They dont answer phones. Grumpy front office workers. And always miss their deadline dates. -poor customer service..I thought based on how many bad reviews this company gets, the responsible authorities would step in. But no. Its just another classic example of uncle sam winning while regular everyday people suffer

Communication with customers is terrible, I am very unhappy with some issue of repairs reassembling my car back together that was done to my 96 BMW...This shop has gotten underneath my skin so bad I am going to follow a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, Im going to file a complaint with the Corporate BMW Office...Dishonest unfaithful lies Shop I have ever seen in my life....The worst thing any business can do is lie to a customer. 08/16/2021- To present I have reached outshop manager ( Text communication ) for updates about my vehicle I am getting no communication from the shop. How can you as a professional service go on and do not communicate with Customer. I just want them to fix what they need to fix on my car that they screwed up and give me my car back tired of dealing with this service.

My wife’s car was hit in a parking lot, cracking the rear panel. We took the car to Union Park Collision on July 19 and was told it would be done in about 10-12 days. It took one month. During that time I got no information from them. I called repeatedly. First, I was told it would be done Aug 15, then Aug 18 and finally got it Aug 24. No one gave me updates. When we got the car, the work was excellent, but they need to focus on customer service. In the end, Anthony was very nice and helpful. I wish it would have been from the beginning!

Horrible experience. Took three weeks to fix a bumper, and do an alignment. If I didnt demand my car back who knows when I would have gotten it back. They have lot full of cars missing parts. Do one car at a time, get cars in and out. Terrible business model. Staff not friendly, old lady seems like she hates her life. Quit if you are miserable 😂

STAY AWAY! Awful customer service . Would love to review how the actual work is however it’s been over 2 months and I still don’t have my car back. Was quoted at 20 days going on day 65 with zero communication from the shop. Was then PROMISED another date it would be finished and was lied to once again when that date arrived and the car was not finished. HORRIBLY unprofessional do yourself a favor and stay far away from This collision center and union park Bmw in general. AWFUL!

My car was repaired for a minor accident here in October. After the repair, I heard a noise in my car and returned it to the shop within the week. The assistant manager drove the car and said he heard a sound and I should bring it back laterthat week for further diagnosis and repair. When I returned he then told me he could not identify it and I would have to pay to have the car diagnosed myself. He also told me during that visit that sometimes people listen more closely to their cars after they are fixed and hear noises that were there before the repairs, insinuating that this noise existed before this shop worked on my car. My insurance company suggested I try to work with this shop and called them directly on my behalf. During this call the manager could not recollect what happened and told the insurance company he had fixed my “noise”. After I corrected this misunderstanding, he offered to have me bring it in again. I called to schedule that visit and never received a return call. In January, I took my car for pa state inspection, where my dealer noted the fender was misaligned and the windshield had not been properly reinstalled. I was able to take my vehicle to another shop, the car was rerepaired and the noise is gone. Beware of this shop, on one of my two return visits I witnessed another unsatisfied customer bringing a car back for a return visit. I have raised this to my insurance company to reconsider their select service arrangement with this shop.

I dropped my car off over 3 weeks ago and still haven’t got it back. I literally have to call 2-3 times a week just to talk to someone once. I would leave messages every time I call and get no call back. Worst customer service I have ever experienced! Even when I call and talk to the person that answers they take my message for whoever I need to talk to but I still don’t get a response. I have to call back. DO NOT GO HERE!!

If I could show you my vehicle so you can see yourself. You’d never take your car there. I was hit slightly in the front. Needed new bumper and fenders and paint. Paint has hair in it. Driver side fender missing screws, front reflector falls out, window washer filler hanging. No bolts, missing bolts all over. Do not let them detail the cars. Mine is a BMW x5m black. There are more swirl marks then ever. Look like a little kid tried to do it. The manager Chris Left says he personally checks over all the work before it leaves the shop. Either he is blind or never does it. I understand one mistake. But not multiples. I was told to never go here. I did anyways. And I absolutely regret it. He said they work on $100k cars all the time. That doesn’t Matter if your guys can’t do quality work. Take your car somewhere else. By far the worst experience

The work performed on my vehicle was really expertly executed. Being a perfectionist with maintaining my car in looks and reliability is what led me to UNION PARK COLLISION . Having shopped around, I decided to take my Jaguar XF (with some modification to the drivers side due to poor judgement backing into my garage) and restore it to factory showroom condition. They did not disappoint. If you want quality customer service (Bravo!! John) and excellent craftsmanship. Union Park Collision should be your choice

