This is an excellent storage facility. It is very clean and organized very well. We were greeted by Keith as soon as we walked in the door. He had an amazing personality and was extremely helpful. He didnt rush us and took the time to explain everything to us. He was kind and just an all around good person. I highly recommend this facility and I recommend Keith even more. It is people like him who make a business successful and make people like me want to recommend places like this for others to use. Keith made our experience very positive

Karen was great to talk to at Extra Space Storage! When I visited to see the available lockers she gave me all the information I needed, and when I had a question she had an answer ready. A few days later, she made the process of renting one of their lockers super easy and quick, which I really appreciated since I was signing my lease on my lunch break! A great experience!

This facility is very clean always. I’ve been storing here for 4 years and I’m satisfied. However, the prices have gone up every year and it can get expensive. I may have to look elsewhere for a better price.

Easy peasy to store our property in this well cared for facility. It’s clean, feels safe and it was easy to load/unload with provided carts. I didn’t even have to go in to the office- actually was able to do paperwork via email on a Sunday at 4:30pm and had our first load icon the next day, JULY 4th!! Both Jane and Kielbasi were personable, informative, and reassuring!

Weve had really great experience with several ExtraSpace Storage offices, especially the one in Willow Grove, PA. We like the facility for many reasons. Not only are the spaces clean, secure, and temperature controlled, but the staff really goes above and beyond to accommodate your needs.Recently we needed to change the ownership of the lease to an out-of-state sibling. I contacted our current office and spoke with Keith, who made the process seamless. The day we were ready to make the switch, we were able to complete a majority of the paperwork on our end and then contact the out-of-state facility to finalize the contract and payments. It was such a quick and stress-free process. Keith made sure to double check everything, not just the switch in contractual obligations but also the payments. What I thought would be a difficult process was made very simple by a gentleman who was very helpful, and understanding of our situation. I would definitely use this company again for our storage needs and I cant recommend them enough.

From the moment I first checked in with Karen a couple months before we needed to rent space, she was kind, thorough and efficient. She knows her business and really took the stress out of the process of renting space. I had read many reviews before going to the office and everyone was right. It’s clean, well- lit, safe and routinely monitored. Prices are quite reasonable and there are plenty of hand trucks and carts to move your things. Elevators are in good working order and again, monitored for safety.I found the whole process really perfect. We finally made the official trip to lock in our rental cost for the proper space we needed. Bought a lock there for under 17$. Really worth it.We were walked through the check in and leave policy, signed off on rental terms and shown to our unit. Keith showed us where our storage unit was and was really energetic and helpful.All in all, we highly recommend extra Space storage

This place is awesome. Keith is the best, extremely helpful and always available. The place is clean, and open for access from 6am to 10pm which is super helpful during a move in or out. No deposit or hidden fees. Once I accidentally locked my lock without actually locking the storage unit door. The staff called me about it that night, and since I was out of state, the cut the lock, replaced it with a new one and sent me the new keys by mail. I am extremely grateful to this place for being so stress for for the year I needed it.

DO NOT RENT A STORAGE SPACE FROM HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!! My initial review was 5 stars until I realized this company is a bait and switch. I rented from this storage place in mid October, had an online price and had no problem until now, 3 months into my rental (January) I got a letter stating my storage unit will go up in price. They bait people to get you in the door and then raise the prices on you. I did speak with Keith who had spoke with a manager and was told nothing can be done. They know exactly what they are doing- they will get your stuff in the storage unit and raise the pricing and they don’t care. Find a more honest place!!!!

Super easy to reserve, get details, and sign the contract virtually! All employees were nice and friendly. It was difficult finding the unit because numbers are up and down depending where you look. There are no signs to tell you which way to go.I don’t like that my unit is so dark- there is no way I can find stuff in boxes so I will have to take a lantern which is very inconvenient. I probably would have used the reverse size unit simply to have the hallway light had this been detailed in the website.It’s pretty clean and smells decent throughout (back elevator is not as great smelling as front).Very disappointed with the restroom being closed during covid. This is when we need it because we can’t go to Burger King, if at storage for a long time, which I will be, due to the lobby being closed. That was one reason I picked this company so when I am dealing with my teacher belongings I don’t have to leave. It just makes it a bit more inconvenient.

Reserved online .... within minutes Keith called to welcome me to the community . He told me what I needed to bring to the facility. Once I arrived he graciously welcomed me and kept to all social distances. He answered all necessary questions . He went line by line with the contract . This guy right here has customer service written all over him . Fantastic experience .

Very helpful location. I’m from out of town so was not familiar with the area. Went to about 2 other storage chain (compass storage and forgot the name of the other) locations that online said they had space for parking but when I arrived they did not. Arrived at this Extra Space location and Karen helped me right away and was very helpful and had answers to every single one of my questions and had me in and out very quickly. Definitely a 5 star location with Karens customer service.

After reserving a storage room online, Keith called me the next day to set up a time for me to come in. I told him I was planning on coming in that day. He thanked me and we set up a time. When I got there, he showed me the storage room and told me all the options I had. He was so thorough and knowledgeable in his job and we had a nice conversation while he was getting everything together on the computer. He made me feel welcomed.

I had to edit this review although service is great, our rental went up from $310.94 to $395.74 a month without warning. We did not get a notice of anything and have been a renter since July 2020. It is starting to make me ponder my options as a 21+% in totally out of line. I can see 10% but not over 20% and coming from a long time renter this is problematic.

When reading glowing reviews about this storage facility, I was dubious that they were written by fake accounts. Who was this Karen that other reviewers talked about? And how could a storage place be so wonderful? I actually had the pleasure to meet Karin today and toured the facility. She was as positive and upbeat as all the reviews suggested. Erin handled my paperwork and gave me a tour of the facility. She was thorough and went out of her way to ensure that all my questions were answered and needs were met. I am in the process of moving my worldly belongings from a different facility that, in contrast, makes this place look like a palace. Their facility is clean and well-lit. There is no odor. There are a plethora of carts available for moving in too! There are security monitors in the office that seem to show all the activity that goes on within the building. Peace of mind for all my possessions for a moment in time.

I got to the facility 10 minutes before they closed, i felt so bad. Karen told me to relax we have plenty of time, she was so professional and helpful. Erin was very pleasant. I was shown a unit that had some calcium debris on the floor and Erin said shed show me a different unit. I didnt even notice the calcium but she wanted to make sure that i saw a unit with out it. With first month free and only needing the unit for about 2 months its a perfect solution until I can get a storage shed.

Karen and the crew at Willow Grove Extra Space Storage have been outstanding managing 8 years of storage for our family while being in another state. Courteous, professional and willing to help from answering questions to checking the unit and sending photos for logistics on moving. If you need storage in the area, you shouldn’t consider anyone but these folks!

I parked my RV here for 3-months. Never ever again. After returning from overseas I found that my motorhome was tampered with. My waste tank cap was missing upon immediate inspection. The fresh water tank drain valve was lossened. Note: Its made of Teflon so I doesnt get loose on its own.After reviewing a leak coming from the underbelly I discovered the grey water tank pipe was broken at the junction. I looks as if someone took a screwdriver and broke a part of the junction.I dont trust the so called secure parking area. Never again.
