Boost on Vine St in Willowick, Ohio is awesome. The staff is so professional and I got a great Samsung very much affordable. The Boost store in Euclid is garbage. I stop using that store years ago the atmosphere was negative always paid bill over the phone. Claim they had phones only $200 and up their out their mind. Richmond Hts location closed due to covid..Vine St is the place

Condescending ripoffs. You get different prices depending on who services you. Overcharged for service poor customer service. Then had the nerve to have a Bible study book in front of him!! I should have gone with my gut instinct and went elsewhere.

I had a somewhat complicated port in situation and they handled it so flawlessly. We went in early to look at deal on iPhone 7. They told us it would be about an hour before they had them. So upon looking around we found a better deal on androids and saved 90$ our ports from my main account went fine. The other port didnt go quick but these two made it a fun place to be. Shoot I forgot I was getting phones if it werent for the hold music. This place rocks at their job!!

This boost is the boost store to go to for all your phone needs. WARNING DONT GO TO THE BOOST MOBILE IN ASHATBULA OHIO. THEY RIP YOU OFF AND GIVE YOU AN OLD PLAN. But I went to Donavan here at the Eastlake boost mobile store and he fixed my plan and updated it for me and got me a better deal. Also he upgraded my phones on the plan and didnt charge me all these extra fees that ashtabula was trying to charge me. Plus when I call Donavan at the Eastlake boost mobile store to pay my bill he charges me only 3 dollars to do it. ASHTABULA BOOST MOBILE STORE TRYED TO CHARGE ME 20.00 EXTRA DOLLARS TO PAY MY BILL IN THE STORE WITH THEM!!!! Again DO NOT GO TO ASHTABULA BOOST MOBILE THEY ARE LIARS AND WILL RIP YOU OFF AND POCKET YOUR MONEY!!!