Service is still in progress. Dropped the SUV to them 10/5/20. Today’s date is 10/16/20. The damage was from a car backed into my front bumper while my SUV was parked. The vehicle was still drivable. No lights on dash, no high temps while driving before I gave it to Union Park Collision. Yet they say that all this inner damage occurred. It’s been over 10 days without my vehicle. I’m not expecting same day turn around, but over 10 days for a bumper collision. I hope the work is flawless for the amount of time I have been waiting. This review is about their timeliness on what I think was a minor to moderate damage. They are taking too long. Will do another review about the actual work whenever I get my GMC SUV back.So the actual work was really good. The customer service and wait times needs drastic improvement. However, the suv looks good as new! If you don’t mind sacrificing some efficient customer service then I’ll say go for them. The work turned out great!

Job was down properly but had some difficulty when it came to pick up the car.i am very time consciois and when someone says I can pick up in half hour it should be that,I realize that they are probably busy but so am I.

Union Park Collision Center deserves 5 stars both for Customer Service and Quality of the repairs. The body and paint shop did a great job in putting the car back to new condition. Customer service personnel were pleasant, courteous, efficient and a pleasure to deal with. The car had been thoroughly cleaned, inside and out prior to returning to me. An exceptional job by all and well worth the price paid.

Extremely professional. Had estimate done by Chris within 1 hour. When I went to deliver car for repair, shop had all paperwork ready (insurance claim). It was Memorial Day Weekend 2020 and they finished and delivered all the work before the long Holiday.

My car is a 2019 and I was very concerned about how it was going to look.The repairs were done in three days and were perfect. Jeremy called several times to update me on the progress. Union Park provided exceptional customer service! Wouldn’t take my car to any other auto body shop!

Union Park does more than just paint cars, they take care of the entire car. The service is generally quick and without much ado. If there is going to be a delay, they explain why. The quality of the work is always good, and if there is is issue, they fix it without the perfunctory excuse blaming the customer like most other shops. The office space is clean. The administration and front desk people are always polite - and detailed in their assessments.Nice place, nice people.

My experience with Union Park Collision Center was great. From phone calls with the front office ladies to talking directly to the manager the communication was spot on every time, they really all seemed to be on the same page. They explained the issues with my car in detail and made sure I understood the payment that was due. 10/10 would recommend!

The workmanship is great, however it took a month to get my car back.

This was my first experience with union park collision. I normally take it to Delaware Cadillac but I had 2 prior bad experience so I decided to give union park a try and they were a State Farm shop. They did a great job on my car, very customer service oriented and to put the icing on the cake, when my car was returned, it was washed a cleaned inside and out....even the trunk😄! I would recommend them to all my friends!!

The hand on one hip and the other on the wall attitude that the man explaining how the mechanic broke my side view mirror made what could have been a quick service a pain. Instead of apologizing and solving the problem he became defensive and started spouting excuses.

Jeremy and team were great! From the time of the unexpected crunching of my car to dealing with insurance and rental car people to pick up! I thought I might be running late for pick up, and they offered to make arrangements for a late arrival. Great service and in line with the insurance estimate!!

Union Park Collision Center is the only auto body shop in Delaware I would ever take my vehicles to when in need of repair. Not only is their pricing is fair and competitive, the level customer service and craftsmanship are fantastic. The women at the front desk are courteous and helpful. Jeremy, the manager, is extremely knowledgeable and goes the extra mile to ensure the repair is done right and in a timely fashion. I have taken my Volvo XC90 and Nissan Altima to Union Park for a total of five times throughout my eight years of ownership. Whether filing a claim through the insurance company or paying out of pocket, Union Park Collision Center provides the necessary guidance throughout the entire process. Thus, reducing any anxiety or stress one may encounter throughout the repair process. Lastly, they also provide shuttle service if need be.

Refused to service my vehicle to protect their image in case it broke down again after being repaired.

Loved that I could leave my rental with them.Wasnt charged extra when car was finished, but I was not able to pick up for a few daysKept me updated throughout the process.

Ive been hit from my BMW front bumper. Front bumper, cameras, headlight needs to change. They said they would deliver the car 30 days later. 6 weeks past and they still havent finished the vehicle. They stated that they found another problem and they are waiting for the adjuster to come and give them go ahead and order the parts. Where have you been all this 6th weeks period, what were you people doing? Are you just start working on the car and discover there was something else wrong. My car rental allowance is done, and I am paying out of my pocket now. I called them, and they said numerous time that they would call me with the update but never did. Zero communication, zero reliability. I do not recommend them. I wish I took my car to Ottos collision center or any other collision center in this case. I will update my review ones I get my car from them.
