballing me. I immediately sent that email off to Red Rock in Watford City and after they saw the truck, they offered me 2k more than Ryan....the dealership who has performed every service and detail since it was delivered decided they would undercut what it was worth. I think maybe it had to do with the fact that I worked there and was not impressed with their owners or management...maybe lol. Do not try to sell your vehicle to them. They do not care what it is worth. They are just trying to make a quick buck and they are honestly terrible at it.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. This is by far the absolute WORST dealership I have ever been to.First off, they will price gouge the heck out of you. Bring your vehicle in for a minor service/repair, and they’ll have you to believe you’re in need of thousands of dollars worth of repairs—that you never asked them to look for.The service is slow. Super slow. Don’t be in a hurry to get your car back, because they’ll have it there for weeks while they look for new things wrong with your ride.Bottom line is—this place doesn’t care. They think because they’re the only Dodge/Honda dealer in the area, that they can charge whatever they want.Customers be wary! Take your vehicle elsewhere. Anywhere else. You’ll be better off financially, and have less of a headache after you’re done.

Update! Patience not being my strong suit i should have waited a little bit longer to write a review. The service manager Brad did reach out to me to correct the problem and I couldnt be happier with the outcome. They admitted that there was a mix up and made things right. I will definitely suggest them to friends!

Went to get my oil changed and the shop Put the wrong filter in I have had it confirmed by 3 other Dodge houses that they put the wrong filter in but when confronting the service manager here he lied to my face saying that it was the correct filter when you can go to the Chrysler website itself and put it in for the car and it will tell you that it is not the right filter. They are refusing to accept that they messed up! And saying that because we took the part out because we were trying to figure out what went wrong that they are no longer to blame. even though we have it on video. Do not take your vehicle to this place my Dodge Durango srt will now need a completely new engine because of these peoples mess up.

Brought my vehicle in for a safety recall, was given a loaner vehicle because it would take a week to get the parts in & they wouldn’t release it until the work was completed. When I brought the loaner vehicle back, they tried to charge me for bogus “scratches” that was in fact dust & came off instantly (sorry we live in the dustiest place on earth). They are currently still trying to charge my insurance for “damages”. Do not accept a loaner car from these people, it’s an entrapment scam!! Heard bad things about them, but didn’t have any other choice for Honda in Williston & was hoping for the best. Save yourself the trouble, time & money and go somewhere out of town.

We were in a bind in finding a car but Ryan Motors was able to help us with something even better than we could hope for. The staff was very friendly, relaxed and so helpful. We have been to other dealerships where they pretty much just blew us off. Ryan Motors stayed open to help us. I highly recommend this dealership.

I had seen a used 2014 CRV on the web on Wednesday so I had some questions so I asked them in the contact me block. I had received a phone call from Tracy in the Williston store and email regarding my questions. Was told it was at the sister store in Minot. I said, “I’ll let you know what I think.” So after a couple hours I called Tracy back and said, “I’m interested in test driving the car but because I’m in the medical field I can’t come till Monday.” So Tracy said, “I can’t hold the car but if it’s still available on Saturday (which is today) I’ll send down a driver to go pick it up and it will be here for you Monday morning.” I called this morning and Tracy said, “ I think they had a buyer and working on the deal on Thursday.” She was going to call and find out what’s going on. The car had been listed all the the way up till this morning. I had received a call back and the car had been sold. Where I live if your interested in test driving the vehicle they will hold vehicle for you and give you first chance. I don’t think I will work with Tracy or Ryan Motors again.

Within 3 sentences of a warranty disagreement I was told by the manager to “Never bring my vehicle back to this location”Based on reviews of this dealership this was fully what I was expecting.Customer service is based on giving the customer the upmost respect ( if of course the customer is giving it back ) and in this case was 0/100.I’ve had high hopes moving to Williston and this dealership has taken all that away, at least Ford has given me respect and worked on my warranty issues.

Went in for warranty work and it was a nightmare. No loaner vehicle so the cost of a rental for 16 days ended up costing me more then the repair work being done. Terrible customer service wouldn’t recommend it.

