They did great work for me but as of late, i have had extreme difficulty reaching then regarding some concerns found in the wiring performed. Is this company still open?

Audio Visions was wonderful from start to finish! The sales team and installers were very knowledgeable and friendly through out our install and service after the sale. They are quick to respond anytime Im in a bind! I highly recommend them to anyone! Oh... they also price matched me on Amazon Prime day as well! All around great people and experience!

I went in there today and the dark headed girl, I think her name was Amy. Anyways she was so awesome!! As busy as she was she stopped what she was doing and assisted me. The whole staff was so friendly and helpful and most of all entertaining!! Thank you guys so much!!

We had our home wired by these ppl and they talked me into opening a line of credit with Citibank to protect /warranty my equipment. The guy used my line of credit to the tube of 20k!After complaining to Citibank, the charges disappeared. They stopped working on my home and left wired everywhere.DO NOT USE THEM.

This company really knows what its doing when it comes to high end Audio video. My system turned out amazing and their after sale support has been top notch. I highly reccomend doing business with them.

This company knows how to put together an awesome home theater experience. I could not be happier with my system!

Do not do business with this store. They delivered inferior models of the A/V merchandise that I had ordered for my business, and then they refused to give me credit for 3 months after the merchandise was returned. I had to file in small claims court and hire an attorney before the matter was settled outside of court in my favor. They are highly unethical and untrustworthy - go elsewhere if you value your time and money.
