Until my recent insurance claim I was not familiar with Caliber Collision. Someone hit the rear end of my vehicle without me knowing and of course did not wait or leave a note. When I contacted my insurance company I had a list of repair shops to choose from and Caliber had one of the highest local ratings. The customer service I received was second to none and the repair work was excellent; you cannot even tell there was ever any damage. The shop also informed of damage that I had not seen. The entire process was very smooth and timely even with ordering parts. When I picked up my vehicle it was cleaner than when I took it in! Dave is an excellent service advisor and company representative. I will recommend Caliber without hesitation.

Someone damaged my parked car in a parking lot. The back drivers side was not pretty. I chose caliber out of the list that was provided by the other person’s insurance. It was super easy to schedule a drop off appointment and they were very thorough yet efficient. They fixed everything and it drives perfect. Looks brand new! AND delivered my car to my home bc i was out of town when they finished the work within a week!!!They also keep you updated throughout the service so you know the status of your car. They’re awesome.

As a super plus feature, if you rent from the nearby Enterprise, Caliber will call them so theyll come and pick you up for your rental. And when you turn your rental back in, you can leave it at Caliber and they will call Enterprise to pick it up. So convenient! The place was great.

ABRA Autobody was a pleasure to work with after my accident. They started working on it on 1/17/2017 and the work was completed by the end of the day 1/25/2017. When I arrived for a walkthrough of my car, Don (I believe one of the repair technicians), went over all the damage on my car and showed me where he had marked things that needed to be replaced. From the very first day I received updates regularly regarding the progress of repair. Both the front desk reception and repair technicians were professional, skilled, and prompt. There is no doubt in my mind that I would use ABRA Autobody again. Their work speaks for itself.

Came here for an estimate. Right away, I was informed that my van was too big to fit in the spray booth(Chevy 3500 extended van with tall roof racks).