I have had experience of finding out that Ryan motors is overcharging for exhaust work cost $1800 as for new catalytic converter without labor. With installation will cost around $5000 US Dollars. Of my own experience and knowledge from UTI Orlando Florida this job with parts would run about $1000 from Cat back with labor

We bought my wifes 2019 Dodge journey from a different dealership. Weve owned it for 6 months and have maybe 8500 miles on it. We were heading to Devils Lake. A few miles beforeWilliston the check charging system like came on. Ryan motors was able to get us in right away to get looked at. Unfortunately the fuse Box was fried in the car was deemed unsafe to drive. Jade in the service apartment theyre wonderful job of locating a new fuse Box and getting it ordered. Unfortunately we were 60 miles from home with no way to get home. It was myself my wife and our twin daughters. Jesse Chavez a the sales managers was able to get us a loaner so that we could get home. Huge thanks to both of them they helped us out

I brought in my Honda (which is under warranty with only 17,000 miles. I advised the camera quit working and TPMS keeps going, giving full details for everything. Two days later I was told my car was done. $319 later I was able to drive home with nothing fixed! I was told the camera needs replaced and it is not under warranty. And seeing there were two different types of tires on the vehicle they could do nothing with the tire pressure sensor. They advised I spend $1400 on new tires from them. I didnt understand why I was being charged, because everything they told me is what I told them. I asked to speak to the Service manager and she said he was out of town for the week. At this point I dont think I will be dealing with them anymore.

I bought a vehicle July of this year. This company has been absolutely horrible to work with. The customer service employees are insanely rude every time I call. I’ve had so many issues with my vehicle that I’ve tried to get fixed, which shouldn’t even be happening considering I’ve had this vehicle for three months and it’s only a year old. Would NEVER recommend this company, any of its employees, or their business.

Service department is horrible. Called 5 times. First three calls were spaced out between noon and 3pm. Was transferred to service department and got a voicemail each time. I left messages. Nobody returned my call. Fourth time I called I explained to the person answering the phone what was going on and that I hadnt spoke to anyone yet. She said she would transfer me and walk back to their desk and ensure someone answered. Someone promptly answered. As if they just ignore calls unless someone tells them to answer. the person who answered however immediately put me on hold for 12 minutes. I hung up. I then called and spoke to the service manager on my fifth attempt and got an answer. He explained that they were installing a new call system and it was coming with some challenges. I am not an idiot however and took note that when the front desk told them to answer my call someone did! So obviously they were able to get calls. Lack of communication and lack of service at their service desk. They service manager was a nice guy. If they had 5 of him and fired everyone else maybe they would be over a 1 star.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Took my wife’s car in last year because the window didn’t roll down. Didn’t get fixed still paid almost $200. Couple months ago daughter took her car in for service. No oil put back in the engine. Blown motor. They did replace it but have bogus excuses it was faulty oil filter. No it wasn’t. There was no sign of oil anywhere she went after she picked it up. Dropped my wife’s car off for a second time to get window fixed yesterday. Had two recalls and an upgrade for the radio. They attempted to do the recalls and upgrade and the radio locked up. It went IN working. Leaving in way worse shape than it went in. Now nothing works on the touch screen because it’s locked up. Now they say I need to buy a new radio because it locked up while they were attempting to fix it. Worked fine when it went in yesterday. Now it doesn’t work at all. Every experience in the service side is worst I’ve ever seen.

I had heard less than good things about this location, but was pleasantly surprised when I visited to look at a few specific vehicles.Although the online website could use additional filters by drivetrain and transmission to make searching easier, the website still had adequate information and sorting abilities, along with at least a few well-priced offers there that brought me in to the dealership.Once I got to the dealership, Cody and Aaron did a great job helping me, even though I had originally gone there to only look, and the team managed to get me a solid deal and end my long search for a well-priced used vehicle.Aaron and Cody are relatively new additions to the Ryan team that made all the difference for my experience, so if you had a sour experience at this place, I have to say that it seems like theyre doing a good job changing things for the better.

We had proof they were lieing and they didnt want to see it and didnt want to fix it. I gave them every chance to change their numbers and they refused! A good place to buy a vehicle if you want to pay way too much. Dont count on warranty work to be completed in a timely manner. Most of their mechanics waste company time playing on their phones. The only way to insure your vehicle will be repaired is to stand outside the bay and watch them like a hawk. The service Manager is a kid and he has no problem lying to you on the phone or even in person. This did not happen one time but rather several times over the course of 4 years. Ryan knows there is no other Dodge dealer within hundreds of miles. They have the monopoly in Williston and Minot. I have talked to dozens of Dodge owners and there is a consensus on this matter. Take your trucks to Wyoming or South Dakota for service work. Or, just by Chevy or Ford. It is not uncommon for vehicles to sit in their lot for weeks or months at a time. Huge companies, such as Oil States have dumped a whole fleet for these very reasons. BUYER BEWARE!!!

