Great experience at the Sprint store Saturday 6/29. Was desperately in need of a phone, as previous device was stolen at a track meet regional qualifier my son was participating in the day prior. 2nd Apple product that was lost/stolen, first was an Apple Watch at Indoor Nationals in Landover, MD. It fell off my wrist, didnโt even hear it hit the ground! Christian R. was very patient, had my sons with me who were not quite on their best behavior. He helped with the iPhone Xr which has been truly amazing, helped lift the restrictions on the services that I placed the night before on the stolen 6s. Suggested a 6th generation iPad and $180 worth of free accessories. Was NOT expecting to leave with an iPad but attentive as I mentioned needing another device to keep kids occupied while vacationing in Hawaii. Mostly so they would not ask for my new phone, a primary reason why the 6s went missing. Really like Sprint services, Sprint store in Willow Grove Mall has thee best customer service. ๐คณ๐ฝ๐ฑ๐๐ฝ
My experience was amazing. Damir did a wonderful job exposing everything to me as It is my first time opening a phone line on my own through sprint. Even convinced me to buy a screen protector and case which Iโm god I purchased. I would definitely recommend his service again! Thanks
This Sprint store is great! My service personโs name was Myrani. She is the best. She helped me select an upgrade iPhone. Then she did all the work to transfer my data to my new phone. I love it. All the billing and switch over was super simple. Definitely my store for life.
I love the staff that works at this location. They are always friendly and approachable. They are always willing to help you with any problems. I wonโt go to any other location. Also with me working in the mall; itโs also very convenient for me.

I had a great experience at this store. The people are amazing and Jasmine helped my family and I upgrade our phones. We were there for hours and she waited for our phones to be fully functioning.
Customer service was great. Shane was a huge help and answered all questions. Everyone else was friendly and gave me a great experience. Not sure why this place has a 1.9 star review but it deserve a 5
Got quoted a deal (and hqha the paperwork for it), customer service wont/cant help, the manager wont call me back (have been told by customer service that the store is the only place where discount can be applied), the sales reps when Ive called multiple times are anything less than helpful. I think it about time I contact the BBB if someone cant call me back. I sorry I switched. Probably wont be renewing once our time period is up
Jerome Edwards and Cristian Rivera both assisted me with my new phone purchase. They were knowledgable on the iPhones and were able to get me off of boost mobile and lower my bill by a few dollars. Great service and experience.
I only came to this place because my wife refuses to leave Sprint and switch to Verizon. This is the second time weโve been to this store. The first time was horrible, so horrible that I blocked ever being there from my memory. Hence that was why I was there again. We were there for over 2 hours to come to find that they couldnโt help us. This time we were one of 2 customers in the store. They had 2 employees present. One helping the other customer and one screaming on the phone at a Sprint customer service employee about messing up some other customers order. From this conversation, we found out that Sprint customer service lied to the customer about SIM cards working in multiple phones. The employee at this store asked to be escalated to a supervisor at Sprint customer service, only to be hung up on.The lady on the phone told us she will be right with us, every 10 minutes. I believe that after being hung up on, was a good time could to switch gears and focus on the customers actually at the store, instead of the problem sheโs โbeen dealing with for 2 weeksโ. So we left and went to Best Buy. Wasted a half hour.
Its ok. You have to be careful that you dont get sold something that you didnt ask for. My husband & I wanted to get 2 of the EXACT same phones. The person that waited on us got my phone & said that my husband will get the EXACT same phone. They told us to go & get something to eat & when we come back theyll have both phones set up for us. Well when we got back they had gotten a different phone for my husband....a more expensive one! Didnt like that at all! So just be careful & dont leave the store until you know that you have the right phone.
Chris was an exceptional associate and helped me add a line to my plan. He was very personable and nice. Jerome and Tyrell helped my friend in the store as well upgrade her plan
I wish I could give zero or better yet negative numbers. The sales staff are extremely misleading and guaranteed discounts on my bill that I was not eligible for. After hours on the phone with customer care, I ultimately decided to cancel service after 3 days. In going back to the store, the staff was condiscending, unapologetic, and rude. This store is only about making money - not about customers or people.

