Great Michaels store located at Mayfair. Good selection and the store was neat and well maintained. Even though the line was long at checkout the clerks for everyone taken care of very quickly.

Great store! There was a line to get in, but it moved quickly. No doubt it was due to their awesome holiday sale. Tons of terrific stuff left to choose from!

Wilmington is lacking in local art/needlework shops. But out of the big three we do have (Michaels, Joanns and Hobby Lobby) Michaels is EASILY the best selection as far as cross stitch and embroidery goes.

Michaels can be a bit pricey but you can find some good bargains every now and then. For example I got an 8-pack set of painting canvases for $10.99, cute little self-adhesive patches for$0.90 (reg. $2.99 ), and glitter mist for $2.00 (reg. $6.99).

I was kind of disappointing. Everything is overpriced because its in a wealthier part of town. I prefer Hobby Lobby near Independence Mall.

Michaels always has unique seasonal decor, craft products, and a great variety. The store is always clean and well stocked.

Michaels has gotten worse and worse over the years. They bought ACMoore and everything wend down even faster. The employees are not knowledgeable about many things in the store and are just not helpful. The last time I was there the cashier seemed lost. I had to return something Michaels branded that was misrepresented on the package (said it included 15, only had 14). Even the corporate customer service was useless when I called. I wont be shopping at Michaels anymore.

Unless you have lots of money to spend on your crafts, dont go to Michaels! Over priced on everything! And to top it off, their selection stinks! Im a crocheter and there is no good selection of yarn at all!and for the most part, the shelves arent stocked very well! Im just very disappointed with this store, Im from California and the Michaels stores there are very well taken care of! And they are cheaper!

Michaels always has a great deal! Not to mention, the have a wide variety of crafting, decorating, framing, and useful helps for every creative idea. And if you ever pop in and your item isnt on sale already, look them up online and snag a coupon!

This is the cleanest Michaelas in the area. They are careful to make sure things are kept clean in the checkout areas. We visited looking for some framing options and a few supplies. They are always helpful and offer great product knowledge.

Great store with all your needs. My 11 year old loves artsy stuff. Its her favorite store now. This little beauty was only $6.

Went in for artificial flowers for a small project. Supposedly 50% off.... lol it was 50% off of summer flowers.... like Im an artificial flower expert according to seasons. LolThey all looked pretty cheesy and the prices. LOLmy little project would have cost me over $60 and I was not picking out anything extravagant.Went to dollar store. The little flowers were such nicer there! $12 and I am very happy!

Michaels is the best for custom framing! They have all the possibilities you could need, give good advice and even look for the best possible price for you!! Their artificial flowers are beautiful too! Heres my custom-framed poster and lovely bouquet of peonies!

So michaels.com has a coupon list for 25% off but you have to provide an Ena address to get it. No biggie, not a problem.Then, the post a special code box and you have to summit your phone number. Again no biggie. Get a text message telling me click on the link and paste it to the michaels.com page and guess what...no where to paste the code. Even the staff in the store does not know where it gets pasted.Bottom line. I was scammed for my email address and phone number.If you want my future business, someone better find a solution.

Big waste of time to place online orders. i ordered a total of 11 small items at 2:40 PM and my order still wasn’t ready by the time they closed because half of my items were still “packed up in the back”…. seems like the employees are just lazy and don’t want to work because the place wasn’t busy AT ALL and they don’t stop doing online orders until 5. i’ve worked in service before and it’s not that hard so slack will not be cut for this location. just save your time and don’t order online if you can just shop in store because it won’t be ready when you actually need it. would also like to mention the floors in this store are DISGUSTING.thank you to johanna for being the only employee to actually help me though!

Michaels was once my go-to craft store, but there are a lot more options that are just as good, JoAnns, Hobby Lobby and online. This store is fine, VERY long line to check out and the partitions they erected for safety are cumbersome for both the employee and the customer, need to figure out a better system. Yarn selection is lacking, not a lot of it and not a lot of variety.

Okay,if you want flowers...Not a great selection, and seemed high priced

Went in for a skein of yarn, had a coupon for 30% off.I showed the cashier my coupon. He said it was invalid because it was only good in Canada! He refused to give me the discount, even though no where on the coupon did it say that!

Fabulous selection of art supplies...and anything else a crafter could use. Very clean and orderly isles. Highly recommend.

The Clerks were Pleasant but I as I have experienced before there is no help to be had within in the store itself. If you dont know where it is, good luck. The store itself is beautiful and I hesitate to go in there because I would buy the place out.

Michaels has some great sales and their curbside pick-up is great. They have less in the way of premade items than Hobby Lobby but for crafting items theyre a solid option. The staff are super friendly. All in all, Michaels is a good option with a good coupon.

Definitely want to get there at night, also want to have as little interaction with the manager as possible. Would rate lower but her employees were at least decent. Would rate higher if they got someone without a chip on their shoulders running the dock.

It was weird walking in here. Seemed like they were in the middle of a going out of business sale with how many shelves they had empty. Hard to find an associate, which I needed because the product I came in for they apparently keep in the managers office? The visit was another reminder of why I (and most people) just shop online nowadays.

Good store with great sales, but the checkout line is always crazy long. Maybe Corona has made it worse, because last time I went there was at least 20 people waiting? Otherwise, a cool store.

Michaels is always a great place to go when looking to purchase crafting items, but I do find that this particular location is a bit chaotic & messy in terms of items being displayed and all. It does not seem to ever be well organized or maintained which I why I personally prefer to shop for craft items at our local Hobby Lobby location. But, if your a Cricut Crafter like myself this Michaels location is a 1 stop shop as they carry all Cricut brand items as well as many other brands and they do have the largest selection of Sisser brand items for sell at this location in town

They virtually always have whatever I need or dont even realize I need until I see it.On this trip, a fabulous young lady in the framing department told me how to stretch needlepoint fabric over foam core for framing - - so much easier than the framing method I was going to try!Always bright and with good energy.

As an artist I love that I can purchase almost everything I need in store from Michaels. And extra bonus it is less than 2 miles from my house.

Great store with alot of variety. Definitely a place to go find what you need for your current DIY project. I took one star off because of how cramped the store is though. The isles are just barely big enough for you to scoot through with a cart and some places youll have to walk around to get to another isle

Its Michaels. There was pretty much anything you would need for your crafty projects. The cell signal is not strong inside (using Verizon) so download your coupon outside. I learned the online service could take up to 90 minutes to complete; give yourself plenty of time. I used the 40% off online purchases and it was painless.

Long checkout line, one register open, left without purchasing again.

Michaels has a great selection for arts and crafts as well as things for decorating your home. There were many great sales going on when I was there. As an educator I frequently buy things for my classroom and student projects here.

My go to for painting supplies. The staff is very friendly! They always have good deals as well

Always disorganized, always short staffed, never in stock, online ordering is a joke, never on time and never have everything I purchased. If there was another craft store close enough Id never come back. Ive been turning to Amazon more and more frequently and I hope that they get it together because ITS A MESS.

After waiting over half an hour to pick up a paid order, I was told they were out of that item, they shouldnt have sold that item to me. Apologies didnt negate the time I spent in potential covid country.

Michaels is always a great stop. Today they are in between seasons stocking up so merchandise is lower than usual. Spring is definitely on the way

They have such a great selection of crafts. Great coupons also and the staff is always incredibly helpful! Wide variety here.

They always have a good selection and great prices. Sometimes the store seems a little bit claustrophobic because displays can be close together, but they have to crowd things a bit because they have so much to offer. I like the fact that they match competitor coupons, too.