My mom and I just got a vehicle July and they sure were great helping us find one and making sure we got approved. But after we left with the vehicle it went down hill. I called many times even left a voicemail for the manager and absolutely NOTHING no call back nothing. If they want your money they are there but afterwards they flake on you. I have a Dodge Power Wagon 2015, and I just brought it in for an oil change while I was waiting for my truck the Quick Lube manager tried selling me on getting my rear differential fluid replaced by showing me a trifold pamphlet with different colors from different fluids of my vehicle, I declined the offer because my vehicle only has 39,000 miles on it its still brand new! When I paid the bill and started driving down the road I could smell oil fumes coming into the cab so I went to the power washer open the hood and sure enough the mechanic spilled oil all over the side of my engine upon further inspection I noticed a hose hanging from the bottom of the vehicle it was a breather tube that is connected to the top of the front differential and it looked to me like it had been ripped off so I went back to the dealer and show them what I found in the mechanic immediately got under the truck and told me that the hose look frayed or cracked and it probably just broke because of the weather this happens is what he said so they took the broken piece that was on the differential off trimmed the remainder of the hose the vent line that was there and reattached it and put a zip tie on it and Im still breathing oil fumes in my cab 2 Days Later after they tried cleaning with brake cleaner.

Waiting for my vehicle that was as supposed to take 2 hours at 1pm. Its 4 PM and the tech just received the key. It doesnt make sense. Im not ignorant and know when my time is being played with. Absolutely awful. Sent my daughter there to get her tires changed and aligned. When she got home her tire pressure light was still on. Sent her back and she was told by the mechanic that they couldn’t reset it until she got new tires because they were ‘seeping’ air. Called manager and was told they don’t have the equipment to reset the light at the shop, I would have to schedule an appointment and it would cost more. Go anywhere else but Williston Ryan!

Absolutely awful. Under no circumstances bring your vehicle into this service center. You’d be better off spending the money to take it to Minot Automotive. First Incident—Took my 2015 Ram to get warranty work done on the engine. (Cam Shaft, rocking arms, and lifters) took nearly 3 weeks to complete. 6 months later the knock in the engine is back. Took it up to Minot to Minot Automotive. Before we were able to get back to Williston I get a call that they have to stop work because RYAN didn’t flipping replace all the rocking arms and other work that RYAN said was complete!! Almost voided my warranty!! Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE!!!Second Incident—ABS and Traction Control dash lights came on. So unable to make it up to Minot to have Minot Automotive do it I was forced to take it in to the crooks at Ryan Motors Service Center. Was told that the Hub needed to be replaced. Paid almost $70 for them to plug in the CPU reader and read the codes. And then jack up the front end to test the front wheel bearings. Needed to be replaced alright sounds good. I did the repair myself brought it back in because we were told that RAM had programming that only they could have to “recalibrate” the ABS. Well $165 later all they did was plug it in and clear the codes. My appointment was for 8:30 at 8:37 I get a phone call that the truck is ready to be picked up. Not 10 minutes of driving it the lights came back on. Took it back in told them we needed it fixed but was told that they would have to charge another $70 for a diagnostic. They can not be reasoned with or make any effort to make you feel like you’re valued as a customer.Bottom Line. If you want your vehicle fixed DO NOT TAKE IT TO RYAN!!! They will charge through the nose and NOT FIX THE PROBLEM!! Absolutely ridiculous. PLEASE! If you have similar issues contact Chrysler if enough people file complaints maybe Chrysler will be able to do something!

Husband went today to look for a truck. These guys wouldnt show him anything under 30k. When ha asked they said they dont have any trucks under that price. I went on their website immediately and guess what? They have several trucks under $30k. One for $16k that we might have been interested in.

There arent that many dealerships to choose from in Williston. For what is offered, Id take my business to Ryan. They serviced my car in a timely manner and were courteous. Weve had repairs done on our Explorer at Red Rock Ford because we had no choice. I hope we never have to do business with them again.

Came in to get an oil chance with no appointment and they worked me in even though they were 2 weeks out from scheduling anyone in. They also replaced a air filter and fixed my poor gas mileage. Just recently I was having tire issues and they had me bring it in free of charge. Great people and good service.

