The new store manager, Ebony, of this T-Mobile location is the epitome of friendly customer service. She goes to work for you, gives honest details about products and makes sure you leave as a happy customer. She will answer all of your questions. Im glad I picked this store to shop for my new phone!

EXCELLENT customer service! Jamie, the manager, went above and beyond to assist us in switching an android phone on its last leg over to an iPhone that wasn’t even purchased in their store. Dario is personable and extremely knowledgeable. This is my “go to” T-Mobile store from now on. It previously was a sprint store and they cleaned it up and made it inviting. Thanks to all of you for helping us on Saturday!

Well they only wanted a 600 dollar down pymt on a 699 phone. Otherwise I really like them as a carrier

Horrible !! 2 hour wait only to be rushed to assist me and then not having any items in the store to purchase. Warning !! Guaranteed to leave angry, frustrated unsatisfied.

After speaking with Sprint on the phone three times about the same issue with my Galaxy note 10 plus they recommended I go to this store for help.The woman at the store told me there was nothing she could do to help me and she wanted to refer me to a store that was further away. Apparently theyre okay at selling phones but not supporting their customers.

The customer service was great. It was at the end of the day on a Sunday and the representative stayed late and help us out an ensured that my wife and I were completely satisfied and taken care of. I fully recommend this store for any of your cellular needs. Thank you so much.

My experience was magnificent. Shaia was beyond expectations from everyone else in the pass that I have experience with. Was very kind, caring, thorough with explaining and getting my account fixed and setup with my new phone. Very pleasant polite employee.

Austin was awesome! Helped my mum through a stress-free transition to her first iPhone. He took the time to explain things and showed her how to use basic features - not something an employee HAS to do. He also found savings on her phone account, something no other Sprint store has taken the time to catch and change. There was no pressure or stress to do anything particular the entire time, we were laughing and having fun. Gage was awesome too, helping intermittently between customers and even threw in a screen protector for her. Great store, AMAZING employees. Its out of my way, but Ill definintely be using this location in the future compared to the other stores.

So glad this new location is now open . Its so close to my house and I wasnt having the best experience at the other nearby Sprint stores. The gentlemen here are very nice and knowledgeable. Would recommend this new location to every Sprint customer .

This store is excellent the manager there runs the store for the customers he does a lot hes very very helpful this is the place I will go if I had a Sprint phone for service or upgrading or anything they take care of you make you aware of everything with the phone that youre going to get and make your visit a very enjoyable one

So happy this location opened recently! I dont live in Willowick, but am here frequently to visit family. Theyve already helped my family out with questions and accessory purchases.
