Had rear quarter panel damage on 2019 Honda Passport. Jimmy had estimate to my insurance so fast, they were able to start working on my car quickly. The promised completion date was met and I am so happy with paint match, body work and detailed cleaning. A friend of mine recommended Cape Fear Collision and boy am I glad she did! Jimmy and his crew are incredible. I had gotten a couple of quotes at other places that I was going to have to wait several weeks to even take it in and I wasnt treated like they cared if I did business with them or not.Jimmy gave me the best estimate and also told me I could bring it in the following day! He said he would have the job done by Friday and Bless his heart he knew I was alone and without a car and it was ready by midday Thursday. It was a pleasure to deal with the local owners and business. He kept me up to date every day and even had some ideas that would save me some money and he was right. I have never had such a great experience and hopefully I wont get into another fender bender but if I do they will be the first people I call. Really nice, professional and competent folks. Had a windshield replaced, rusted seal channels refurbished, body superficial scratches and scrapes cleaned up and sealed to prevent rust-through (without refinishing a panel - because I just wanted rust protection, not cosmetic perfection). Also replaced a door handle (for which I supplied the OEM part) on my wife’s SUV. Manager listened to what I wanted and developed a satisfactory plan to accomplish my needs within my budget. Very pleased with results and highly recommend getting them to evaluate your needs. Would definitely use their services again for body and potentially other repairs they might handle.

Cant speak for their work but I can speak for their character I was going to bring in my old truck for collision repair and he offered to look at some pictures before I came in and he recommended me NOT to fix it with their or any shop because the cost would be too much. He even sent me the number of some local car scrapper

Excellent communication. Excellent body work. They even arranged for a rental car which other places refuse to do. Had one minor hiccup but they bent over backwards and fixed it immediately.

These guys saved my a$$! I got into a fender bender with my wifes car and she was mad to put it lightly! Jimmy and Walt were great! Any problem with insurance was solved by them. The bonus was their connection with Enterprise. Enterprise picked us up when we dropped our car off at Cape Fear Collision. After our car was fixed, we left the rental at Cape Fear Collision. Enterprise picked it up for return.

This place is the WORST in Wilmington! The owner is the most unprofessional and rude person I’ve ever dealt with. Wouldn’t answer or call me back after multiple attempts to find out the status of my car. When I finally did get ahold of him I was left on speakerphone while he was laughing and cracking jokes with his employees.

I dont usually write reviews but felt I had to for these guys. We had some minor damage done to the drivers door of our ford freestyle where it wouldnt open properly. We went to one place and were told theyd have to replace the door. TJ was recommended by a friend Jeff. He fixed for us while we waited (15 minutes)If your looking for honest decent guys that do great work land wont rip you off head here. Good place. I should have had them do my front fender. I was hit by a man in a truck who had a dog on his shoulder. Said he never saw me. . Well I went to Parkers and it was a nightmare there. They kept the car longer than necessary And rumaged thru my personal things that were packed in my SUV. Was moving to New apt. And figured safer (empty apt) to keep my things I. My car. They promised me they would not touch that in the car. Would work outside the car. So sorry I didnt have cape fear do my accident