I would not even give Ryan Motors 1 star but I had to in order to post. We bought a new pickup from them and have had nothing but problems with it. I cant even count how many times we brought it in and they did nothing to resolve the issues. The kicker though is that we have been told not to come back with the pickup. Even though it is under warranty for the next 6 years. They told us they do not want our business. This business does not stand behind the products they sell. I would not do business with them at all and I would not advice any one else to either.

We recently bought a brand new Chrysler 200 and unfortunately before we even had put on 200 miles it quit on me when I was driving it. Of course roadside assistance takes it to the nearest dealer which was Ryan Dodge in Williston. When I called the first time and asked how long it would be the service guy told me his first appointment was about 10 days out but he figured he could work it in before then. After the 10 days I called and they still had not had a chance to work on it. After a few more days I called again and he said he would have a tech look at it that Friday. I called the following Monday and he said his tech brought it into the shop but got called away on family emergency. Gave them a another day and he said his other tech looked at his but couldnt figure out the codes and now that tech left for training. My son needed the car to take it to college so we ended up hauling the car to a dealer on the eastern side of the state who fixed it that day as it was simply a blown fuse. When we picked up the car the inside of the car was filthy dirty. There was dirt all over the back seat which they had no reason to even be in the back seat. The drivers door panel was filthy dirty (I have a pic and if I could post it here I would). I know where I WILL NOT be taking a vehicle again.

If possible they would have received no stars. The only person who was professional at this dealership was Ryan in Parts. Service department had a girl who made sexual gestures towards two customers. The dealership left my vehicle unsecured after it was checked into there service department for 2.5 weeks! I had a family emergency and they would not work with me. I ended up shipping my truck on a semi back to my local dealership. Beware when thinking about dealing with these people.

Unfortunately we had to take our daughters 2013 Ram 1500 to this Ram Dealership to fix an issue with the engine. We left the truck, which was not running well, with the hopes they could fix the problem. We were contacted at 5:30pm (after hours) with the technician could not duplicate the problem...maybe tomorrow I had already had a lengthy conversation with the service guy....we were in a dilemma because we needed to drive back to Oregon...we needed the vehicle to be repaired so we could leave. He assured me they would take care of it. Well we found out they put a diesel mechanic to work on her V6 Gas Engine and since the engine light was not on....they charged us $$$ to hook it up to their computer,,,with no problem found. We wasted an entire day of frustration to only be charged for Can not duplicate the problem The instant my daughter turned the truck on it demonstrated the PROBLEM she grabbed the service guy and showed him the problem....he acknowledge that the truck was not running right....bring it back on Friday and they would look at it again! She wrote a lengthy email to the Service Department Manager and NEVER received any answer. The GOOD news out of this ridiculous ordeal we ended up taking her truck to Sidney Montana and they REPAIRED her truck! They also were amazing with their customer service and treatment of us. NOTE: If I could I would rate Ryan Motors a (-) number I would.

My vehicle was towed here after it quit running and I called the next day to check in on it and see if they needed anything from me. The woman was very polite during this first conversation and told me they’ll get it taken care of and call me the next week and touch base since the guy who needed to work on my vehicle was on vacation.A week passes and I didn’t hear anything, so I called again to check in. Come to find out the guy who was working on my Jeep quit and never came back and they hadn’t looked through any of his job assignments yet. The lady was very polite and told me that she’ll try to see what she can do, but it would more than likely be another week or two before they could get me in. Frustrated, I told her I need my vehicle and I cannot wait another 2 weeks. She immediately changed her demeanor and told me, “You’re more than welcome to take your vehicle elsewhere.”So that’s what I did. I got in contact with Charbonneau Car Center in Dickinson and they WENT to Williston, got my vehicle, and provided me with a loaned vehicle. Ryan Motors didn’t even offer to help.Overall, I was not impressed. They were not timely, there’s no communication within the departments, and when called out about it, they’re not super polite.

One excuse after another. A one day job, has now taken over 2 weeks and Im still getting excuses. (One week after receiving vehicle) First excuse, parts ordered the wrong part. (One week later) Second excuse, part is here, getting it in the shop in a couple of hours. Third excuse(three days after last one) tech had a family emergency and left early yesterday. Wont be back until Monday.Good luck reaching their service department. I would say 20% of the time I actually talk to a service writer. None of them are actually helpful, even though they seem like they are trying. I would think the reason they are hard to reach is the string of lies and delays on every item on the shop.