We are a couple in our 70s, and we changed to sprint after many,many years with Verizon......we went to willow grove mall ...the guy in the sprint store told us what to do, and we did.....and then it came time for us to get the rebate they baityou with....they pay off the fee you have left from Verizon.......well we got half of it....you know I was on the phone constantly with corporate and they dont care like the people in the store, you get the run around but no help, sorry we ever left Verizon.....since may it has been a horrible experience, I cannot tell anyone else what to do, but I would never change again, pay more get more!
The service was AMAZING! Our helper Adrian was so patient with us and she did such an amazing job activating and transferring all our information into our new phone, it was a great experience and we loved it !!!
Horrible service they donโt even greet you. Once I stood in line and they got the idea I was buying something thatโs when they wanted to put their customer service skills to work. They didnโt even tell me about the deals they had on iPhones. I left and went to the Wyncote location and they gave me excellent service with a better deal!

Sales rep did her thing spent like $700 in this store because of her. Very great staff besides the manager he seems pretty racist. He was very quick to push me and my bf to the side and even went as far as to leave the store! Once he returned he was very rude and sexist to the young lady who was helping us. He even called her stupid in front of us! He showed us no respect as customers and showed his coworkers disrespect as well. Thats very unbecoming of a manager, should be fired.

Absolutely a disgrace to put people in these positions who are incompetent. Not only do they not know how to perform their job correctly they scam and lie to their customers just for a sale. Store supervisor Jackie was horrible and very unethical she needs better training. It amazes me that the owners of sprint accept these bad reviews and think its ok.

Purchased a iPhone 8 Plus 256gb in space grey online and chose to pick up in store. Came in at my scheduled pickup time, and was told by the manager (Shawn, I believe) that they didnโt carry that phone. I asked him why it had that as an option, and he didnโt know. Iโm thinking, thatโs weird. Iโll just go pick it up at another store then, no big deal...he gave me the number to sprint and another store.After a little back and forth I was refunded my money from sprint, and called the other store number Shawn had given me. They didnโt have the phone either.Next day I decided to settle, and went to the warrington store and just ask for a 64 gb iPhone. They couldnโt get me out of my contract because they arenโt corporate. They DID however inform me that sometimes, managers will hold on to the higher storage phones, keeping them for new customers only.I go back to the willow grove store that night, and asked for the 64 gb iPhone in space grey, Iโm told they have it. Just for fun (because none of the same staff was there from the night before) I asked if they happen to carry the 256gb model, and they said โyesโIโm thinking, maybe they just got it in, so I asked. She said it wasnโt reserved for anybody, that they had a couple, and theyโd been there for a while. I then asked them why it wasnโt given to me the night before when I had already paid for it and was turned away, and both employees dodged the question, and put their heads down.These two wonderful employees, who i wonโt name in here in case helping me gets them in trouble, went above and beyond for me.Long story short, donโt go here until they get rid of that manager, heโs trash.
This store has by far the worst customer service ever! I wish I could give them negative stars.. they donโt even deserve one but google wonโt let me give them any less! Not only did the sprint customer care supervisor have issues reaching the store manager on several attempts but I spoke to him myself twice yesterday in hopes to resolve my issues and he completely blew me off. Promised to call me back twice and he did not, his own employee stated he doesnโt return calls!!! Store employees told customer care the manager wld be in at 2 but magically every time they attempted to call him after 2 he still wasnโt there.. one person told customer care they were โtoo busyโ ... ummm hellooo itโs only been 2 days now and they all know the problem and even stated to customer care they are aware but yet the manager isnโt there when heโs suppose to be and then they are โtoo busyโ. They changed my contract without telling me when I went in to exchange my phone due to a defective phone...probably because they make commission on new accounts so they basically screwed me!!! I guess they are โtoo busyโ now ripping off someone else!! The supervisor I spoke to thru customer care was even going to further escalate and report this store and the manager!! I honestly donโt know how Shane is even a store manager there. If this is the type of people sprint puts in charge they are better off putting a monkey at their counter, at least its more entertaining to deal with! The reviews for this store speak loudly and something should be done about their employees. Thank goodness customer care is helpful at least! Definitely considering other phone providers! Beware anyone going to this store. You are better off driving to another store that wonโt rip u off and lie to you!!
Purchased Note4 two months ago and no difficulties in the changeover. Began having troubles with messaging and returned to the store. Great service and problem was promptly remedied.
Worst store ever! the staff is the worst. i went in the close my accts in january, they were never closed and they kept charging my act!! apparently the store never did it and they have my phones! there is shady stuff going on here. dont go!!
