I’ve been having a rough time lately and need to rent a storage bin, so I came here to ask for pricing. The lady behind the counter was the most polite person I’ve dealt with all month and it made my week. I haven’t rented yet but I will probably choose this place because of its help!

I came in to look at units, Tracy was very patient and knowledgeable. She also had many tips for us. We will come here when we are ready to store.

When Covid came about my job went away along with my medical benefits. Shawn was awesome! Im looking for storage for my mom so I walked into the Public Storage and had some questions about storage. He gave me a tour of the place and explained to me how the storage works. He was super sweet and wanted to make sure I undedstood everything I needed to know!!! Great place and great staff!

My parents rented at this location for almost a year and when helping them move their stuff out I couldn’t help but notice how clean the location was. My parents stuff was well kept with the items they purchased at the office as well. And the staff here was extremely helpful as my parents were removing their items. Would definitely recommend this place.

I stored here for about 8 years and never had an issue. Traci and her staff are friendly and knowledgeable and always willing to go the extra mile! I recommend storing here to anyone that needs storage. The price was good too. The property is old but clean and well maintained.

The quality of these units and business is something Id expect to see in the ghetto. Holes in the walls leading to other units and outside. Studs that fall over with ease. And the gate that everyone needs a code to use to gain access to the lot is left open. The employees dont care, they just want to collect a pay check. Nearly every time Ive entered the office an employee has been watching a show.

The process was very smooth to get a unit. I booked online and got a call within the hour to setup a time to move in and do the paperwork. It was all done very quickly and I was moving stuff in within an hour of booking it online. The lady who helped me get all set up was extremely helpful and got me through the process without any issues. I highly recommend them.

Sheet rock walls are broken, insulation from the ceilings are falling down. The outside looks nice BUT inside the units are run down.

Kate helped me with securing a unit, and she was absolutely excellent. Professional, quick, thorough with the paperwork, and very friendly. The hours are convenient, and the security is great. We have never used a storage unit before and we feel confident with our company choice and location.

Massive amounts of mice poop all throughout unit. Of course I expect some bugs and rodents but there’s an obvious infestation. Came in because of the $1 first month, but I see they quickly made that up by massive rental increases. Last year it was $150 for a 10x15 unit. It will be $220 in a few weeks. Will seek other locations. Would not recommend.**Update** Was contacted by general manager about my complaints and company will attempt to correct to satisfaction.***Update***Property owner has had complaint about door and open work order to fix it for over a month. No repair was performed. Found LARGE mouse hole in unit. Had to toss a lot due to damage from rodents.WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. EVER.

Traci (Property Manager) provided an excellent service. I would recommend it!Suggestion: Improvements that could be done in the 5x5 interior units is to replace existing doors by new stainless steel doors which seal the unit and prevent rodents to enter the unit.Current installed doors are made of wood and have 3 inches distance to the ground which allow rodents and other insects to invade the unit easily.

Shes efficient, friendly, will make sure you get every discount you can- and she keeps the facility is top shape. I had a great experience with the my Public Storage unit! The place was well secured and I was always able to access my unit whenever I needed it. Accessing the premise was always by code which is assuring to someone that is storing their property away from their home. The manager was always attentive and helpful to our needs and we would always recommend this location to anyone.

I happened to be in the area near willow grove air force base and I needed packing peanuts. Traci was very helpful and knowledgeable with the packing supplies even tried to get me to buy bubble wrap but I told her the packing peanuts were enough for now. Traci is a wonderful woman and I look forward to seeing her again.

I have been a customer at this location for a few years now. Its clean and secure, I dont mind keeping my valuables in there. Tracy who I normally deal with there is friendly and always helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone in the area that needs a secure and easy to work with storage facility.

5 stars all the way for this location. If you ever need a facility manager to work with you on your needs bring your business here and work with Traci. She saves me time and muscle by accepting deliveries from couriers versus having them shipped to my home. Without this level of service it would be more difficult to support our expanding business.