This place is a joke! The first time we took our 2014 Ram in to replace a seal, they ended up keeping truck for almost 3 weeks and come to find out they had to fix 2 other things that THEY broke on my truck. On the 25th of April we had to take the truck back in for a lifter to be replaced and was told it would take a couple of days! Here it is May 24th and they havent even touched my truck. We were told that it would be another week before they could get to it! No thank you!! I have been thumbing a ride for a month and I will not stand for it anymore! I got my truck out of that hell hole and will NOT take my truck there again!! If I could have chosen to give them a negative star rating thats what they would have gotten!!!

This is by far the worst dealership service department Ive ever visited. These guys are looking for any reason to not perform work under the factory warranties so they can charge you their outrageous shop rates to preform the work. Then, once they convince you that your factory warranty is void, they want to charge you those ridiculous rates for doing absolutely nothing. $76.00 to listen to the blower motor make a horrible whining noise and tell me it needs replaced. Save yourself the money and take you business somewhere they place the customers best interests above the manufactures interests .

Let me tell you a short story about Ryan motors customer service. In 2017 I bought a two year old ram pickup with 40k, remainder of powertrain warranty, and the paperwork showed the windshield had been replaced while they had the truck on the lot. I was satisfied with the deal and to be honest I love the truck. Well about 6 months later I was washing the truck and noticed what looked like rust inside the gap most of the way around the windshield. Upon further inspection it was RUST, and there were markings as though the paint had been scraped off when the windshield was replaced. The first place I took the truck was back to Ryan Motors to show the salesman who had sold me the truck, Mike Rosland. He looked and then went and got the sales manager who’s name escapes me at the moment. I had hoped they would volunteer up some help, anything. Nope, all they would say is “there’s nothing we can do.” My next stop was two different body shops. I chose the cheaper and paid close to $1500 to have a perfectly good windshield pulled, the cab sand blasted and painted, and of course a new windshield installed, not to mention to be out of a truck for 3 weeks. I’d also like to add the body shop confirmed it was a faulty windshield replacement. I was pretty upset at first and was waiting until I cooled down to write this review. Then I decided it wasn’t worth my time and I could just let the past live in the past, but now I keep hearing their ads on the radio about their “great customer service” and my blood boils every time. So, in summary, if you expect any sort of customer service after the sale, or you expect them to stand behind their vehicles like some of their ads say... well you are going to be out of luck. Be prepared to hear “there’s nothing we can do.” When in reality there is a lot they can do, they just choose not to. They could have chose to help me pursue the company that they hired to replace the windshield and caused the damage. They could have paid for repairs, or offered to pay some. They could have offered to help get a reduced rate at a body shop, or a windshield at cost from FCA. They could’ve offered me a freaking cup of coffee or an apology. They are choosing not to service customers after the sale. So, if you’re looking to purchase a vehicle, I’d keep driving. The next dealership, the next town even. I’m certain you will be treated better elsewhere.

Update:went for an oil change last week. got the rear differential fluid changed I think. I paid for a tire rotation I didnt get. I was overcharged by $25 for shop supplies. I had to wait 90mins.this place is so unorganized they emailed my dad. I have no idea where they got his email.Im still waiting to hear back from the salesman but at this point Im done with Ryan motors.the salesman and manager were nice but its been a couple of weeks and they havent gotten back to me with a price or contacted me at all

Its clean and the service is nice. My only complaint is that the lady who helped us didnt speak good English and she said it was her 3rd day. My problem was with who I think was her supervisor. Who looked annoyed when she asked her a simple question and instead of showing her how to do it gave her attitude and when the lady went to the printer did it for her and didnt actually shie her how to do. Hows she ever going to learn if you dont take the time to show her.

People here are getting paid for nothing for the range in appointments that you cant make because the oil fields are fast and furious and this place its a level Beyond slow thats the best I can say about this place as far as getting your car fixed

Do not buy a car here and expect honesty from staff. Purchased a car from the Minot dealership first thing we noticed after a day was the break light would not shut off. Not a big deal. After 6 months we got an engine code for misfire. Time to replace spark plugs. Took it into Williston service center got it back with even more issues! Went back to check the spark plugs ourselves and one of the ignition coils were left unplugged! Looking like possible permanent damage. Called to talk they said they would help resolve issue. Its now 3 weeks later... Nothing. Please be very careful working with these people! Youll get more honesty from Craigslist.
