This is a really good store. If the tools are not mission critical then they are a really good deal. Buy the extended warranty plan! They do stick behind it and there is no Hassel on returns or exchanges. Staff have always been very friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work! I will be back.

Always good deals...especially if you need a tool that you dont use often...most times its cheaper to just buy the tool rather than rent one.

New store to the area. I called ahead to be sure they had what I wanted and they held it for me for next day. They hold 24 hrs. I was waited on almost as soon as i walked in the door. They had my order set aside and git it for me. They had 10% off if I applied for a credit card. So I did. That took quite awhile and a few glitches before I was finished and out the door . They called for extra staff to come help people who were waiting. I wasnt in a hurry so the wait didnt bother me. And dont judge because they are new and still learning the programs and registers. They apologized and did their best. Im glad there is a Harbor Freight in Willmar.

Went in today and got a great deal on a new set of ball joint press. It was $30 off! I have a few car projects to work on and its gonna come in handy making my job easier!

Lol as always, didnt go in for anything particular and spent over $300. So much stuff you didnt even think about but prices so good you buy it...all.

Their website said they had a tool that I wanted I drove all the way there and they did not have it and they would not have one for a while

They will give u money back if need to return something like that..

I love this place! Selection and prices are great. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

I needed a larger tap and die set, one that went bigger than half inch. HF had one at a good price. Not everything had a price and thats a pet pieve of mine.

Its the same as every other HF you have ever been to. The staff might be a little bit more helpful at this one and it seems a bit larger than some. Ill be back.
