Fire the woman manager. Ive had to deal with her twice now. She rude and she makes up stories to suit her sale. I took a friend there to sign him up for T-mobile she was horrible and didnt offer any special deals. I had to bring up the magenta plan. My friend just wanted to leave. I talked him into going to the store in the Willow Grove Mall. We got fantastic service and great discounts. By the way I wanted to give her a - 2

Joel the manager, should not be representing T-Moble. They had no interest in solving my problem, a problem they created by selling me a 5G Gateway box with missing parts. When I returned to the store for a replacement they refused. I just got a run around, and Im not stupid, to protect their stores bottom line I suspect. Shame on you Shannon for not standing up for me after all the business I gave you. Shop at the mall! The first floor T-moble store at Willow Grove! John, the manager and Jasmine, a lovely associate will assist you kindly.

Went to WG Store. The girl I had was exceptional. She went out of her way to help me Transfer from Metro to T Mobile.she is a real credit to T mobile. Her name is Shannon Santiago. I would love to be able to go to her when ever I had a problem

I had a great experience today. Phone wasnt working properly and they got me up and running in minutes. The young man who waited on me couldnt do enough for me. T-Mobile rocks!

I had a wonderful experience switching from Xfinity to T-Mobile, not to mention how superior T-Mobile is compared to Sprint and Xfinity. I believe I dealt with a man named Henry, knows his stuff and made the transition very easy.

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff, even willing to bend the rules a bit to keep customers happy. I received a free promitinal tablet, which unfortunately died after three weeks. Instead of following rigid procedures like the provider I left, I was just given a new tablet, rather than a refurbished or putting mine in repair. The manager at this store understands​customer service.

I was helped by Camilla when I was there and she was fantastic. She explained everything about the phones and plans and worked very hard to get me the best possible value. She is a true credit to T moblie and I hope her hard work is recognized by her manager.UPDATE. Please make sure the super nice and helpful staff are actually telling you the truth about the plan you are signing up to. I was horrified to find out from T moblie customer service that an offer to pay off a new customers old phone was very much exaggerated. I was told that up to $600 of my phone which I bring to T moblie would be paid off and too my surprise I was told that the info I had been given was not true and probably just being told what I needed to hear to get me signed up. Moral off the story, dont trust someone who works on commission even if she tells you she has talked to her superiors to make sure everything is ok. Very disappointed. So Im going from 5 Stars to 2 Stars.

The representative solved the issue immediately. He recognized the problem solved it and then showed me how to solve it in case it crops up again.

How does a cell phone store not have WiFi? Seriously get real t mobile. So worried you actually might help someone instead of the almighty dollar youre trying to get. Every time I go to a t mobile store its a nightmare.
