Had an issue with a Pop Up Camper back taillight not working and gave these guys a call. Gary was extremely helpful and his team of mechanics worked quick to fix the prong in less than 30 minutes. Just bought a great looking Belmont trailer. They have a big selection at fair prices. I liked that all the prices are marked on each trailer. I also appreciated there is no pressure to buy . I didnt even have to go to DMV, they took care of all the tag work. Highly recommend.

Just went and replaced a trailer I purchased there 16 years ago (still going strong and never had any trouble with it) and upgraded to all aluminum. Great price and gave me an excellent price for my trade. Staff were all very friendly from the owner right down to the fella that helped me hook up after the sale. Thanks

Stopped in to buy a trailer hitch, went to three doors before someone led me to the right spot to tell me he could answer no questions. He took my name and number and told me someone would call me monday to give me a price. Well that never happened and its been well over a week. Im going to the Hidden Hitch in bear. Recommended by two of my customers. They apparently have more than one person who can answer a question

Horrible! I called about purchasing a salt spreader, was told they had a specific model available, drove and an hour and a half to their yard only to be told they couldn’t get it for me, and I would have to come back Monday. Absolutely ridiculous. To top it off, they didn’t even give a rip that I had just driven and hour and a half, and tried to make it out to be my fault.

Top Notch Sales and Expertise with Gary and team. I got a new Loadrite trailer. Gary made it easy, predicted the delivery and had everything ready. They are true trailering experts. Do not hesitate to call for questions.

I called to ask if they dealt with insurance claims and the rude representative, who answered, immediately started laughing. I don’t know what was so funny. Once he heard the seriousness in my voice, he straighten up and became a professional, but that was after the fact. What’s the deal with rude customer service these days? They definitely won’t get my business, and I’ll highly recommend to my friends who are looking for hitch installation not to deal with this company.

Didnt want to cover a brand new piece of equipment saying it was operator era. Then had the nerve to tell me they had a bad batch of the same equipment. Had to fight with them to cover there junk equipment
