Andre W. made our purchasing of a mattress and box spring fun and truly enjoyable. This guy knows what he is doing! He has class, humor, and knowledge. He didn’t try to upsell and push us to do something we didn’t want or weren’t looking for. We told him what we were looking for and he made it happen and at a better deal than we could have imagined. Seriously the best salesperson experience we ever had!

Terrible customer service. After I purchased a nearly $4000 mattress nobody cares that I have a question about this one now and they don’t pick up the phone on me when I call.There are better shops to buy such expensive mattresses from anyway. Good bye mattress firm, you’re not good enough.

This was my second time at the store. I was ready to buy a firm mattress but Andre who was very attentive allowed me to try different mattresses and explained how my body looked and conformed in the ones I was trying. Everything went well until he asked me about how I was paying. I informed him about was paying by credit card and he proceeded to ask me “ you sure you have the money to do that?” I was instantly offended as it was apparent he became too familiar with me. I ended up buying the mattress but the more I thought about it the more offended I became at this comment. Not sure if I will recommend this store to anyone else.

Im moving and had to buy some new beds for some pretty picky sleepers. Our sales associate was Ben K. and he was great. He really took his time explaining the differences between different beds and really helping to pick the right beds for everyones needs without being pushy at all. From walking into your store to delivery I had an amazing experience. The salesperson advised me correctly to address any concern I voiced. His recommendations were spot on. Delivery was arranged and throughout the whole process i was notified and kept informed of the progress. The final step, the delivery. The gentlemen who delivered the mattress and box springs were so respectful, wore shoe coverings and were careful when transporting bulky items through my house. If I had to rate my experience on a basis of 10 I would rate my experience as 100.

But Randy was thoughtful and patient addressing all of our needs and concerns. Went with my parents to find them an adjustable mattress and frame, which has become necessary due to a recent medical diagnosis. A Few weeks ago my husband and I were looking for a new mattress. We ended up at mattress firm and thank god we did. Dennis is the manager over there, and he took great care of us. For us not being very knowledgeable about mattresses, Dennis took us though the process step by step. They have a color coded system there that once you figure out what type of mattress you like it makes it much easier and not so overwhelming. Dennis was able to give us such a great deal that we actually bought my mother in law a bed as well. He is very diligent in making sure you find the right mattress for you spending about an hour with us exclusively. He was very knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire process. He also was extremely accommodating with our needs as far as delivery dates and budget. This new bed is life changing. I haven’t slept so good in years. And again the price!! I would recommend this mattress firm to anyone I know, and make sure you ask for Dennis. You will not be disappointed.

I went into this store with a low expectation, because customer service today is not about the customer and its very poor service. I met a young man by the name of Andre, he was very knowledgeable about the products. He made me feel good about my purchase, and the fact that I chose to come to this particular store. He was such a pleasure, he walked me through every detail about buying a mattress step by step. He did not make me feel like I didnt know what I was doing. I wish every store I go into I encounter someone like Andre. To Note: The first person who helped me was Dennis, and they were like a tag team. Fantastic service and great pricing

Just went yesterday and had a great experience. We never had bought a mattress before and our salesman was very helpful and informative, didnt pressure us into anything. We did wind up making our purchase from them and would highly recommend to family and friends.

We stopped in this store a few weeks ago to get a mattress. The service that we received was way above my expectation for going into just a mattress store. When our mattress and base was delivered the base was bigger than we thought and we had to send it back to the store. When we went back to the store to explain what had happened, I expected the worse, restock fee and more. Andre took care of us really well. I walked out the store with much relief and a smile on my face and I did not have to pay a restock fee. He made sure that I was able to keep the same product that I previously purchased with the correct size that would fit my home. I thank Andre for his time, patience and help with our situation. I thank him for going way and above to make sure that we remain a happy customer with Mattress Firm Willow Grove.

First real mattress purchase. Dennis helped us find the right comfort zone and showed us all the beds that would work for that. Really laid back and informative experience. Definitely not pushy or overwhelming. We opted for a pricier purchase and he threw in a $150 mattress protector for free. The home delivery was quick, painless, and efficient. We were worried about the box spring fitting into our apartment and they got it in there without any damage done. Not to mention, our mattress is amazing. Highly recommended.

I happened to be in the area, googled the Willow Grove Mattress Firm, and was wowed by the reviews so decided to give it a shot. After shopping around the big name furniture stores, I decided to price check and compare with Mattress Firm. I was pleasantly surprised to their knowledge and very competitive pricing. The sales associate Jenn was very attentive but not pushy. She knew exactly what I was looking for. I purchased the mattress and also an adjustable box spring.

This guys is definitely not suck. The white guy who is looks like manager was very respectful and helpful in my search for the right mattress. In no way did he treat me like scam back at all. I certainly am recommend this store to everyone.

I would not recommend this location or Mattress Firm in general. The sales associates, Dennis and Jennifer, at the Upper Dublin Mattress Firm made an error with our order, which cost us an additional $85. Mistakes happen; however, these two made no effort to resolve the problem. When I called the associate, Dennis, he was unprofessional and patronizing. As a customer, I was shocked and appalled at his behavior.Mattress Firm in general is very hard to get in touch with. The customer service number sends you in a giant loop and the online chat person just stopped responding to me. If you do choose Mattress Firm, stay away from this location.
